Only 2 ppl working during rush hour. Definitely got a difficult job in front of them. Still got my drink though, so yay! I asked if they had gift cards available. They told me no. They only have an app which let's you load money into the account. I guess I'll just have to give the other person cash or a prepaid visa then! Keep up the good work employees! On a request by my loving wife, she asked for a roll cake. I ordered it Thurs afternoon and by Friday midday it was awaiting me. The tiramisu cake was also a massive hit. The cakes were fluffy, light and perfect. I will 100% be buying more cakes from Chatime, maybe one closer to home, if they offer this service. Otherwise I am gladly driving from Pefferlaw to Hillcrest to enjoy the baked goods and the delicious tea. Taro and Pudding is now my absolute favorite. Thank you again Michelle for helping me make the biggest impact with the one I love. You are an awesome person and a great soul!

Chatime is one of my favourite boba place with my go to drink being the [Roasted Grass Jelly Milk Tea] it’s creamy and velvety, so smooth and satisfying to drink every time. I love that this location located inside Hillcrest Mall has a large selection of Bake Code pastries. I had been wanting to try Bake a odes croissants for awhile now, but the location I go to (Elgin Mills & Leslie) doesn’t carry them. When I saw that Hillcrest had them, I knew I had to give it a try. I was debating between Salted Yolk Croissant or the Vietnamese Coffee and ended up with the coffee. Happy I did, as the flavours was good, you can taste the aroma of the coffee without it being too strong. Their croissants are pretty big compared to other places, however not as soft and flakey. It’s a bit more on the drier, crunchy side. I still enjoyed the croissants but wished it was a bit more buttery and flakey. I am going to need to head back to try the other flavours out.

This bakery made bread that's completely hollow in the middle. So basically, they are selling large air wrapped by thin layer of bread.

Wow this chatime was great, got my order correct and the tea was very flavourful! I loved the music selection they had going on! The staff were just so kind and helpful! I loved the wide variety of baked goods in there bake code section. Overall a very pleasant experience, i will definitely come back!

I came in today and the worker made my mango smoothie perfectly!! He was really nice and energetic which was refreshing to see during the pandemic. I think his name was Nicholas or something? Definitely coming back!

Great location. I asked for regular size but the staff charged me a large for my drink. A good thing to help your staff is to make sure they are informed of the specials. Your staff told me that the specials on the chatime app is only for online orders when it specifically said "...at participating locations". Please Chatime! Do not get your staff to make up their own reasons as a cover up. It does affect customer service.

This place never disappoints. Whether you get a beverage or a baked good, you know you are getting something fresh and delicious! This cheese and bacon loaf was extremely delicious and had to post a pic as I was indulging on this on my way to the mall parking lot! Thanks for always being consistent on quality and freshness and very reasonable prices.

Their Pearl MTs and Grass Jelly MTs are my usual go-tos because they're super yummy!

3 employees standing there, zero customers, stand at cashier for 5 minutes none a knowledge us till we call and say if they are going to take order !! With attitude they got the order. Sorry for the owner.

Waited over 16 minutes for one drink! One server! Messed up drinks for customer in front. Sixteen minutes and STILL waiting! Eighteen minutes??

I only drink taro slushes, Chatime is getting worse, do not recommend getting the taro slush here... better off going to Coco or Real fruit

Their bubble tea has no taste, it’s almost like they don’t add any tea, I tossed mine in the trash. I much prefer the alley.

Chatime at Hillcrest makes good jasmine jade green tea with Oat and honey sub compare other locations.

When you order warm drinks they always less 1 or more toppings since you can’t see it from the outside of the paper cups.. :(

This is a grab and go location so there are no dine-in seating. It's also very busy on weekends. The employees are friendly and make sure they got the drink right before cashing you out.

Their mango smoothie is blended ice with milk powder. Need to look up smoothie on google.

When I went the workers did not know how to use their new points system. I wanted to reedem my drink and I had redeemable value, but they stood there for so long not knowing what to do and I ended up having to pay for it. Workers arent knowledgeable about their own points system.
