I went with my son on Saturday for the opening. We waited almost 2 hours for 2 free margherita pizzas. We got home and the first bite my son took of his pizza had a hair embedded into the dough. He’s 12 so he got really grossed out and was very disappointed (at this point I ordered pizza nova) I called the shop and explained what happened. I asked if I could send over pictures. I’m not sure if it was the owner or manager that I spoke to but he gave me a number to text the pictures to. He promised to get back to me but never even sent me a text back to apologize. I am not only very upset that we wasted 2 hours waiting in the cold for pizza I am also very disappointed that I did not even receive an apology or anything, not even a text back.

I love PI Co pizza. They make it fresh in high temperature oven and most of the toppings are free of charge. I always get the create your own pizza for $17.99. I’ll start with Margarita and the add my own toppings on the top. It is really good. I would recommend it to all.

Pi Co. provides Neapolitan pizza with variety of toppings in a peaceful environment. Well trained and welcoming staff is a feature of this pizza shop.

Went to visit last week as well as during Pi Day. Both visits, the food was fresh, fast, and delicious. The pizza was well made, and kept warm during transit. The entire team works really well with each other to feed over 200+ people, it was a buzzing atmosphere and great success for everyone. Thanks for all the hard work. Unless you love Caesar sauce, you can pass on that.

My home is literally 3 mins drive from the store and the pizza is not even warm when I eat it. Topping is not bad but the bottom is burnt, the strongest flavour you can taste was the burnt flavour. I had 1 slice and couldn't eat no more. Disappointed and will never order again.

Really good pizza. Traditional Italian style, with really nice flavour in the dough. Loved the create your own, as we were able to pretty much put whatever we wanted with no topping limit. The pizza came out hot and I loved that it didn't taste greasy like American pizza. Only thing is for $17 each, its quite small (husbands hand for reference). Otherwise I'd have given it a full 5 stars. Would definitely buy again... But maybe more for special occasion / treat.

First time here and I was pleased with the overall experience. I ordered the Margherita. The pizzas are, what I consider to be, an individual-portion sized for $12 each. The pizza was nice and crispy on the outside but the dough was soft and chewy on the inside. I’ll come again for their “build-your-own” pizza next time!

Totally burnt pizza ( bottom too) while the eggs are still raw. So I have to trash it

This place has really great salads!! I ordered a salad from here for the first time on Uber eats - it was honestly one of the best salads I’ve ever had. Toppings were all extremely fresh and crispy, cooked/grilled items were delish. toppings options could be fancier (perhaps more cooked item options might be nice) but they were very fresh. Cheese options were great! Dressing (lime poppyseed) was good but basically just tasted like olive oil. Get a balsamic too to make it more interesting! The salad is very large, I was very full. The box size is deceiving - I poured the salad into a bowl to eat easier and it was huge.

The food was delicious. It was recommended by a waitress at another restaurant who has celiac, and she raved about their gluten freee pizza so we came to check it out! We got some gluten-free crust pizzas and 1 dessert, and it was all soooo delicious. One pizza also had vegan cheese, and it melted really well. We will be back for sure. Highly recommend!

Delicious and fresh food. Pizza, Salad, and Small Bites bread were all tasty. Recommend the Goat Cheese, Honey and Walnut small bite as well as Caprese and Beets salad. We ordered a custom pizza and that was tasty.

First time trying Pi Co. and tried the Margherita and it was the best! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and the restaurant was clean. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Went a little creative on the pizza - ordered a pie with mozzarella, ricotta, pepperoni, sausage, chicken, corn, pineapple and pear! I know - fruit on a pizza is a controversial topic but i love pineapple on pizza. Don’t judge me! 😂Never had pear, and don’t recommend it on my combo. I usually see it on a white sauce pizza. Now i know why. They had a ton of fresh toppings to choose from. Ordered take-out, and it was ready just on time. Place was relatively clean and the staff were nice. Overall though, it was an average tasting pizza. The dough and sauce they used was relatively bland. The pepperoni was probably more high-quality - but i prefer the taste of the more traditional chain type pepperoni. The sausage was pretty spicy, which was unexpected. The chicken was good and they did put a good amount of toppings on the pizza. So if u don’t want to be limited by the number of toppings on your pizza, this place can do that. A custom pizza costs $16. 3 stars. I would give it another try with a simpler combination, but i can’t recommend or dissuade people from trying this place. Kimmy agrees. For fast-fired chain restaurants I personally prefer Blaze Pizza.

My husband and I came here for lunch last Saturday and as I was eating I bit down on an olive seed which was inside the pizza. I was in pain for the rest of the day and kept checking to see whether my tooth was chipped. When we mentioned it to the employee it didn't seem like she cared. She just threw the box with the olive pit away and asked "how was the pizza otherwise?". There needs to be more care taken since the outcome could have been much worse, especially if it was swallowed by a child.

Freshly made pizza right there. You pick what you want and bam, you get yourself a fresh personal and personalized pizza. So fresh . This new location is bright and spacious. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about everything they make. YuM YuM Definitely gotta go back.

Margherita pizza. Only left burnt after taste in my mouth. Cancer causing ?

First time having the pizzas there. We personalized each pizza, you pick your dough, sauce, cheeses you can pick more than one cheese various great topping which are unlimited. There are a few extra things that are extra $. Overall we were happy with the taste the dough is fantastic not heavy just right. Mine was a little soggy could have been too much sauce I chose the tomato sauce. For the salads various good choices 👍🏼

Got a cheese loaded pizza and here’s my honest review. Small pizza, 4 slices, 20 bucks. Pizza as ordered, kind of thin, large slices. Little expensive for sizing. Not bad for the unlimited topping rule.

Customize your pizza with unlimited toppings. You choose your toppings like at subway. Price is a bit high for personal sized pizza. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pie finished baking in high heat oven in 90 seconds.

The pizza is good. It was honestly surprising, tasty, flavourful and awesome texture. With all that being said it was light, will definitly be ordering again.

I was always buying my gluten free pizzas from Vaughan location but I headed to this location cause it was on my way. I can only say that we moved the pizzas to the trash after the first bite. Very disappointed. They also charged me for dip but did not place it inside the box and not answering my emails to refund.

Exceptional service Gave our kids extra attention Pizza is outstanding and ready in just 105 seconds!! Will be back again and again. This is a must try
