    I’m warning whoever wants to go to Lulu Lemon. Please avoid going to hillcrest mall location. I have had the worst experience in my life in a store. There were two ladies by the cash, who were claiming they were the manger and assistant manager. One in her 30’s and the other in her 50’s. The girl in her 30’s raised her voice and refused my requested for a gift card. The reason was because I couldn’t find anything in the store so figured it would be easier if I just return my item and get a gift card( I had both the item and gift receipt with me). She raised her voice and told me too bad. You have to find something here or leave with what you came with. The other women by the cash beside her kept going back and forth telling her no we can’t except, and keep bickering in her ear. I felt so embarrassed and upset knowing that Lulu lemon allows her employees treat customers like this.

    I wish I could leave no stars. Awful experience at this location. I purchased a gift for someone, wanted to return it because they didn’t like the colour. The return was just past the 30 day return policy. Tags were still attached. I never had an issue at any other location. The manager and the girl at cash were extremely rude. I politely asked if I could at least exchange for a different colour of the same product, or get a store credit. Both times I got a no. I finally called head office who gladly arranged for me to return the product and get a full refund. No problems and no questions asked. Don’t know what the issue is with the store, other than lack of customer service. Overall such a horrible experience, I almost wrote off shopping at Lululemon entirely. Fortunately the gentleman at head office saved the day. Excellent customer service, just not at this location. I will never shop at the Hillcrest Mall Lululemon again. Not worth the headache.

    I would like to share my experiences with your team. Form your Hillcrest mall store manager to your customer service representatives. I am very frustrated. If that is just from one of your staffs, maybe it was coincidence, but from three of your staffs on the same day, for the same issue. I wonder what is going on with your team, your brand. I even doubt if I made wrong choice. As your loyal customer, it is just so easy to destroy all my good images of your brand in just one day. If the store manager was rude, the customer service rep even worse, she has no respect for her customer, even hung up the phone when I was still talking.I hope you can spare a little bit time to look into these issues, regardless how busy you are.

    I would like to give 0 if possible! On Dec 22, 2022, I went to this store to return an item. A lady issued me a gift card, and then hide it in the drawer, and gave me another inactivated card. I noticed what she did, and then I checked the card number on the receipt with the gift card number, the number doesn't match!!! I went back and she was not surprised at all, and she didn't apologies for what she did. I can see she knew what happened! Then she gave my gift card back, the one with my refund!! Please always check your GC balance before leaving the store.

    New manager Leslie is horrible. She is very rude and unprofessional. I’ve been a customer of Lululemon for over 10 years and never got such bad experience as today October 14 2023. Lululemon needs to hire back staff that are knowledgeable and care about their clients. Every client that goes to Lululemon deserves better customer care, especially when you spend over $500+ a month on their product, I’m sure you deserve a better customer care and not to be ignorant by a manager that has been working there for less than a month.

    The reviews regarding customer service on this page is 100% accurate. The ladies that work in this store are super rude, lack of customer service skills and clearly need to be trained. I've been a customer at lululemon from the beginning and have spent over thousands of dollars and to be treated with lack of respect I will definitely not be spending my money at this place. Management you really need to look at your staff!

    I would give it zero stars if I could. I have been to several Lulu stores and this store has been by far the worst experience in terms of customer service!!! Not only the manager is rude & turned away from me in the middle of our conversation but also the staff is veryyy rude! She did not even talk to me! Made a mistake in refunding me my money & threw everything on the floor when I handed the items to her. Instead of putting them properly in the returns bin!!! How can I trust lulu with my money & business when I see such stuff? I hope the management reads through this!!! So sorry for such a company!

    Purchase items at Lulu all the time and the manager at this location (female) is by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had of all a lulu store in 15 years of shopping here. Typically the service is wonderful at all the other GTA and Toronto locations so I was surprised at my interaction with her. Repeatedly over and over again saying that the return issue is mine and meant to be returned by mail. However the return packaging clearly states “ INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Grab the item you want to return and your original packing slip. If you don't have it, no worries--your return record works! 2. Pop into a store. Our store educators will be happy to lend a hand with your return or exchange. “ So rather than badger me three times about it, as I suggested all 3 times as a manager she needs to take this up internally. It’s not my fault as a customer if this is what the instructions state!

