I've only been here when the owner is working, he's a very friendly and approachable person. He made my sandwich while obliging me with my questions on the franchise business. I wish they were open till midnight but that's the price u pay to live in the suburbs I suppose. Overall, it's a good Subway restaurant.

Love this location always fresh bread and toppings, great for dine in or out. The young girl in evenings is super nice and great customer service.

Bought 4 footlongs and 4 drinks. Used a 2 $0.99 coupon which includes a foot long and a drink. Instead, I was charged for 4. An order that should’ve been <20 costed me 31. A Truly Cheap place.

Had a meatball marinara, great as usual. Exactly what you'd expect from a Subway.

I was there today. Customers wearing gloves and mask but the person working with out any PPE. Also notices she was handling cash and food with the same glove. Disgusting. I can see the owner of this location cut corners. The counter area is not covered properly to protect the staff. I would stay away from this location for health and safety reasons. I do not think subway head office really enforce or check on the franchise owners.

I was there today at noon. They were very busy, but took care of all customers very quickly. Very nice customer service which is rare for Subway!

Some of the food ingredients were not fresh and looked like they have been sitting around. This location was not very busy which might be the reason.

This just reflects my recent experience at this location: The owner/manager can do a better job of continued training and how courtesy works in such a saturated market. On other hand, employees need to be courteous and value customers business by not being oushy and impatient! Still will continue patronaging this spot.

I am a vegetarian and I work alot so i eat on the go alot. This is definitely one of my favorite subway locations...staff are always friendly and accommodate my picky requests.. i like clean gloves i never have to ask. The portions are always proper never too much or little. They do not drown the sub in sauce. The toppings are always fresh the area is always clean even when they get busy they keep it fresh and clean. .. this location is 100 % the beat one ihave been too and I am at subways at least 3-5;times a week... great job guys keep it up......

Been to this location many times and I have never had a concern. The owner is friendly and even once gave my daughter a free cookie. Even when they have just opened for the day they have happily served me. Also compared to other locations the sandwiches are always good. I always come back!

Absolutely Horrible! Have be going to this subway for years, never had major issues. Today I placed order online to be picked up at 530pm, when my wife arrived at 530, the staff member had yet to start my order, spending too much time talking with her boyfriend, after 10mins she finally acknowledged my wife, then was still 20mins making 3 subs, and 2 sammy's? That's a perfect way to lose customers

Never open on time. Blaring music from employees phones, always on the phone with their friends while taking uour order. Totally unprofessional.

We ordered the footlong bread with chicken, be aware of the chicken that is not real chicken, it’s like breaded. there is another type of chicken, it’s chopped chunk (that’s real chicken), but the man will give you breaded chicken instead of the real chicken which is called “chicken teriyaki”. When your order comes with chicken, you need to clearly tell “chicken teriyaki”. it didn’t happen in other subways.

Overall food was okay. Subs had very less amount of veggies and sauces.

I feel sorry for the young man put in the position last night. No tomatoes!? Order online and then get to the store and no Harvest Cheddar. It's like winning the lottery if you can ever get your sammich with what you want on it. The staff are friendly and helpful as much as they can but management's poor stocking of supplies puts their staff in a precarious position.

Would absolutely recommend eating here. Exceptional character, fresh food, excellent customer service. I recommend this place.

I was impressed by the overall staff's hospitality and cleanliness of the store. Owner and staff happily spent time to make our meal perfect. I love the place and would recommend it to everyone.
