Rude staff, its ridiculous. My brother went to go order drinks for us, I had to stay inside the car because of my puppy. The server kept referring to my brother as "guy" he didn't even bother to ask him for his name for the drinks he just wrote "Guy" and when the drinks were ready to be picked up he calls out "Guy", like how rude do you wanna get? like bro work on your customer service skills or don't work here. We have already reported this to the company but I just wanted to make a comment here for everybody else to knows.

I like this pretty Starbucks, lots of table with plugs and free wifi. On the day there weee free testers giving out to customers! But it can get very noisy with lots of customers so don’t expect to do a meeting zoom call here!

They are hardly ever open and when they are the quality is inferior to other locations. Taste of specialty drinks hot/cold taste watered down. You might get lucky and receive a half decent specialty drink you ordered. Had one that the milk/cream was sour, didn't realize this until I got home and my daughter tried it. By that time the place was closed.

I am really sorry for the poor customer service they provided. Visited inside: I really don’t like the design and in my opinion they could use the space more functional. But in terms of their service, really great. So I changed my rating from 5 to 3. From outside: Brand new Starbucks, the place is clean and big.

I don't leave reviews very often but I have to say this is one of my favourite locations to go to. I was speaking with a young woman who had curly hair a few days ago and she gave me amazing tips on how to handle my daughter's hair, which has been a bit of an issue lately. Dylan, as always, is such an amazing person. He is extremely kind and engaging with my kids, which was definitely need on a day like today. The wait times are pretty long so I do have it give it a 4, but overall a great location.

they would always mess up on the milk you want, i order lactose free and a lot of time the forget to use it, i would get terrible stomach ache, one time i was watching the staff pouring regular milk and i ask, they threw out and remade me one, i shouldnt have to supervise them. Also the ice shaken espresso here is NEVER full, they would just give u anywhere from half a cup (the rest just foam from the shaken drink) to 80% full. so you pay full price and get half a drink

Bad service. The girl made 3 times mistakes, even I just order the very normal drinks. I believed they don’t train them well.

Maybe they have new trainees in there but I usually go to this location for my matcha fix. Lately they’ve been horrible at making a matcha tea latte. Looks like a cup of milk dyed the very slightest of green. Hopefully they can get the recipe right soon - drive thru people are always super nice though!

Pistachio cream cold brew was delightful. The Starbucks staff treated me with spectacular service with such an upbeat attitude to my lack of Starbucks ordering experience. Definitely will come again, washrooms were clean as well. My time here brightened my mood instantly.

I make a order at 9:20 today. I wait almost 1hr. I ask service, guy said just wait. They found they missed my order. Then they made a new immediately. I don't know Why…… I wait for 1hr, just one coffee……

My go-to Starbucks in the mornings. Great location, the drive thru is amazing. I’m in and out with a coffee in my hand, only adding 3 minutes to my commute! Customer service is great; staff are friendly and knowledgeable, recommending drinks and pastries. It is obvious they genuinely value their customers. My favourite thing about this location is that drinks are always made consistent in flavour! You can order your regular coffee and it will taste as expected, everyday of the week.

Their store closed at 9:30, but these employees decided to close the shop 15 minutes before closing time. Very unprofessional. You advertise online 9:30 you should stay true to the times you post.

Today I order three drinks at this location. While driving them back to work, I spilled all three drinks completely. Like one fully empty and two half empty ventis. I went back to Starbucks to grab some napkins and Elise (not sure if I got the spelling right) and Aidan gave me lots to clean with and REMADE MY DRINKS!!! I am so grateful

The location is excellent, as it is close to major grocery stores, so why not get a coffee while doing your groceries! The staff is very friendly and so polite. The store is always clean and well kept and service is excellent.

Whether it's a simple modification to my order, such as requesting oat milk instead of regular milk, or adjusting the level of sweetness, my instructions are routinely overlooked. Time and again, I have asked for a reduction in sugar content, only to receive excessively sweet beverages that leave me feeling dissatisfied. It is disheartening when a customer's preferences are disregarded as if they hold no importance. This consistent failure to pay attention to detail reflects a lack of care and a disregard for the overall experience of the customer. Furthermore, the overall quality of the coffee at this location leaves much to be desired. The drinks often lack the rich flavor one would expect from a reputable coffee shop, with an unfortunate tendency to taste watered down or poorly balanced. The atmosphere within the store also adds to the disappointment. The cleanliness and maintenance of the place are sorely lacking, with dirty tables and chairs that give the impression of neglect. The restroom facilities are far from pristine, contributing to an overall unwelcoming environment. It is disheartening to witness a lack of motivation and attention to detail from the staff responsible for keeping the store presentable for its customers. Despite the convenience of this location's proximity to me, I cannot recommend the Starbucks Oak Ridges store. This Starbucks is way better than all the other ones I’ve visited in Canada. Atmosphere was high end and clean, staff were friendly, service was fast and of good quality, and this area isn’t usually that busy (with the exception of the drive thru, which is usually at its busiest in the morning obviously). Would totally recommend this location over other ones in the area

This is probably one of the busiest starbucks locations in the city so there’s usually a lot of orders in the morning. The staff work quickly and efficiently for the amount of order they get (you should see the mobile orders table) and despite the chaos they are always nice and helpful in figuring out where your order is. Every time I order from here I see people getting very angry with the staff for the wait but they are doing their best. The establishment itself needs to make it clear on the app what wait times are looking like in their locations. I think this would help the morning rush and reduce the amount of abuse the poor employees have to endure. I wish I could say they get paid enough for this, but I know they don’t.

One of the worst Starbucks locations, in terms of staff, customer service and cleanliness. They’re a shame to the franchise. The bathrooms are always despicable, and the staff is careless.

Good friendly staff. Never had a wrong order here which is a first for all the Starbucks I’ve been to. Speed could be better so I use the mobile app to order ahead every time.

Many flies are swarming around the drinks without covering in the shop. Always mess up the orders. I’ve been getting the wrong orders for several times.

Very, very slow. Rude staff. Dirty bathrooms that don't lock. Uber eats customer's, order from ANY other Starbucks. This location will let your order sit on the counter getting cold while they serve everyone else first! That's why your coffee is cold when it gets delivered. 👎👎

This place is my favourite spot to hang out with my best friends. The staff are on their best behaviour and the service is fine all the time. However this plalce is amazing, it is cold all the time. The staff said that the HVAC system is not working prooerly. Weird.

Great service even when they are swamped. Its a fairly busy location so thats pretty much all the time. Gge workers are always friendly and make you feel like your business matters to them. Overall a great location with lots of friendly workers. Id definitely recommend my family and friends to this location. Shout out to Syd for always being friendly, shes a great worker

Starbucks employees leaving and closing restaurant at 9:22 when they are supposed to close at 9:30. Very unprofessional. Starbucks needs to look into these employees. This is a corporate shop.