    I online ordered metal vent tech half zip a few days ago, but it was delivered with security tag, so I had to drive 30 mins to hillcrest mall, lululemon to unlock it. yes I understand every person can make a mistake. I asked sales rep at count called Madison to unlock, but she looked happy and even laughed at me. She should have apologized me at first. How could rep laugh at consumer's uncomfortable situation?

    Lululemon HEAD OFFICE please read these reviews for this location. I recently had a disappointing experience at the Lululemon store at Hillcrest Mall, where the customer service fell far below expectations. The management staff (Lesley and Tanesia) seemed disinterested and VERY unhelpful, providing minimal assistance with a dismissive attitude. It left me very frustrated and I will not return to this location.

    Should have read the reviews before coming here. I got 2 sweaters as a gift without a receipt and they shrunk and the manager said this doesn’t fall under their quality promise, and it must be something like a broken zipper. She also told me that the square size tag shows that the item is old. I had to be the one to correct her and say that the new size tags are square and the old ones are round. I showed her that my square tag shows the new date…but she still refused to exchange it for a proper size sweater. I went straight to another location and they did it right away without question as I showed them comparatively that the sweater is shrunken. Horrible management there. I shopped there today (December 27) and the manager gave me misinformation and wasn’t helpful at all. Never coming back to this location that’s for sure.

    Wish I read these google reviews before stepping into this store. I have shopped at lululemon for years now and have never been treated so poorly. I was excited that a pop up store opened up in Hillcrest as I usually have to drive a bit further, however, will never be going into this store again. The “manager” on the floor this morning was so incredibly rude I’m surprised she works for a company who prides themselves for their customer support. She not only refused to help me, but refused anyone else in the store to assist me with a mistake that was made by lululemon - although her coworkers clearly seemed a lot more interested in helping out and even agreed that she was providing poor customer service. She was condescending in her tone and made it clear that she had zero interest in helping find a solution for the dilemma I was put in by lululemon. Save your time and money and shop somewhere else.

    I agree with the previous reviewers and had same bad experiences with this store. They looks don’t want to help theirs customers and make everything difficult for their customers. I just wanted to exchange the pads of my new tank, it’s very easy thing in other stores, but it was very hard to get a new pads from this store… so disappointed!!!

    I had an absolutely horrible experience at this store today. I got a pair of pants for a gift for Christmas and came to exchange them for the exact same pants just a different size and was refused because I didn’t have the first responder card (obviously since it was a gift from another person). The lady who I assume was the manager was EXTREMELY rude and unreasonable I have never had such a bad experience and been treated so poorly in a retail store simply for wanting to exchange a Christmas gift for a different size… I did not get her name but I assume she was the manager she was a younger very pretty black lady. This lady said is was ‘store policy’ and after I left the store I called lululemon and explained what happened and they said that was extremely unusual and I could go to any store - even without a receipt - and exchange them no problem. So clearly it is not store policy and she just decided to be rude and unreasonable for no reason. Absolutely horrendous experience. I proceeded to go to another location afterwards and exchanged the pants no problem. 0 stars

    I should have read the reviews before coming here, but the staff here are definitely unprofessional. I overheard the "manager" lecture one of their staff in a condescending and negative manner. I wanted to return two of my items in the form of a giftcard and I was told that it was "illegal" to do so and had to be returned directly to my CC. They definitely don't go out of the way for their customers. Stay away from this location!

    Went to the store this evening and the “manager” at Hillcrest mall was horrible and rude to my wife and I. Thank g-d we decided to call head office who were extremely helpful and understanding. We will never shop at this location again!!

    The October 29th duty manager of this location was rude and unprofessional towards customers. I tried to return some items she told me that in order to return items you must have the box and tags even if you have the receipt!

