The reason I went to Showcase was because the item I wanted to buy was on sale there vs buying it online. The sales person, Jason, was extremely courteous and helpful. My only reason for giving 3 stars instead of 5 stars is the lack of a decent return policy. My only concern is that the item might be DOA and I would at least like the option of being able to exchange it within a couple of days if that were the case. I should not have to pay for an additional warranty to receive that very standard service and expectation. Other than that, an extremely positive shopping experience.

A sales associate here told my 6 years old son "Go Away crazy" because he touched an item. His name, as he said, was Alexander, a man in 30s, with eyeglasses. He then started insulting us to an extent that other customers left the store as well. This happened yesterday and since it is on camera we are filling a harassment case with Ontario Ombudsman against him. His colleagues, was telling me that she is very uncomfortable to help us because she was scared too.

The people there are very nice. Service is good they do have some nice product. I would be a little cautious so by the high-end Electronics as they are made in China and do tend to break down so just be cautious with that

My first time here Some pretty good stuff here didn't find everything I was looking for. prices are the same as if I was to order it online from another place. But no shipping cost definitely be going back to check out when new things come in

Outstanding customer service from manager. Spoke to her on phone to place item on hold for me and she was very helpful. Then when I came to the store she helped me find items I wanted, set me up with membership discount and even pre-ordered items I wanted that were not in stock. She was polite and courteous and went above and beyond to help me. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Very busy during the weekends. Not enough room for people! Especially when you have a stroller. They have lots of gadgets and cute stuff that lots of kids love to look at so expect there to be lots of kids. The staff were okay. Didn't get any greetings when entering the store.

Wonderful store with so many unique products. The customer service from the manager and employees were excellent. They were friendly and super helpful. Lots of collectable products in vast varieties from pokemon cards to mini brands to squishmallows. Highly recommend and they have products that support causes like breast cancer (you must buy the piggy phone holder suction cup). Very happy with my experience, best showcase staff!

I really didn’t enjoy my experience here. The manager was really pressuring me to buy some things even though I wanted to shop alone and made it very clear. Then i was even more pushed into opening an account which i did not want. And the employees would talk smack ab a lot of the customers. It was overall an uncomfortable experience.

Went into the store 2 nights ago for some help on a massager and products. The lady there which I found out after was the manager was so helpful and just a pleasant person to be around which you don’t see in a lot of customer service anymore. I had a bad experience in other showcases so was happy I gave it another shot

I was there once. The lady who works there is called periya. She was very responsible and nice. She has explained all the details and compared different variety of masks patiently.

What can I say, this location is just a big disappointment. It used to be very clean and organized, now it's a pigsty and the staff are very rude. I am only writing this review because I am so upset to see one of my favorite stores going downhill like this. Hope they change things soon.

Very fun and enjoyable experience. The workers are super friendly and knowledgeable. They even helped me when my daughter started crying over a fidget by distracting her so I could buy what I came there for. The two girls who I believed were names Ariminia and Avin were totally respectful. Thank you for the great experience. Will shop again.
