    I had a bad experience at this Subway. The lady was rude and lacks common etiquette. I will think twice to enter any subway if i see an indian server/ manager. #indiansoutsideindia pls be compassionate towards others

    Been here many times. It's usually ok. I never review it till now. Buddy who worked today 2pm Sunday was very nice. Felt like he actually liked his job. The sub was well made you can tell he took care and didn't just toss stuff around. Good job!

    the staffs there are not even worth any star. Those indian staffs are way very impolite with very bad servicing attitudes. they vented their bad mood on customers.

    Terrible experience. I ordered a footlong steak and cheese through the app. I asked for extra mayo but they put even less than the normal amount. The steak was very chewy and my bread not toasted even though I asked for it to be toasted. There were barely any vegetables in the sandwich. Definitely won’t be coming back here.

    The owner is very skimpy. Gave me the smallest veggie salad for $9.00. No protein and only of handful of shredded lettuce with very minimal veggies. Definitely not coming back to this location.

    Google maps says location open till 1130, the hours outside state open till 1130 pm but store closed with people inside the kitchen when i came at 1030pm!

    Extremely friendly and polite staff. The Sandwiches were made as I wanted them. Loved the cleanliness and customer service. Highly recommend this Subway.

    Awful experience. Placed an order on the subway app around 5:00pm, to be ready by 5:35. Got here on time only to have to wait another almost 20 mins because they decided to prioritize (and get through) all the people in line and any walk-ins first, before getting to our order. It would have literally been faster had I just walked in. Ridiculous. Don't have an app if that's what you're going to do. Won't be coming back. There are plenty of restaurant and fast food options out there, with far better service.

    I was placing an online order and called and asked the person if they will be able to make a veggie patty subway. The person told me that he has the veggie patty and can do it. But, I'll have to make changes in my order and asked me to place an order after 15 minutes. Surprisingly enough the restaurant closed after 15 minutes. The restaurant is supposed to close at 11:00 But they closed online shopping at 9:00 pm. Employees are not meant to play such games with customers.

    Don't like shredded lettuce. So, when building my own salad bowl, I said "skip it". The server froze, and with great concern actually WARNED me the final bowl would be "skimpy." Think about about the implications of that. There were a dozen ways he could have navigated around his concern that I was skipping the cheapest item on the menu. That was definitely not one of them.

    very pleasant experience at this location. friendly staff. my order was made exactly as I asked for. The sandwich artist took extra step to confirm amount of jalapeno I liked on my sandwich. store looked spotless from windows, to the tables, to the counter. at around 2pm the staff was getting ready to bake fresh batch of cookies.

    Worst subway ever. Visited this subway on dec 9 -12:35 pm .. I asked the guy to make me veggie patty on herbs and cheese .. without even asking or saying anything by making faces he put cheese and put it in toast ..for the veggies I got 1 piece of onion and 2 olives in the entire sandwich .. i questioned him about this behaviour of his .. he replied back rudely and gave attitude by saying this is how we make it … the customer is not stupid as they think . The guy was with glasses ..imagine paying 10 $ for this behaviour of his

    Great location. A little out of the way so lunch on a Tuesday was not very busy. I was able to order my food, pay and begin eating all within five minutes of arriving. Perfect when you only have 30 minutes for lunch. Staff were courteous, organized, quick and effective. People were arriving fairly regularly but I never saw more than two people in line. Lots of places to sit and very clean amenities.

    Had to stand literally 30 minutes to get a sub. There is only one guy who is serving (couldn't blame him) but its ridiculous to let one person run it!!!!

    Subway eat not fresh! Eat expired food. Many subway locations including Bernard and Yonge area before did food poisoning to me. I like mr sub way better and they have healthier options.

    Beyond angry. It's currently 5:04am, i just finished projectile vomitting and now im curled over in pain having violent diarrhea. Gonna miss work tomorrow 100%. That was a $400 sub. Would NEVER eat here again. And all i ate yesterday was a farmer's wrap in the morning, and then that sub around bed time. Poor kid working there was overwhelmed.. took him 20min to make four 6" subs.. he shouldnt be there alone.. he needs a helper. It was so busy, no doubt there was cross-contamination with him trying to keep up. Gonna notify health inspector and talk to Subway head office. Be weary of this restaurant, 5 other people complained of food poisoning this year alone!!!!
