    Worst Tim’s on the planet. One coffee takes 200 years to make. By the time I got my order i had 6 kids, a mortgage, and 4 cars. Edit: this place just gets worse and worse every time. I work in the mall and whenever I come for a coffee I spend 25 min of my 30 min break just waiting to get my order taken even if there is like 3 people in line. Im not sure how they’re able to be this slow or not have enough employees.

    Update Yesterday’s TH service here was better. Up from 1-star to 3-stars. I do like Tim Horton’s, but NOT this one. The food court in general in this mall has gone downhill.

    Bathroom was nasty and there was people passed out drooling on the tables just awful but Tim's coffee still will always hit the spot get rid of the bums and really try harder to keep the bathrooms in tip top shape not some den for drug users totally disgusting always keeping it real for the people no holds barred always be honest with youre reviews it helps everyone who wants to know what they are to expect.....coolhandluke247

    I ordered many times, its usually happened many times with me. As today I ordered a small French vanilla after waiting in huge line. After ordering, customer behind me served but I was still waiting for my drink. After 10 mins of waiting, I asked my drink to them, they said Its not ready yet somebody was making. After waiting again, I asked for refund. They denied first. After some argument finally they gave refund. But seriously their staff was highly ill mannered, disrespectful, and not well trained. They do not know how to treat customers. Worse experience ever

    cashier was rude. someone name V____ something..asked her about my tim card and she said she cnt punch it and it’s my fault for not reminding her. she was busy flirting with another customer and forgot my drink as well. she was mad when i asked her about my drink. not happy with this place of establishment at all.

    The young man with a little beard is very caring and nice. He always knows what we want and hands it in on time. The cashier people can be sometimes rough but when he cashes out or a Filipino senior woman, they r the greatest workers.

    Today I ordered 3 different coffee. One Asian girl was in cashier one side which left side around 1.30pm customerstands. I didn't know the name. She served 2 coffee. I asked where is other one. She said wait. While I was waiting she took a customer and served same coffee what I ordered. I asked I am waiting before her how you serve her before me. She said she is waiting to other lady to serve but she served this lady who came after me. I was so pised. She was so rude to me. I was upset too. But I am customer. She is customer service. Please consider this matter. Other lady came and saw the way she spoke. I think she was the manager. I am dealing with Tim since they open. I never saw this kind of women in Tim's. She is real bad customer service ever....

    Terrible! Why open a fast-food restaurant in mall and not recruit enough employees. There is no manager on site, and all the employees don't care that the people standing in line also have to go to work. Employees are rude, it looks like they work there for free.

    Sometime they are very busy but today it wasn't. I used Birthday coupon 😀 they were not sure but after i scan my membership it worked fine. The cashiers were nice and friendly.

    Always a huge line. They are always out of something. Not a lot of variety in their sweets. The coffee is not bad but not the best comparing ti other Tim’s.

    Horrible experience! I went to pick up 2 coffees for my coworker and I, and I find the coffee to be extremely hot and I can't carry two coffees at the same time so I asked for two sleeves and a tray, and the employee told me she couldn't give me a tray and two sleeves and if I wanted I could only have two sleeves or a tray! Ridiculous. I've never heard about anything like this at Tim hortons and I used to work there. The staff are rude and give attitude and don't seem to like their jobs and have zero customer service!

    Service is sometimes ok but it depends on which staff is working. Most of the time the service is disrespectful to the customers and they seem to think that’s ok. Even funny. They laughed at an elderly gentleman when he got upset when he made a simple common request, I believe I heard it was for them to add a bit of water to the black coffee when he was ordering, and they said no. He left without purchasing telling them off almost crying. I don’t blame him. It was sad. This Tim Horton’s is being run by someone that is unconcerned and disrespectful to Tim Horton’s loyal customers. I have asked numerous times for skim milk in my coffee (other Tim Horton’s have it, all it takes is putting a carton in the fridge if it is not in the machine). There are several other examples. We don’t want to lose Tim Horton’s and if this keeps up more stores are going to close. There has been a drastic shift in work ethics here in Canada.

    Customer service is awful here. Get some nicer people hired and don’t stick to Indians since they are very rude and resist in this branch. Super disappointed. They closed 10 minutes before they should and they saw us in line since 20 minutes before closing time. Didn’t bother to tell us sooner for us not to wait in line for that long. Be better please!

    This is one of the worst Tim Hortons coffees I have ever had. The coffee is definitely over-extracted. The coffee is unbalanced, too much bitterness.

    If you're not open early, maybe don't open your gates so early. There's a huge line and you have the nerve to tell me you open in 30mins. Incredibly rude service this morning.

    Jocelyn was super rude. I tried to order a single egg because it is all I can eat after my jaw surgery. She was not helpful or empathetic. After her boss came into help (she couldn't and didn't want to figure out how to charge for that) and I was waiting by the side, she had the nerve to ask me if I ever worked at a Tim Horton's! Super rude!

    Unbelievable! There is always line up because they don’t have enough stuff,sometimes we have to stay in the line around 45 minutes and the staff is so road and don’t care about customers.one time they gave me very cold coffee and when I complained they didn’t care to change my coffee,really that location is awful.

    DO NOT EVER GO THIS TIMMY!!!THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO YOU! They created the worst Timmy experience. I wanted to buy a large Iced Capp and then using the point I just get to redeem the second iced Capp. I didn’t know at that time that there is a cooldown period with any membership card activity , so I guess I should not order in two separate orders in the first place. I recently received a gift card, so I was just asking if I can transfer all my balance to my main gift card (no point using two cards). I would expect the server to say no, but she says yes. So I order my first cup and she rushes me to swipe the card without allowing me to get my point. When she told me it’s too late to get the point, I thought it’s fine, I’ll keep my redemption for next time. I ordered the second cup, but she charged me extra for the same order! That’s the worst part. When I finish my order and ask her to move my new gift card balance to the existing one, she says that you need to swipe the new one first to move it and they cannot move it without putting down an order. At this point, I just want to move the balance, so I order a Double-Double just so I can swipe my new card. And she says no, you can’t transfer the balance between gift cards. I’m triggered since every order is wrong so I just leave after I get my drink. From hindsight, I could have ordered two Iced Capp and it would be done, the issue could have been easily avoided if she just listen to what I have said. If you are not sure what I said, then ask again, don’t blindly say yes.

    Every time I go to buy apple fritters after 5 pm they are sold out. Seems they do not replenished. The staff do not care. Poor customer service. Need to train staff be more accommodating. Selection of donut varieties is poor.

    They’re so slow! The customer service is just terrible. They always have people lining up because they can’t get the food out fast enough. It’s so slow I would literally leave while waiting and give my business to McDonald’s and Starbucks! They need to hire better and faster people here. Not impressed by this location at all. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻😒😑😑

    The tall gentleman had a very bad attitude at the cash and the crispy chicken I ordered so just reheated and super dry. It was like eating a hard sponge very bad had to throw it out waste of $6. I’ve had this chicken at other locations frequently and it never tasted like this in my experience.
