recently
had
a
disappointing
experience
at
this
location.
I
was
there
to
purchase
a
pair
of
black
Jegging
,
an
Indian
or
a
Pakistani
lady
was
assisting
me
and
other
customers.
Despite
asking
her
more
than
three
times
to
help
me
with
the
size
and
color,
she
repeatedly
brought
me
the
wrong
Jegging.
Frustrated,
I
spoke
to
my
friend
in
our
mother
tongue
,that
I
go
find
the
right
item
myself,
assuming
the
sales
lady
might
be
new
and
she
does
not
know
exactly
what
to
do.
When
I
left
to
get
the
right
Jegging
,
she
fallowed
me
to
the
section
which
made
me
happy
and
I
thought
she
is
going
to
help
me
to
find
the
right
size
,but
unexpectedly
she
asked
me
about
what
I
said
to
my
friend
in
our
native
language.I
found
her
too
rude,
and
when
I
told
her
it
is
not
her
business
and
how
she
dare
to
asked
me
she
became
even
more
rude.I
told
her
stop
and
Seeking
assistance
from
the
store
manager,Rohit,he
was
even
worst
than
her,at
the
same
time
another
lady,
whose
affiliation
with
the
store
was
unclear,
also
got
involved.Despite
my
attempts
to
end
the
conversation
and
let
me
find
what
I
want,
store
manager,Rohit
told
me
leave
the
store
or
he
will
call
mall
security.As
I
was
with
a
friend
who
is
a
visitor
in
Canada
I
chose
to
leave
and
later
contacted
customer
service.
I
had
the
worst
experience
ever
in
this
location
with
those
guys.I
have
a
couple
of
questions
for
this
company.Is
this
how
your
sales
associates
treat
your
customers?Is
this
how
your
managers
are
trained
to
deal
with
this
kind
of
issues
in
the
store?
How
can
your
manager
dare
to
threatened
your
customers
in
such
a
manner.
I
expected
the
manager
to
help
me
and
tell
her
to
stope
arguing
with
me,but
he
even
refuse
to
tell
me
her
name.So
customer
service
is
the
last
priority
in
this
location.
They
attacked
me
for
nothing
,
ruined
my
day
and
put
me
under
pressure.
I
am
waiting
for
customer
service
to
reply
otherwise
I
will
take
this
matter
to
a
higher
level.
