The walls are very thin like a paper sheet in this hotel and you can hear literally every single word and attitude from the next room promoting no privacy to anyone. The location is not so good, not having even shops near by.

Igor, at the front desk was very helpful to 2 American guests. Igor helped with questions, concerns and literary during our stay. He and the other hotel employees made our stay fantastic. They had great food inside the hotel. The hotel was in a perfect location, Barra de Tijuca. Thank you all!

Staff are very helpful. Unfortunately the AC in the room is very loud and the vent goes out an open window, with the hotel being so near the road this makes it even worse at night.

December 14, 2019 Room 213 The air condition unit was leaking. Water soaked the bed and floor. Called the desk and was told maintenance would be right up. No one came. I made a video. At best, we should've been moved. At worst, the room should've never been rented. We left.

There was no clean room on January 1st

Good hotel with essential services. It is not a 'big deal' place, but it was sufficient to me. The rooms are clean and the service is OK. The breakfast is good, and included in the price. There is a bus to the beach (it is free for guests).

Stay away - Overpriced hotel with quality less than that of a Motel 6, but the arrogance and price of a 4 star hotel. The staff is extremely rude and borderline prejudice. My room which is classified as a "double" had a rollaway bed in it for the second bed. My blankets were covered in unidentifiable stains and my pillow smelled of BO. Good location, but that's all this place has going for it. Ramada Encore was a nice surprise. Didn't know the hotel till yesterday. But was amused about it when I got there. Very beautiful place with a very modern concept. Just won't give it 5 starts cause of the lack of room service.

Great location, very well structured, excellent accommodation. exquisite service. A great location for tour or business.
