Ordered Mediterranean pizza. Too salty. The olives used were canned, and you can tell that because the olives themselves were extra salty. Combine that with the salt in cheese made it too difficult to eat. Dough doesn't feel fresh and tastes processed like dominos and pizza hut. Sun dried tomatoes tasted as if they were sick. They forgot to add basil leaves even when i aksed them over the phone and they took it down on their notes. Pizza nova is the same as dominoes and pizza hut, so dont expect freshness or authenticity. I wonder how these chains survive, their food tastes like its made in factories for dogs and pigs.

Visited today Pricey and workers have bad customer service skills...very rude Especially the Owner, he's a jerk. Not sure if a cultural thing. Their too proud of themselves. Doesnt know how to talk to people and he acts so privileged. Bad attitude I will not give them business because of this ..I'll go to the burger and chinese food beside them. Anyways their pizza prices have gone up and their slices are small for $5-6.

Good place hard to locate in the plaza pizza was under sause and a bit burned but the potato were nice in quantity that's why they got 4 and not 2 I knocked 1/2 for the pizza and 1/2 for the location and no open sign

I asked for many diffrent toppings and I paid a lot to get a nice pizza but I got only black olives the most . I won't buy from them any more .. I guess they just want one time customers .

I buy pizza all the time at different pizza nova locations. I have not had one problem to date as far as anybody giving me a hard time for not worrying a mask. All the other locations have respected the mask exemptions. Definitely don't go to this location. If you have a mask exemption, are against mask or segregation. Big Thumbs down for this location! 👎

One of the best locations I've visited. Staff is very professional and friendly. Food is great as expected. Definitely worth stopping by this location, great work!

Driest pizza I've ever had. There's barely any sauce and cheese is bland and can't melt properly.

This might be the best Pizza Nova in Canada. All toppings are fresh and delicious, pizza is always cooked to perfection, and staff are simply amazing. One of them even happened to pay for the rest of my order when I forgot my wallet! Real people and good food. Hard to find nowadays.

Their food is amazing 2 days ago I went there for the First time and the staff they were really nice and polite

This place always lacks in customer service and does not care about fresh slices they will literally leave a pizza there tho whole day. They do not address u and the owner looks very upset all the time maybe if you had good customer service and cared about your customers i would not be writing this review. I hope your locations fixes there issues or closes down because you are tarnishing the proud name of pizza nova…..

Their 1 topping party pizza is super cheap and it actually slaps. Definitely a go to. They do delivery or pick up, I’ve only had an issue a single time where I was delivered the wrong pizza but for the most part it’s been on point.

Visited today , after 35 min of waiting time ask the on of the employees in this location what is happening with my pizza , the answer I was getting incredibly rude and frustrated ,” you buying pizza for $ 13 and what do you expect If you don’t like to wait we can give you money back , and was swearing and talking not nose but rude to the customer . This is a new way of pizza NOVA way to satisfy their customers,was buying pizza in this location for many years I noticed that every new unprofessional employee their hired has no idea how to talk to customers will address this concern to main office

Pizza Nova is our go to pizza. It is close to our home, it is open until late hours, we like pizza with a thin crust and mix and match option allows us all to choose our favorites.

Food is good, service is good. No extra effort put in for customer service.

I ordered the pizza online, and prepaid for it. It was ready and fresh within a few minutes of my arrival - the staff were friendly and professional. Pizza tasted fine - I don't eat a lot of pizza, so not sure what to compare it to, but it was good.
