GROSS GROSS GROSS. This place is filthy. When I walked in I noticed the floor was very dirty. Then as I browsed the clothing looking for a dress, there was black stuff all over my hands from touching the hangers. I had to wash my hands to get it off. The ladies never greeted me, never helped me. They only took items from my arms once I clearly couldn’t hold anymore. I ignored all of the red flags and decided to go into the dressing room to try some things on. OMG I wanted to vomit when I walked in. They have not cleaned this place in years, this is filth build up from years of neglect. I don’t know how the ladies working here think this is acceptable by any means. I am not sure why management hasn’t said anything either. How embarrassing. I didn’t even bother trying on my dresses as the wall and floor they were touching were disgusting. Serious neglect for cleaning. Same cleanliness level as a frat house. Additionally, noticed that the clothes that were on sale were broken! They are selling heavily worn and used clothing for discounted prices. JUST FILTHY.

Disgusting service! They deceive and spoil the mood. They slipped me a dress that I didn’t need and that I found later in my bag and don’t want to take back under the guise of a final sale. Only an hour had passed. Just disgusting and never again.

Pre-paid and Ordered a dress, asked them if i can have it by the next cuz i needed it by then! They ASSURED ME I'm going to have it since their shipment is coming in next day and they placed an order already. Now they say their shipment coming next week, not have my order. Very disappointed with the experience!!!

Terrible customer service

I got a beautiful dress at this store, but I felt very disrespected while there. They told me a dress that was baggy on me looked good, they seemed to be more interested in the sale. The customer service seemed very superficial and I was quite uncomfortable being in the store, like I wasn't their ideal clientele so I didn't belong there.

We bought over $400 worth of clothing on December 3rd for my daughter at the Hillcrest Mall, Richmond Hill location. The manager "M " tried to sell everything to us! But she was quite helpful. We wanted to exchange a coat as it's a bit tight on her and today the store said that will not issue a "store credit " and we should try and sell the coat ..Unbelievable!! Very pathetic customer service and we.would never buy anything again.

They blocked me on Instagram when I shared a post about how they mocked a competitor on social media. Displaying their company culture, their vindictive and toxic behaviour; not to mention, lack of professionalism.

the workers were very mean and their lack of respect for customers made me and my friends leave. also, their dresses were musty, there are better places in this mall to buy a dress.

Love this and Richmond Hill. My experience was made amazing by Della as she helped me find the blonde and brunette sweatshirts that I was looking for. Hillcrest mall really had the best customer service in Canada. Thank you Della and Honey staff.

The dresses sold here were of extremely low quality, one gown cost $150 that cracks open on the hem the same day i bought it. Couldn't use it for event at all. When bring it back they do not accept returns of low quality regular priced items, everything is final sale - which justifies that they are all of low quality. Wil never buy from Honey while Aritzia just next door.

I called the store to ask for help finding a dress and Lauren was amazing! She really went above and beyond to help me. The dress I wanted was sold out online but she helped me look for it in the store. When it was still sold out in stores, Lauren found the dress in another colour that wasn't shown on the website. She also offered to look for dresses similar to the one I was looking for that they had in stores and even sent me photos and videos of them. She is so sweet and made my shopping experience for a grad dress so much easier during lockdown! Thanks so much Lauren 💕

I had an amazing experience shopping at Honey Hillcrest! The salesperson named Nicole was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable in providing fashion advice for me. She was so patient and I was able to try on and buy all the products I fell in love with. Not only does Honey have beautiful products, the customer service from all employees are always very positive. This is a high quality service store and I will always come back for more!!

I went into the store, and was greeted warmly by Luna. She was great with giving me advice on what to buy for a party. She gave her honest opinions, while still being respectful and kind. The manager was also very kind to me and offered advice as well. I recommend coming to this location, the staff is great!

Nice place nice people...but my daughter bought a dress not in her size and so she found one in another store. She paid for it and no dress. Paid for it in August and now it's Nov. We have tried several times to call and no one wants to answer and you can't leave a message because they haven't set up the voice messages. Poor customer service.

I absolutely love this location! Really friendly staff who are super helpful! They're not pushy for customers to purchase but are truly helpful! And that is my experience every time I come to this location!

Very happy with the customer service that I received at the Honey Hillcrest location yesterday. The associate assisting me was Leily and she was awesome! Leily answered all of my questions, and helped me pick the best fall wardrobe.Everything went so smoothly. Thank you Leily!

My visit to the Honey store was marred by a truly disgusting manager who displayed an astonishing unwillingness to solve any issues. When I attempted to address a problem with a purchase, the manager's dismissive attitude and lack of empathy were shocking. They seemed more interested in defending their store's reputation than in providing satisfactory customer service. This experience left me deeply disappointed, and I would caution others to think twice before dealing with a business that employs such an uncooperative manager.

Overpriced cheap quality clothing, and they only do refunds as store credits. I returned two items two weeks ago but the frontdesk girl only processed one of the items. I only realized it once I went home and checked the receipt. I called and the manager said that from the surveillance camera video I only returned one item! What a LIE! Now I am requesting to see the footage myself and who knows when I will get a reply...worst shopping experience ever!

Highly recommend to think twice entering this store! Absolute nightmare, with zero customer service experience to speak of.
