As the owner of this family run business, our store has not received a one star review in the last four years of operation. In the past three months we have received five one star reviews, three of which lack credibility due to the fact these people have not even entered the store premises to shop. They were orchestrated by an unstable employee who encouraged poor reviews for her own satisfaction. This type of behaviour is childish and immature and has no effect on the success nor the customer loyalty we have gained these past four years. Thank you from our family for your continued support of our business. We will continue to strive to do our very best for you all!

Amazing product selection and customer service. I was able to purchase a confirmation gift with ease on their ecommerce site and pick it up only a couple hours afterwards. It was the only store in my area that did confirmation themed gifts and through that I found that they offered a ton of gifts for all occasions. A great local gem!

I placed an online order with them for the first time, and everything went great. Their prices were fair, and everything arrived intact, and the owner was kind enough to throw in a few extra treats for me as well! Will definitely shop with them again.

Beauty cashier, kind of reminds me of Dave Franco. He gave some quality help when I was looking for a Father's Day card, which had a large selection. Only complaint is the chocolate cigars near the cash, I was down for a nice afternoon 'gar only to find out they were chocolate. Overall a great experience. 👍🏼

I recently visited this hallmark location as I was looking to get my mother the perfect birthday card. I was initially in a bit of a rush, but the moment I walked into the store I was greeted by the very friendly store owner who came to my aid right away. She showed me an extensive selection of wonderful cards and helped me pick the perfect card in a matter of no time. My mom absolutely loved the card! Thank you so much !! A++ Review

The owner and sales associates of this family run business always take the time to greet all who pass through their door with a genuine desire to help you find that perfect card / gift for whomever it is you are shopping for! I have never experienced anything but kindness shown by the owner and all who work there. I would HIGHLY recommend this store to my family and friends for all of their card and gift giving needs!! The negative reviews are not only shocking and baffling, but quite frankly, could potentially be construed as slander (which is illegal) by not only the owner, but Hallmark Canada.

This Hallmark store is quite unique in that the gift selection is fantastic and the staff is very knowledgeable in the various product lines. I always look forward to shopping there. The owner is lovely to deal with. Will definitely be back soon.

I wanted to purchase a 50th birthday gift for my friend. Having purchased items from this store in the past, I knew the would most likely have something wonder gift ideas! My heart dropped when I dropped by the store yesterday and it was locked...fortunately there was a note in the window starting they were still open for business online. So I went online and purchased a few items for my friend's birthday. By early the next morning Suzanne (I'm assuming she's the owner) emailed me to let me know she'll be dropping off the gift at my home. Talk about service! Not only did Suzanne dropped off the items I purchased, she left me some precious gifts as well...all beautifully wrapped! So impressed by this 5 star treatment. I know the covid-19 pandemic has caused many small businesses please continue to purchase from this store so they don't become one of the stats. They will definitely be my first stop for gifts for all my special occasion.
