I would say this is nice place if you have camper or you came with car, but I don’t recommend to any bikepaking tourist , visit this place because of the following reason: 1. We are leaving in the 21 centuries and there is no toilet paper in the wc room. Seriously? Is it so expensive that camping owner can’t effort this ? 2. There is only one bench for whole camping , for someone it is not a problem for me it is the negative point when I compare other camping side. People are passing you and looking like you are homeless. As the conclusion it is well maintained place for the camper and definitely not for bike tourist from my point of view.

Mixed opinion on this Park, Region / Area Not sure how I can put this, mostly because I did not find my experience that impressive. This is a Caravan / Mobile Home Park.. The place is tidy and well organized. Tends are also allowed, but you kind of sit in the middle of all the caravans and are kind of the centre of the attention. Shower facilities and Pantry area are available and clean. Negative points on this: Distance to the Beach front, quite big ! I am fit and took 30 minutes to reach the front beach line so get ready for a nice walk everyday if you are using this place to enjoy the beach. Things are all to stuck together and the feeling of privacy is not the biggest one. We decided to open a sun protection tent in order to avoid sun exposure and the park warden told us to shut it down as it was a “Fire Hazard”. We obviously asked that all tends are made of that material and the explanation was rather un-logical “ This kind of tends, fly in the air and can fall on other people’s BBQs and therefore impose a health and safety risk. What about the Sun exposure? Doesn’t this also pose a risk on health? Anyways.. Common sense should be for sale all this place then when the sun is shining at 35 C°. Not coming there again because I don’t see the point of being in a place where I am constantly under observation with no privacy and the distance to the beachfront is a killer! What else is here to do.. Horse Riding, Bike Riding on a less impressive region. People are really friendly around here, don’t take my comment as a negative thing, but it’s not really a highlight where I would spend 1000€ for a summer holiday ever again. In fairness the weather was awful, lots of rain so pitch was flooded. Good toilet block, although not heated.

Nice camp site with well maintained facilities. The owner is really friendly and helpful. You won’t be able to pay card. The restaurant right next door is not worth it though.

Very quiet site, good shower block, but no shop on site. Friendly owner, with many language skills.

Crowded. Extra for electricity (expensive). Showers v. small. Handy for Keukenhof and Nordwijk
