I went here this Saturday around 8, they offered me 30$minimum per person It was 4 of us and i said i will spend 70$ total to help you small business out. But they are so arrogant to reffuse and also gave us a bad vibe saying we look like freebies. They were not even considrate after me asking. They had ample ammount of space too eh.. Thats a shame. I didn't wanted to be rude so i just left I do not recommend such a place. Your attitude was so bad, i have never seen this before. I hope you correct these attitude issues with your staff No thank you. I can pay 1000 dollars but its not about money its about attitude.

If I could give this place less than 1 star if I could. Came here on April 29th, 2023 which is tonight. Not only they are overpriced but the staff including the manager doesn’t know anything about customer service. I literally walked out after 15 mins. They have shisha but it’s HERBAL they won’t tell you till after you have ordered. We ordered something as simple as fries first they said we don’t have fries as we are sold out and then randomly brought out fries and said we found a bag. I complained to the so called manager and instead of apologizing for her staffs bad serve she literally said “I didn’t serve you and can’t do anything” and was extremely rude. if you want to have a good time avoid this place

The photos of this place are sooooo deceiving! We went to this bar for a friend's birthday thinking it would be a place with awesome music, a cool crowd & a fun vibe. We couldn't have been more wrong! It was a very deserted, small, dingy, and somewhat shady place. There was no food on the menu except fries and crispy cheese sticks, so we all went home hungry! The server, who was the only staff!! was a kind guy who did his best to serve our group, and he did a good job. Hookas was well prepared. He was very accommodating and polite. Although we made a night out of it but we all were still upset that we were fooled by the pictures!

Only adding this since the business asked why I rated them so poorly... 1. Probably the worst shisha I (and our group) have ever had. Didn't have any taste, didn't pull properly with virtually zero smoke and didn't get the flavors we asked for. No matter how many times we mentioned this, it wasn't fixed aside from trying to change the hose. 2. You charge for coconut charcoal which we weren't aware of when we asked for it. No one charges for it anymore because no one uses quick lights anymore on account that they taste terrible. 3. One of the pipes didn't work on arrival and we continuously told the staff until both sides gave up. However they still wanted to charge us for it but finally agreed not to after asking several times. 4. Four basic pipes (no fancy pipes or lights), a water and a diet coke came to $150 which is basic robbery when your menu says it's 19.99 per pipe. When the staff took off the forth pipe, the bill came to $100 which brings up another question of was that one pipe $50?

Overpriced and too loud. The workers at the front are complete losers, and arrogant. Forgot to mention they creat their own fees to add up enough money to call in strippers after they close.

Worst service 30min after we placed our order, the guy never actually placed it. So we waited for nothing. Left immediately…. Awful service. I think the guy was high. He looked very dazed. Also tiny space with cold air blasting on top of you. Awful all round.

Had a party there recently , the set up is nice and it was a great atmosphere. The waiters are really nice and attentive, but the only thing is the food platters are small for a group. But overall the Shisha was really good , we did have issues with the pipe but it was fixed, I recommend the grape mint flavour, wings and fries. Would go back for sure .

The staff is really good and helpful. But the products they use are not of good quality I think, we ordered some minty flavor with water base and dint feel the mint even a single bit.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool there staff is also really friendly.They made us feel welcomed and gave us an amazing experience. Great place to hangout, there new halo premium shisha is definitely better then a lot of other shisha spots hookahs, definitely would recommend to everyone!

I don’t know what some people are complaining about, the servers were really nice, the place was packed and only two workers but I still got my food on time. I waited 15 minutes for my shisha and they explained that the coals were heating up, no biggie! Just a lot of impatience from some people. Also, they didn’t hesitate to show me my bill when I requested it and I was made aware of the 15% service charges. Some broke people just like to complain cause they probably don’t know how the food industry works. Anyway, awesome food, awesome music, awesome servers, awesome vibes. The LEDs made for really pretty photos and amazing shishas! Oooooh and the cocktails oooooh nice. I recommend trying the pure pink and the green goblin! Our server recommended the lava cake and the churros, they came with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle! Yum! I’m definitely coming back!

