If you want something healthy and delicious, I highly recommend checking Freshii out! Not only are the staff pretty friendly and helpful, but the food overall tastes great! It was our first time going so we weren’t exactly sure what item to get as they have a lot choices. We came around 6 on a Sunday which wasn’t busy yet. We both opted for the bowls, placed our order, and then found a seat ourself. The food didn’t take too long to prepare and the worker would yell out the order to come pick it up. Our bowls were full of flavour and the portions were fair for what you pay for. However, my only complaint about the bowl was that I felt they are slightly abit stingy on the extra chicken as it was extra. I had only Maybe 2-3 pcs which was so little that my bf could count how many I had. I felt if I’m paying extra, i expect at least bigger pieces or few more. So I have been coming here since it opened. I realize the growing pains of opening a new store is a factor and one of them was with portion size. The bowls were all made with less food then in any other store I have been to but that was up to about 5 months ago. Then I thought they got the message because for the past 3 months, the bowls looked like what you get compared to all the other locations. Now I have noticed from the last 2 weeks I have come here, the portions have gone back to the original cost cutting method. I would recommend people just save yourself the time and money and head over to chipotle next door or the other freshii location. Update: 2 years later-nothing has changed

Great little spot everything was clean and fresh. Employees where patient and helpful. Drinks are really expensive.

Please read the reviews about portion size! Employees have obviously been told to cut corners here. Even after specifically asking for double the amount of kale, and even paying the additional price of the extra base, my bowl was only half as full as it is at any other Freshii location. Love freshii but will not be returning to this location specifically.

The place is small, a few tables, busy, first they served the soup in the plastic sort of cup then I asked for a bowl and they gave me a bowl, I pourred my soup into to the bowl myself, they didn't asked me if I'm dining in or not . I think the cup thing was their to go. It was really fresh, I had super bowl , I added chicken to it, ended up with 12$. I suggest you ask people if they're dining in or not, it is busy but llaces like mc donalds is busier but they ask, there was plastic spoons available even for people who dine in, it's a pitty because the food is fresh and would have a better impact on costumers if served appropriately.

This is the first time I've had Freshii after hearing colleagues really speak excitedly about it. I got the Buddah's Satay and unfortunately, I wasn't that excited about it. It tasted very bland but I appreciate how healthy it was. It was fairly overpriced IMO for something quite mediocre. Also, I was surprised by the lack of haircuts and other precautionary measures. The person running the cash register had a winter coat on and had her other items (purse, etc.) in the first booth, and kept walking behind the food prep station. I really was not impressed by that practice... maybe get a bit more food safety and handling training? Also, it wasn't that busy but they had 3 employees behind the counter instead of walking around tidying up...

I had lots of good meals from here, but during covid they started mixing iceberg lettuce with the greens and using a lot more quinoa, the last couple salads or bowls I got were at least half quinoa.

Freshii is my favorite. This branch is near to my office. The staff are friendly and the salads are fresh. Try Mediterranean Bowl! Delicious

I've come here once before and had good food. Today, was just as yummy. But I put the service to the test. I was in a hurry to catch a bus, so I asked for something quick, easy with nothing spicy. The man made a fast and perfect suggestion, prepared and bagged the food so fast (and with a smile). Thank you!

Yesterday, it took 20 minutes to get my food. From the time I ordered to when I walked out the door. The service was polite, however, they needed to move a bit faster with less talking.

Big fan of Freshii. But this time got uncooked rice noodles with the Buddha’s satay bowl. Noodles were breaking apart and hard! Very few bits of chicken as protein. Definitely not worth the $$.

Bought the teriaky salad. It had so much salt in it that could not eat it. Also the chicken on top was still frozen. Just threw away the whole thing as it was not edible. $15 wasted. Will never go back there. If I could give it no stars I would.

Served me up a nice bowl of raw brown rice. I know y’all have a lot of ingredients that are meant to be served raw, but rice ain’t one them guys and gals.

Busy busy! The store was busy. I got what I ordered after 10 mins as told while ordering. The meal was super delicious. So flavourful. The staff was so nice and humble even though they were busy. 100 coming back with friends. Freshiiiiii 😀

I generally go to freshii a lot and usually order there freshii green smoothie . But this time i really had bad taste experience. I generally order this particular smoothie for the pineapple. But I could bet there was no pineapple, I could only taste kale and banana.kindly don't take the order if you don't have all ingredient, customers are not stupid.

Absolutely amazing fresh food. Harsh was amazing while assisting me with the menu. The service was good.

Really dissapointed, have been a multiple occasion customer but this time I ordered a Buddha satay bowl and i was charged 1.25 extra for extra sauce and no sriracha the bowl was totally dry and this is after a 20m wait

Very very small portion sizes. This Freshii location gives “Shrinkflation” a whole new meaning. I’ve been going to Freshii for a long time, and this location by far has the smallest portion sizes of any Freshii I’ve ever been to. A lot of the other comments appear to say the same thing, so I don’t understand why the owner can’t take a hint.

Really good service, I loved a salad that’s not on the menu any more but they always are very kind to prepare it for me :’)

It's nice to have a fresh salad after days of fast food. The Teriyaki with steak is my favorite so far and the soups are way better than I expected.

This was the smallest portion size I’ve ever gotten from any freshii ever. The food was fine— there’s not much to mess up with a freshii bowl. But for over $16, the portion size was shockingly small. There was barely any rice, or veggies, or chicken. Most noticeably, they seemed to only include a few small pieces of avocado (it was probably one-sixth of an avocado lol). I’ve never had an experience like this at any other freshii. You’re better off going to the Chipotle next door. Avoid this location

Good place for fast food very healthy nutritious choices also a variety of smoothies. They now added burritos and tacos to the menu

Quality and food are good. However, during lunch hour the service was very slow, at least for my most recent experience . I was told it would took 10-12 minutes but it takes 25+ minutes. Most likely need more staff at peak hours.

I ordered my meals on Ritual at 11:30. I arrived to pick up my order around 12:00pm, seeing that the order was completed at 11:51am. When I got to freshii, it was empty inside so I went to the cashier to get my order. I was then notified that my order was forgotten, and that I had to wait another 5-10 minutes for them to pack the order despite ordering this around 11:30. Extremely poor customer service, I don’t understand how they could forget to pack and order and neglect to let the customer know in advance that it would take more time to prepare due to it being forgotten. Extremely disappointed with the service.

Great portions, but unfortunately my quinoa was cold and ruined my dish. Probably a one off day, as it's not normally like this.

Was packed with people not possible to social distance. Took 5 min to order. Didn't see them make my food so couldn't customize. Good food fresh. Customer service and safety terrible

Got the baja bowl and was expecting it to be just as described on the menu. There was absolutely no flavour in anything whatsoever in the bowl. There was no dressing from both visual inspection and taste, it was so dry. I also got chicken on top, for paying extra, there was absolutely no chicken maybe a few small pieces and also unflavoured and horribly over cooked and dry. Not to mention I was the only person there and it took over 15 mins to get my food ready. Very bad, did not enjoy and would definitely NOT recommend, not even to my dog.

We ordered lemongrass soup at this location twice and it was just lightly coloured water with noodles. Tasted like nothing. At other locations, this soup has such flavour. Avoid this location as it does not represent the Freshii brand.

I ordered the Greek salad with steak. The portion was a lot less than what other locations give. Not sure if I got a very sparse amount of salad for cost-cutting reasons or because it was on special that day?! Should’ve went to chipotle next door instead. Disappointing.