    This is by far the worst Lululemon location to exist. I tried calling the store 8 times and all 8 went unanswered. The following time I called, somebody had actually picked up the phone and then hung up. When I tried to call back again, it went straight to voicemail twice which tells me they decided to take the phone off the hook altogether. If you can’t do something so basic in customer service like answer the phone, maybe this store shouldn’t be open at all. Truly a terrible representation of Lululemon as a company.

    A new Lululemon Pop Up location just recently opened at Hillcrest Mall. Located near the center of the mall right beside The Hudson Bay department store. We had to wait in line due to pandemic numbers restrictions, but the wait wasn't very long. Selection of merchandise was a bit smaller than other Lululemon locations but considering the size and availability of products this is great news for those who love their Lulu's. While there staff were friendly and happy to assist with sizing and options. I hope this store will become permanent fixture at Hillcrest instead of being a temporary pop up location.

    The gentleman who helped me buy some commission pants and try on some other items did an absolutely FANTASTIC job! It looks like this store may have some customer service issues as evidenced by the other reviews...LuLu I would suggest hiring more employees like the gentleman who helped me on Wednesday Mar 9th around 4pm. Make sure you're hiring people that are friendly and attentive, because it looks as if some of your employees are not cutting it. Y'all still get 5 stars because I had a great experience.

    Never going to visit this location again. Visited store on January 20 at 3:10 pm to return two items purchased online. Blonde cashier asked if I had the receipt and I said I did not. She looked up my account and did the return. She then turned back to me and said: “Do you know when you receive your online order it comes with a piece of paper? That’s called the receipt”!!!!! She was also rude to the customer before me as I was listening how she’s handling returns. Very rude, and unprofessional. She seemed she’s been working long hours and needed a break!

    This is the first lulu store. Worst client experience, wait time is long to cash out, returns are an issue each time, all sales items are non refundable, exchange or gift card only. I even called the store before I visit them, the person on the phone said it was not a problem with the return. It was not convey when they graciously took my money.

    FINALLY Hillcrest has a Lulu!!!! I loved my experience... couple ladies were superrrrrrrr helpful and answered all my questions so I could choose the right item 😊 the cashier was ver nice and helpful as well; he greeted me and made sure I was helped and had found everything. Extremely happy and I hope Lulu stays and gets a larger collection at this mall ❤️

    If I could give negative would be better but one star for the manager in this location is a lot , she is so rude and inpatient, she doesn’t know how to communicate with customers. I forgot to do her name but she said she is manager and she had extended eyelashes. Very horrible experience with her today

    I visited this store today and was very upset after conversations with manager Stephany! She was not helpful at all, unprofessional and rude said if I am not happy with her help she does not care! And second all customer in the store and other sales staff wears face mask! She was the only one who did not wear it! If makes me feel uncomfortable to talk with her!

    "I recently had an interaction with the manager, Rebecca, at the Lululemon store and was disappointed with the customer service I received. Rebecca was unprofessional and her manner was rude, which made me feel disrespected and upset. I hope that in the future, Lululemon can train their managers to provide better customer service and treat all customers with respect and kindness."

    I recently received a pair of pants from Lululemon that were damaged upon arrival. However, when I approached the staff at the store for an exchange, they flatly refused to assist me unless I paid the price difference for another pair of damaged pants. The quality of the pants was already subpar, with visible stitching issues and fabric defects. This experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated. Lululemon's lack of accountability and unhelpful attitude towards their customers is unacceptable. I cannot recommend Lululemon based on this experience, as it has tarnished my perception of their brand. Potential buyers should be cautious and consider alternative options that prioritize both product quality and customer satisfaction.

    Helpful staff today. Store was very messy This is a “pop up” store so it’s smaller and not as nice as a typical Lululemon store. A lot of negative comments for this location but I see corporate does not address them.

    Staffs need to get trained better or they need to hire better fits for the job. Their customer service was 0 out of 10. A guy standing in front was absolutely a cancer. The store doesn't have variety of choice either.
