I just went to Hillcrest mall today. Yes it's boxing day. And yes I stopped by this shop. The staff is friendly but was too busy to be helpful. I try to ask for advice as to what to buy, but the the staff kept going to other adults who were asking about make up. That staff said she would get back to me, but never did. I ended up choosing something random because I had $10 I got for free on my membership card. Did I mention the selection of products was limited? The stuff I bought last year, couldn't be found today. Guess adults are more important than teenagers, and that's understandable. But you might wanna keep in mind the fact that teens tend to write more online rating reports compared to adults.

Great products, service, selection and prices. Sometimes they have some good sales.

Great store for the body treats. Lots of goodies and pleasant staff. Small space but well product selection. I found few treasures in the sales courner for a good price. Have to admit the store feels comfortable.

Very helpful staff. They help you find the best product that you’d need. They’ve always had whatever I needed in stock as well.

Super friendly staff and you got love the smell of this store. I come every couple months to fill up on certain items and especially the satsuma oil diffusers and it’s so delicious. Keep up the good work!

Clean store with decent variety of products. The staff were friendly and welcoming. One thing I would like to note is that not every product on the shelf or counter had prices labeled on them. For example, some soap bars was listed for $5, other kinds of soap bars were listed $6 and a couple soaps didn't have any price listed. It wasn't until it was run through the cash register that the price came up. These variety of soaps were placed in at least 3 different places throughout the store. It would be helpful if all products had prices listed.

I happened to catch a great deal without knowing it was on. Make sure to sign up for their rewards card in order to get lots of perks. The store itself has the nicest employees who will go above and beyond to meet your needs.

My wife and I have been shopping for gifts this holiday season. She needed something for herself and for her niece from the Body Shop (at Hillcrest). While my wife was shopping I observed the shop associates and i was impressed with who courteous, helpful and attentive they ALL were. The young lady who helped my wife (Skylar P.) was a textbook example of what a shop assistant should be. Not only helpful and attentive but she even made eye contact trying to sincerely understand what my wife needed. Skylar clearly explained the options and gave details about the products. Genuinely helpful without an artificial smile or putting uncomfortable pressure. I usually dread shopping during the holidays but the Bodyshop experience made my day.

When I walked into the store, There were two girls who were working there communicating with each other and they didn’t care that I was in the store as a customer. They didn’t ask me for help, so I was looking around by myself to find the sample for the scent of the product, but I couldn’t see any samples. I just opened the lid of a hand cream to smell it, and they started to be rude and yell at me. I will never go there again!

Good staff response for curbside pick ups.

Went in with a shopping list and came out in five minutes. Very helpful staff.

Summer sale, best time to stock up

You can get the 'best' refund experience in this shop. First, you would have to wait 10 mins for them to look up the receipt then they will tell you the receipt is not matching which indeed they are looking at another customer's receipt. Second, they will tell you to match the last 4 digits of the 'credit card' number to get the refund. I told them my only card is not those numbers I don't know which number you are asking. Then they will tell you it cannot be refunded as the number is not matched. Turns out, it's the apple pay 'card' number which they mislead you to look for a 'credit card' number. They will just ask you to go to the wallet in the apple pay and hang you right there if you are not able to find and they do not bother to guide you. Should this be something the shop should be familiar with regarding different payment for refunds? Last, the staff asked why I'm getting frustrated after the above. It's so disappointing to have such an experience in this shop.
