👍👍 It is a very good fitness center, using it to prepare myself for the triathlon challenge. Has a 25 meter pool, body bike training, treadmills etc.
I can recommend body bike training helped me a lot, and improved my endurance.

😠 THERE IS NO AIR. Situation is horrible especially during cardio, i can not breath. Manager of this place should come and try to run 10 minutes in rush hours. Normal gym standard is 18-20 degree for your information, you cannot handle a gym with shopping mall ventilation.

👍👍 This gym is one of best. Good and new Cardio machine and all others gym's equipment are well maintained. Also well enjoying Group training session. Staff and trainer are very helpful. Also well maintain Spa and shower area.

Had to take one star of. The premises are waring off really fast. And Ihaven't seen clean gym area or showers for months although I visit early in the morning.
