This is a nice place to dine out with family & friends in Victoria island in Lagos. Good ambience, courteous stuff are add ons. You can order oriental, Nigerian and continental..all types of food. Whole croaker fish grill is worth trying.

The sushi menu is extensive and tasty although there were a lot of dim sum options unavailable so we couldn’t get them which was a but disappointing. The service is really good and the sushi & sashimi tastes fresh and delicious - would recommend. Really diverse and interesting menu none the less. The parking is not great and the decor & building is quite outdated and slightly run down. The place could do with a face lift. It feels more like a pub/ bar than a restaurant. Would recommend and would go again. Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Ambience - 3/5 Cost - 4/5

Bungalow restaurant has been in existence for as long as I can remember and that's a remarkable feat (especially in this environment). The wear and tear of age shows a little bit on and in the building if you look closely enough but that's understandable. It's a mid-sized restaurant offering oriental cuisine and with about 3 or so different indoor sections (the bar, main restaurant area and then a smaller section where you can host private gatherings such as birthdays); there's also an outdoor sitting area though I hardly see this space used. Service can be a bit slow especially on busy days/nights e.g. weekends, the staff and manager are quite attentive and friendly - for me, this is always a big plus since I'm a sucker for good customer service. Overall it's a nice place for a night out with friends/family.

They have nice Mexican foods. Quantity also good and enough for two people . We visit Bunhalow resturent several times and test Mexican and Japanese food. Staff are good and friendly.

The environment is awesome. Although the entrance is small and you may not even notice them well. They have all kinds of dishes including Mexicans. They serve gently and also talk gently.

This is a very nice restaurant with serene environment. The staffs are welcoming and the service is really nice. The food is top notch and good serving. I had a birthday dinner with my friends there and it was worth it. The food price is okay and not too expensive. With at least 7k you will eat and drink. It also has a bar side and other private areas. You can get other cuisines there like Japanese, Mexican etc. In all it is a place I will recommend.

I love the ambiance and serenity of Bungalow. I love the customer service as there is not like being served by friendly and smiling staffs. You honestly need to try the lobster it is wonderful I had a swell time, because I love food and they serve good food.

If you love taking pictures, this place has many spots you can take amazing pictures. The screens are also good and the staff are friendly. We ordered their Chicken and Beef Tacos and I wouldn't say I enjoyed it I one bit! The chicken taco was okay but the beef taco wasn't good. Couldn't try other dishes because the taco experience wasn't good. Maybe... Just maybe I might visit and try out other dishes.

I’m always particular about the food, and they scored high marks in this aspect. Delicious food, and the chef always put up a show in the Bunyaki. The general section isn’t as good or does it have as many options. It could also be much cleaner. But it’s a good place overall and not harsh on the pockets.

Huge portions on a plate so I ate too much. I would say it’s worth it cos it’s a pricey place. I find the menu somewhat interesting, it’s rare to see a place with a similar list. I would describe the restaurant as a classic because it’s been there for a few years which is rare in these parts. Service is ok at least no bad experience. I hated the parking thou. I hope that gets better. I would go again.

Visited here several times and the food here hits the spot, especially when you're really hungry. However, the service can be quite disappointing. The wait time for food orders can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour and the quality/taste of the food differs from visit to visit; sometimes good and sometimes leaving more to be desired. The different types of naan are my favourite items on the menu. The prices are affordable for the location of the restaurant but portion sizes seem to be decreasing. The ambience isn't too great for me personally, as the seating downstairs is dark during the day. I would recommend here for affordable Indian dining, however you must be prepared to wait!

Bungalow's kept his standard over the years. Always good to be back. Their extended Menu will definitely have your taste & choice. Great Location. Good for Sport gatherings as well. Sipping a nice cocktail wouldn't be a bad idea.

Bungalow is just by the Junction of Adeola Odeku and Akin Adesola .. Quite affordable for mid class Nigerian. And if it’s too expensive , there is a Buka behind lol

The staff here were very courteous. I met with the lovely owner who took out time to introduce himself and ensure we were enjoying our meal. The menu offers a variety of options from Mexican quesadillas to Nigerian rice and peppered snail. The first glass of pina colada I ordered wasn't up to par and when I noted this the waiter made his best effort to offer me a better version.

They missed us as much as we missed them. Bungalow restaurant is a place to be for a Friday evening. Try out the teppanyaki Japanese cuisine with friends and you'll make your evening memorable ✨

I visited some years back and I still remember how much a delight it was being there. The food was nice and tasty. The staffs were friendly and acted like they have known me for years even though i was only visiting for the first time. If I have reasons to be around the place again, i will gladly pay a visit

The general outlook was pretty,and has my best cocktail yet here,a mango cocktail... I can't remember the exact name but it's the best I've had so far,as I try cocktails in every restaurant I visit...I had yam fries as well,I can't say much about the food, because yam is the same everywhere...I'll update the next time I visit,but for now it's just this...yh by the way,they had a couple of foreign beers,for those of you who are tired of our local brands... continuing my review,I had beef noodle soup, generous portion and it was tasty as well...so it's worth the rating I gave😌

The food was good, the quality of the meat was excellent. Would have given 5 stars, but for several little mistakes which were all put right in the end. Check the bill before paying, ours had an extra bottle of wine charged which could have been a significant mistake.

