Unbelievable food! All natural ingredients and welcomes all allergy sensitives diets. They are gluten free entirely and you would never even know. I recommend this place to all regardless of GF or not. It’s by far the best Chinese restaurant I’ve ever eaten at.

There is nothing like the taste of fresh homemade natural ingredient Chinese food! Specifically geared to gluten-free and celiac sensitivities, do not be mistaken as their flavors are rich if not cleaner than the average Chinese takeout! Me and my friend came here to celebrate my birthday and to say the least most of our remarks of the food was incredible! We are both people who do not have sensitivities whatsoever but the quality of food is high and the environment is quaint but it's able to accommodate for large groups. You can also order their food for takeout or sit in and enjoy their meals. The following photos are large plate size so welcome for anyone who wants to split or share! Pricing is fair and we both ended up still having enough for takeout afterwards! Don't miss out on this hidden gem! What we ordered: Rice noodles, the large lemon chicken with lemon sauce on side, hunny garlic beef, spring rolls, steamed rice. Again good size portions!

We weren’t sure if they were open for Canada day and when I called they opened just for us. The owner cooked everything fresh for us. I brought my wife whom is gluten/dairy free and a friend who isn’t. We all enjoyed the food wholeheartedly, the dumplings and calamari just wow. The fresh sweet and sour spice sauce was delicious. We will definitely be regular customers of Bean Sprouts!!! Thank you for making delicious food my wife can fully enjoy.

Great Chinese food. We ate for dinner and everything was made to order. It was reasonably priced and met all our dietary needs. They also have frozen meals if you would like to take items home. The owners were really friendly and very caring!

Best Chinese restaurant I have been to and it's gluten free! The food was really delicious beats any Chinese place I have been to and they dont cheap out! The location is also very clean and beautiful, the staff where very nice and you can tell the food was cooked with passion and fresh ingredients! Definitely will be coming back again!

Saw this Gluten Free Chinese restaurant and wanted to give it a try, I was very happy with the food, taste and quantity. It will be my go to place now for Chinese food I know is safe for my partner that cannot have gluten. Would recommend highly for anyone looking for a safe alternative that tastes great!

Absolutely incredible and a must visit for anyone looking for Celiac or Gluten-free options. They also cater to some other diets as listed on their website. Phenomenal worry free Gluten Free food. Serving sizes are generous. Price is on the higher end for similar food but it's homemade gluten free food so it's understandable. Also family owned.

Amazing place for gluten free Chinese cuisine! Everything is safe to eat so you can browse a large selection of popular dishes. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the place nice and clean. They also have have frozen food for takeout to enjoy at home at a later time. Definitely check it out if in the area!

This restaurant is 100% gluten free and celiac safe. From someone who has celiac disease the restaurant was 100% safe. The food was amazing and clean. Free from gluten, nuts and MSG. The owners were extremely friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended eating there.

Me and my mom ordered gluten free food for allergies. We got egg rolls crispy beef and a side of rice. The crispy beef was to die for and when I put the sauce from it on the rice it was amazing. The egg rolls were for my mom my mom really liked them and I thought they were ok so personal preference. Than we got onion rings which come with a lot of them and there huge plus you can do take away so you can bring it home.

My husband and I tried food from the bean sprout last night because I had a big craving for Chinese food. I am celiac and haven’t been able to eat Chinese food since my diagnosis. We absolutely loved the food here !! You can’t even tell that it is gluten free. We ordered the chicken fried rice, chicken balls and honey garlic beef. All were amazing and hit the spot! We ordered these for pickup and will definitely be returning to try more items. The staff who work here are also very friendly!!

Most tasty Chinese food anywhere and it's all gluten free!!! Everything in their dishes was so fresh and meats so tender, and flavor was amazing.They accomodate for other allergies as well. Owner is a great chef!! Great place for everybody! They even had gluten free fish and chips, and you'd never know they were gluten free! So tender! Whether you're gluten free or not, I reccomend you try this place! They have dine in, very affordable take out, and delivery.

Phenomenal. Not just the best gluten free Chinese food I’ve had, but the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. My family and I just tried this place tonight and I had to get on here to write a review. The Chicken Spring Rolls, Beef flat noodles, and Spicy Thai Beef were such standouts. Wonderful owners, would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing gluten-free Chinese food and very friendly staff. Generous portions. I have celiac disease and am always nervous to eat out, but they are 100% gluten-free. The chef even came over to talk to us. I could cry from happiness- I haven’t been able to eat Chinese food since my diagnosis and this was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be back!

Yummy gluten free Chinese food! After being diagnosed with Celiac, I tried numerous takeout places and nothing tasted like "normal". But, I am so thankful that I gave The Bean Sprout a chance! It tasked so good and fresh, I couldn't even tell that it was gluten free. The prices are reasonable and they are so welcoming. Thank you.

I order from there pop up and I love that everything is gluten free! I love there sesame chicken, egg rolls, vegetable noodles, beef & broccoli! Everything is delicious and I highly recommend! ❤️

Still our favourite place for gluten free food! We are so happy that they found a new location and it is coming together nicely! Always excited to go, not just because the food is delicious and the owners are lovely, but because they also keep a freezer full of food to buy to reheat at home! (We go crazy for the pancakes in particular). Our family has a lot of food allergies, and the Bean Sprout has been too notch in taking care of us!

Food was amazing!! It actually tastes better than regular asian cuisine. As someone who eats alot of asian food, i can 100% say that it is delicious and 100% gluten free. Take the risk you wont regret it. The staff is very friendly and its a very filling place for a great price

Everything I've had here has been absolutely amazing, they are truly one of a kind. Their dumplings are top tier, so happy they exist as a person with celiac disease. Definitely my #1 recommended spot for gluten free eats/eats in general. Only wish they were open later!

A gluten free blessing. Everything tastes amazing. As a person with celiac I’ve never had dumplings that even come close to these. I also love that they have frozen options to make at home! Price is on point for quality gluten free food.

So we finally got to try out The Beansprout Gluten free restaurant. We made the 45 min drive there during lunchtime traffic and all I can say is wow !!! The food is amazing ! We went for the 11:30-3pm lunch special. It's set up just like at the mall. You have options of rice or noodles with a choice of 3,4 or 5 options that range from beef and broccoli to sweet and sour chicken. We tried everything they had and I can honestly say that we loved everything ! The owners both took the time to come and speak with us to see how we liked the food and introduce themselves. They were both extremely nice. Their new location is a little hidden away in an industrial unit, but it was sooooo worth the drive. They also have a freezer full of pre-made frozen chicken balls, spring rolls, egg rolls, rice, noodles etc. 1000% recommended 🙂

I had gotten food from this restaurant a few times now. My kids are on a pretty strict diet (non allergens), and as we know, it is very hard to come by restaurants who truly honour this restriction. First of all, I trust the owners of The Bean Sprout. As a parent of children who require "special considerations", I can relate and respect their determination to do what is right for their child, and I trust this very much. I know they take this very seriously. Secondly, they have always been kind and pleasant in my experience with them. I value this a lot! They have even gone out of their way to entertain my daughter when we came to pick up. Such gentle and kind people. And, of course, the food - I would not for one second guess that it "lacked" anything! Gluten, dairy, peanuts, soy, whatever it is. Their food is made with LOVE, you can see it in the presentation - generous and made with care - and in the taste. Honestly, the food is great! I wish only that the price was less, it is slightly more expensive than some other places, but truthfully, they are rare (allergen free) and the quality of their food and service is well worth it. I believe this is my first review ever, as I felt compelled to give these owners the praise and appreciation they deserve and also tell others about it so they can enjoy it too 😊 Thank you!
