Well organized with excellent customer services by its staffs. Net and well clean store.

Gets super busy at the cashier's, and service is super slow, long wait lines. Otherwise a standard location with average selection.

Great option to have curb side. They need to have a line just for curb side otherwise you will be in line with the customers wanting to cash out and wasting time. It was easy to pick up my order and verify my purchases. Store has a lot of clothing options for girls but not as much variety for boys. I shop for school clothes for my three year old son and find that there are limited options. Even with the sales rack, majority of choices are for girls. A little disappointed with choices. If I don't find what I like in store, I just purchase online.

Very nice staff offered to help find sizes and I called right when they opened and they put a hold for a shirt that was low in stock. They had lots of sizes that fit me (30x32 pants) and small shirt sizes that I couldn't find at Eaton Centre. Lines were very manageable on labour day sunday weekend. I exchanged clothes for the right sizes and they didn't charge me extra for the shirt marked higher in price.

Comparing to others stores, this one is a little small, it affects the space between racks with clothes. Overwise is a good store, good prices.

Every time I come to the store all 3 cashiers are open and even when the line looks long they proccess payments and returns soooo fast. Really enjoy the checkout experience. There is always a person in the fitting room. However the store is too small for the veriety they offer online.

Great location. Nice staff. Great setup of clothes. Great deals with the 'super cash'. The store is nicely organized and is spacious for stroller if you have young children.

Very good sale. Staff very courteous and helpful. I ordered an item online to be picked at a nearby Old Navy and my order was prepared and ready for pickup in less than two hours after placing it.

Nice options to choose from the clearance sale.. need time to dig into the clothes rack to choose ..

Decent prices and frequent sales, but the store is poorly organized, messy, and the layout is confusing. The staff are friendly and polite, do not seem to have much knowledge about the stock and had trouble with clear communication, so were overall unfortunately unhelpful.

Love old navy. Just feel that with online shopping stores are neglected and never have sizes

It’s so weird that the cash staff did not know about the sales of Black Friday, I went to store on Friday, Saturday and Sunday of Black Friday 2022 and all the three times, the cashier did not apply the discount, and I told her on the website it says it’s on sale and they checked the websites and noticed it, what if someone does not notice and trust the cashier’s totally, I had the same experience with 3 different cashier on three different days and they keep repeating the mistakes, how they did not know that especially in this occasion ( Black Friday) there should be some sale and how they could not see the discount after scanning the barcode, they only could see it by checking the website, so weird.

Came for a return, good service.