I got invited for lunch at Bungalow’s (VI) because my friend mentioned that the outlet in Ikeja was nice. I love the interior design settings as there are booth areas and single chairs to choose from. As you can see, I had already eaten a fair amount of the food before I remembered I hadn’t captured what it looked like. My friend and I placed our order: the grilled fish with yam, and additional sides (sweet potato fries) and a large bottle of water which all amounted to N11,500. I do think the food was a bit over priced but tasty and filling all the same. The waiters were quite friendly and attentive and the overall service we received was good. Since it was mid day, there wasn’t much crowd. Can’t say it would be that less busy during the night so if you’d like to dine alone, I suggest you go during the earlier hours of the day.

Nice cool place to sit and relax. If you are also looking for a place to sit and get some work done on your computer, this is the place for you. It can be used as a small meeting venue. They have a nice menu, i tried the pollo pizza and it was good. Staff are always watching to attending to your needs.

This is low-key my new favorite restaurant in Lagos🥰🥰🥰 it's a little hard to find, I know. The parking is a joke, I know. However, it's a decent place with decent food at affordable rates. I wish their chicken jalapeño fries were spicier, and their burgers juicier, but all in all, it was great! This is the ONLY place in Nigeria that has impressed me with their drinks so far too! So yea... new favorite place. Can't wait to try their hibachi👯🏾‍♀️👯🏾‍♀️

The service is good and food is affordable, its ideal for gatherings because you can share the food and its great for photos its had a large Buddha statue which is visually appealing. Spice Route is one of the best restaurants I have visited in Lagos with an exotic and scintillating ambience. ( If you are looking to take pictures for social media then you are in the right place) The menu offers a wide variety of different Indian and Chinese starters and main courses that will appeal to children and adults alike. The food was delicious and mouth-watering, everything we tasted melted in our mouth and the food was adequately priced with very good portions, I could barely finish my food. The waiting time for the food to be served was around 45 minutes but the wait was worth it once our food arrived. Customer service was top notch as the waiters and manager were apt in addressing any issue we had on our table. On the downside, some of the air conditioning was not functional and we couldn't sit on our preferred spot and I would prefer there was some subtle music in the background. Apart from my reservations, this restaurant comes highly recommended and I would visit again.

Favorite Indian restaurant in Lagos. Appetizers are 5 stars, service is some of the best in the whole country, and decor is nice. The mains, however, are not as consistent. Pricing is surprisingly reasonable so this is more of a 4.5 rating. Definitely recommend.

I love this restaurant. The customer service was quite alright (they were somewhat slow sha). I had the fried chili burger (it comes with French fries and a small portion of salad), then the garlic bread, and the peppered snail. The food was great. I enjoyed myself. I didn't even finish my burger (tearsss😭). Anyways, I had so much fun with my guys. I recommend this place andI look forward to visiting that place again😌.

Bungalow restaurant is in the heart of Victoria Island in lagos. It serves continental and local dishes, the restaurant has various sections and sit out for different kind of guest or group. They have drinks of different brand from juice to alcohol, wine and soda. It's a beautiful experience. 👌

This spot was recommended to me by a friend and it was cool. I visited Bunyaki section where I and my wife watches the waiter prepare the meal. He was skillful with his spoons, showed us a couple of cool moves while making the meal. The food was nice as well.

The Victoria Island branch is living on past glory. The infrastructure is suffering from neglect, I was there last week and couldn't even use the bathroom, it was that bad. the fact that you park your car across an open smelling canal doesn't help. This used to be my favourite restaurant but not anymore. Ice cream bar there has closed too. If you don't care about ambience, this may be for you but I do. If where I see is not appealing, what do I know is going on in the closed kitchen??

The food was fantastic. Every single thing! The spaghetti Bolognese, the Sauteed Prawns with rice, grilled giant prawns, Fettuccini Pasta, fried rice. Everything was on point. The ambience is not as great as the one on the mainland though. But nice nonetheless.

The food has gone down hill terribly, first comes out cold, then have to sit watching the young girl picking pimples in the mirror then without a care picking my plate up and bring my food. After years I will never come here again.

I hadn't been to Bungalow in years, thought to catch up with my girl there. Not sure it was the best decision, I totally forgot the parking issue. I was parked right on the road. Then the service; my friend had ordered wings before I got there, she didn't have any drink infront of her, not even water, when I asked myfriend she said she didn't understand the service. When the waiter came to get my order and I asked why my friends wasn't served any drink, she said some people don't order drinks and my next question was, did you ask, never assume. Ordered the sea food platter, not sure thats what it's called on their menu. It wasn't memorable. Everything on the platter was oily and full of flour...naaa. The waiter that served us had BO, the male waiter that we had to tell to help call our waiter, was just being nice by helping to clear up, almost killed me cos his BO was so offensive. Overall it didn't meet our expectations. I don't see myself going there again.