I went here with my friends a couple times. The music is popping. The workers are generous. The set up and lighting is great. The drinks are great. Overall a really chill place.

I gave a high rating just because of the one individual that was working there who was taking orders of a very packed lounge. They tried their very best and still apologized for the inconvenience. Management needs to do better on having more employees to help as I felt bad for them as they where running around taking and fulfilling orders being that they are the only one working on such a busy day (it being a weekend when we where there).

The place has it's chill vibe with Drake and Weekend music adding to it. The Sheesha was great and the sweet potato fries are the yummiest with its dip. The drinks are great too. The owner is a handsome hunk and takes care of his place pretty well and manages everyone nicely with a smile. Thumbs up to the place.

This place is a complete vibe! The servers are really friendly, always welcoming and efficient! The tenders and wings are BOMB! Music is always on point, my favorite Shisha Flavour are the mango orange mint and blue velvet! Don’t get me started on the churros! And the Malibu fries🤤🤤 yummy!

Love the aesthetic but beyond that the shisha and service leaves much to be desired. We ordered three shishas, one of the pipes had a heavy paan flavor. Please wash your hoses out. We came on an empty Fri night but swore that the two workers were only being paid to be on their phones. They were friendly enough but c'mon bruh! We had to go up and remind them about our order. Food came 40min late. No one refilled our waters. When we paid the bill, there was a hidden service fee. My group came from Toronto's east end and were in the area. We want to support local but not if the service and products are subpar.

Poor service quality, the food is a hit or miss but the only great option is the wings and the fries which were really good. The washroom is always a disaster and dirty and also the clean needs a really deep clean and some renovations throughout

Had heard a lot about this place and decided to give it a try and can definitely say I was not disappointed! 1. The whole setup of the place is nice. Another detail that impressed me were the tables. The led signs make for great group pictures with them in the background! 2. Cocktails are amazing! I definitely suggest giving the pure pink and Malibus a try. 3. Since I like my hookahs minty, I went with Purple Haze and on my server’s suggestion, I paired it with the ice pipe. It was straight 🔥🔥 The fact that they have HMD was an added bonus and the ring light makes for some amazing pictures! 4. THE MALIBU FRIES!❤️ Ask for chipotle sauce with the Malibu fries and you got another reason to come back here everyday! We had 4-5 orders of that and tried honey+hot wings! Overall great place, great vibe and great staff! Will definitely return!

1. I arrived for my friend’s birthday. There was a reservation for 10-12 people. When everyone arrived we were told that ID’s needed to be checked which is protocol, I understand that yes. Everyone showed there ID’s and all was well. 1 person out of the of 12 didn’t have identification. The group was divided between two tables, I tried to explain to a server that Table 1 would possibly be ordering drinks and hookah and Table 2 would just like to order food. We were told that the 1 person who didn’t have identification would have to eat downstairs separately. I understand that this establishment didn’t want to serve to any possible underage customers which is understandable. Although that 1 person isn’t interested in hookah or drinking and just came for dinner on behalf of their friend’s birthday. The birthday girl called in advance prior to booking reservations and was told that the group must be 18+, 10 people out of the 12 we’re 19 and over. The other two were 18 and not interested in drinking or hookah. 5 people ended up leaving because there is no point of being separated in the same restaurant for 1 persons irresponsibility and certain things about the lounge gave red flags as to why we didn’t want to spend our money here and which pushed us to leave. 2. The furniture is old and peeling, especially the cushion pillows 3. A table was sticky when I arrived 4. Customer Service was 2/10 5. The Womens Bathroom was very messy 6. The menu is very boring and basic, not inclusive for vegans or vegetarians 7. I tried to order cheddar cheese fries out of the 5 fries options they have and was told they ran out of cheese (on a Saturday night) 8. Overall experience I wouldn’t go back there especially because I don’t live in that area. I felt the staff could’ve been more accommodating and understanding especially when questions were asked and answered with confirmation before a reservation was booked.

