I always order bubble tea here without a problem. The new order staff they have is pretty bad. Ordered a hot drink but they gave me a cold drink. I bring this up and the staff straight up said "No." I don't even know what that means. I state again that I ordered a hot drink and he responds with "We don't do hot drinks". I point him to the menu and told him that they have hot drinks in the menu and then he changes his tune to "You need to tell me at the ordering stage." And as frustrated I am, I tell him my original statement of "I ordered a hot drink". He then proceeds to speak to a what appears to be a manager and comes back to me that they can't do anything. This is such a poor customer service and they need to strive some better service. They had a better staffs with staff training on customer service.

I ordered two drinks on the coco APP today and I waited for my drink for 45 minutes, extremely slow, the most ridiculous thing is the staff is super rude!!!! When I tried to talk to them, they just do not want to talk!!!! Highly recommend coco will train their staff, I can wait for me drinks that I understand they were busy, but just be nice and show some respects to their customers!!!!

Come here quite frequently and this location would is by far better then the rest 😎. They always have enough staff and quick on orders.

Newly place open on Oct 26, in heart of Richmond hill, right by Yonge and 16, north of 16. Got by one get one free deal for grand opening and we happen be there. Nice decor. (Im not milk tea drinker so I’m review base on the environment only, but all kids love this place, heard they have 5 locations in GTA)

The usual coco experience but the grapefruit green tea looks and tastes a bit different here… not sure if something changed otherwise decent location. Sometimes it can get really busy here.

Great bubble tea here, make sure to get the phone app. They have a lot of great deals all the time. Customer service at the counter is awesome! My go to place in Richmond Hill.

easily the slowest Coco in York region. probably due to understaffing. wait time for a drink can easily be 20-30 minutes on a Friday or weekend evening, with a line up occupying half the store. I've found this to be the case year round. all other Coco prepares my drink in an acceptable time. even ordering my drink in the app does not improve employing only 3 kids on a busy day is just poor management

Extremely slow service. 50mins for 3 drinks. Long line of 15lb ppl e, but did not expect 50min wait. Workers are working and doing their job, but time is too long

We loved getting our bubble tea from here. We ordered 3 drinks? and when my husband went to get the drinks and asked for a bag they said he has to pay $0.75. This is ridiculous. I understand everywhere is charging for bags now but 75 cents is too much. Not happy with their service.

Very lovely place and they have my fave topping which is QQ sweet potato pearls mix with taro pearls very fast paste and there is a lot room for social distancing🌸

one of my favourite bubble tea places! it’s always so busy here but i don’t mind the wait. i tried a new flavour which is the jasmine milk tea with tapioca. so delicious!!! my new favourite. they also changed their cups so that the small is a white solid colour whole the large remains clear. if you want to take cute pics of your drinks then i suggest getting the large size!

Just got a Taro milk tea. Very poor flavour, so watery and not tasty at all! Do not recommend.

Very busy location but largest one I've visited. We love ordering bubble tea here.

Drinks and ambience is nice but it takes forever to order with mi mic to speak to the server. Keep extra 30 mins to order and pickup a bubble tea.

Not sure if the drinks were made differently here, but it tasted off and of lower quality compared to other locations. Additionally, the sago felt like they were clumped together — they got stuck occasionally in the small straw, even though it’s never been an issue before. The drink was difficult to enjoy. However, the atmosphere is nice with lots of seating. It’s probably the nicest Coco’s I’ve seen so far. Edit: Purchased a drink with brown sugar pearls at this location, majority of the pearls were clumped together as well. The drinks themselves taste okay, it’s just the toppings clumping that need more work.

My son loves CoCo which is why we went to this location in Richmond Hill after a delicious meal at Hero CB. Very friendly staff, courteous & polite; good place to hangout with friends. The Bubble Tea here is one of the best & is quite filling. 👌

When customers give you their business, you offer them a bag or tray without charging a ridiculous price. I'll make sure not to order too many drinks from here since I'm expected to juggle them all in my hands.

Had a order, took more than20 minutes and I couldn’t wait, so I asked for a refund and they took my number and receipt for the refund which they didn’t and I went back after a month and they took my number again to check, a simple refund should not take this long!! Btw they all speak their own language while talking to the customers

They treat the apps order as last in their priority, when they are busy they handle walkin first then delivery pick up then their coco app customer, worst experience and every time you have to wait at least 20mins, this store is extremely understaffed and I won’t come again if they don’t fix this

Bought jasmine milk tea and it tasted like jasmine milk ! No tea in it at all . Went in told them they put more tea in it but it’s like they put water!? 🤮🤮🤢 Even the drink is white there is no tea. This place used to be good once

The food and atmosphere is fine but the customer service is terrible. I ordered a special and three guys which should add up to $14, but the cashier charged me $16. I only found out once I payed, so I asked for my $2 back, but the cashier simply said "No", absurd. terrible service.

Really clean and cozy café perfect for hangouts and friends groups. The caramel milk tea with pearls was absolutely the best!

Drinks are good but the female cashier there today needs some customer service skills. Rude, talks too fast like she's gasping for air and then snaps at customers if they don't get what she's saying. Piece of advice, just chill and talk slowly, clearly and be friendly with the customers.

Bubble gaga (passionfruit/green tea/boba and coconut jelly) is the best, and love that they can do no added sugar, and is dairy free, so good!

CoCo is always awesome! The tea is great, and the specials are always amazing at solid prices! I had the Caramel Milk Tea, and it was superb!

Wanted order the Halloween special XXL milk tea i came in Friday at 12:45pm and they said sold out! Its not Halloween yet and they just opened at 11am. How can they be sold out! False advertisement!

Came on opening day and this Coco location is quite spacious! Service was a bit slow, but overall it’s got a nice atmosphere.

This Coco location is very spacious, clea and organized, nice associates, they have high chairs and of your looking for bubble tea of any kind I highly recommend Coco

My favorite is Baba Gaga but this store is my go to for bubble tea. They provided service all through the pandemic and have always been courteous and calm.

Good location, quick service. Sometimes gets busy but they do a good job with the rush. I prefer to order pickup as it's much easier.

Lemon black tea and chocolate milk tea is bomb!! Always made quickly and perfectly. Never once had an issue here and their uber eats promos are awesome sometimes!! Wish they'd offer more in-store promos. I'd get bubble tea more frequently

Drinks taste pretty good, and are cheaper than at other big boba chains. Whenever I come here with my friend though, he never orders anything, even if he is extremely thirsty. I don't know why he does this, but the atmosphere and drinks have nothing wrong with them.