Not even worth a star 1. Had to put my own tables together since we were a larger group 2. Didn’t give us menus, had to go up to the counter and ask for one 3. Had to call a worker over to place an order 4. Waited 40+ min for our Shisha to come to the table 5. The Shisha flavour/ combination/ flavour was complete trash. Take the drive and go somewhere else

Overly pricey and don't make the shisha head properly, they don't provide tongs and put 3 charcoal in the shisha which burns it in 5 mins

Defs has to be one of the best shisha bars I’ve been to! Such a chillin spot with great vibes, amazing staff who regularly check up on you and make sure you’re beyond satisfied :’) 10/10 would recommend and I’m most definitely going back! Malibu is a must-see for anybody searching for a memorable experience. They have excellent service, cuisine, and music. There's nothing but good feelings here! Along with the standard flavours, there are a multitude of shisha alternatives. It's really worth the trip!

We had a big party (20-25 people) so they gave us the upstairs party room. Pros: - The staff (2 guys, 1 with a pony tail) were FANTASTIC. Super helpful and accommodating to our group. - we communicated mainly through google chat and they were very responsive. - shisha was very smooth and the food was great also! Must get the Malibu fries and wings. - The room itself was pretty cool, has a TV and it’s own sound system so we played our own music (we’re EDM/house fans so this was a big win for us once we saw that) - They have a minimum spend for the party room which was very reasonable compared to other shisha lounges in the area. - the servers didn’t come up to take our order, we went downstairs to order whenever we wanted (for us this was a pro as they didn’t disrupt our time at the party) - they kept our cake in the fridge and brought it up when we were ready. Improvements: - they had a very small selection of bottles available, we had to get 3 different vodka brands since they only had 1 of each. We would pre order the bottles next time to make sure they have stock (which was an option they gave us but we forgot to do…) - the booths on the second floor were in pretty rough shape. The seats were falling apart and scratching our legs. But we spent most of the time standing and dancing so this wasn’t a huge issue. Overall the service and the party room was a great experience. Would definitely book again for another birthday party in the new year!

I’m shocked at all the good reviews. Shisha is not the greatest. Food is ok (lots of items on their menu were sold out). Service extremely disappointing. Washrooms were filthy. First time going and will definitely not be going back

We have visited the Malibu Lounge a few times and each time we have been extremely satisfied by the service from Martin and his staff. This place breathes positive vibes with the music, friendly staff, and delicious food. Will be back again for sure!

Decent place, shisha could've been better. The caramel milkshake was great! Service was a bit of a let down, if service was faster - would've given a higher rating.

I made a reservation with the owner a few weeks before my arrival when I arrived they said they knew about it last minute. I messaged someone with my concerns and a few inquiries, and they replied that only those under the age of 19 are allowed to consume alcohol and smoke shisha. But, I spoke to the owner again on the phone and he stated he would give and take if we smoked shisha but that anyone over the age of 18 couldn't consume alcohol.The picture of the lounge was very deceiving. I invited 14 guests, but half of my guest had to leave because it was pointless for them to be there because they couldn't be near me. I asked four times to turn up the music volume. It wasn't even that busy that they couldn't help us. They were blatantly rude. The black girl was the only one to express regret for the appalling service.The brown guys that were whirling that shift were rude and didn’t listen to me when I was speaking. If I knew this is what was going to happen I would have booked my reservation with another lounge instead. And from what I’ve heard that place they pick and choose in who they want to provide good service to. I wasn’t asking for some of my friends to drink because that would be illegal. But I have heard that they’ve served people who are underage with alcohol. So I don’t know why all of a sudden they want to appear innocent.
