A beautiful park with a semi- difficult hike to some amazing views. It could be tough for older people or very young kids. The park closes at 4pm.

Wonderful refreshing park with amazing view over some of the attractions of Rio de Janeiro. The view from the spots over the Lagun and to the Cristo or Ipanema is excellent. Make sure that on the day of your visit is no rain. As it is suggested not to use the park on heavy rainy days. Make also sure that you have proper footwear for the hike up to the viewpoints. Its also recommended for children as they enjoyed a lot the view, the hike and the climbing attractions. The staff at the climbing attractions is very friendly and excellent skilled. I can strongly recommend them! The snack bar at the entrance could be a little bit with a wider range of snacks. So bring your own food and water. This place is very family friendly and easy to get there. It is also safe.

✨ Beautiful view from the top of the trail, a great place to watch the sunset. 🌱 A shaded park with ample space for activities, equipped with climbing and canopy courses (paid) as well as free, natural spaces for picnics or physical exercise such as BodyBy Yoga or BodyBy Karate. 🎈Experience RIO the Wanderlust Way #WanderlustGeneration #WanderlustCulture

Nice 40 minutes hike for the full loop, ideal in the morning when it’s sunny. 2 main viewpoints to check. The entrance is correctly indicated on Google map and free. If you are lucky you will see some monkeys!

Very nice to do a short little hikes with great views of Cristo, the sugar loaf, Rio coastline, and more. We even saw some monkeys. The park has playgrounds and hangout areas as well that make it great for group events of any size and ages.

It’s all about the views. Only about one mile up and back with two lovely vistas of Rio. There’s easy access from Ipanema or the path on the Lagoa - just beware crossing traffic.

This was one of my favorite museums I visited in Rio. The lush regality dripped from every ceiling...literally.

Good park to bring the kids as they have plenty of nature interactive/physical activities to sell.

From the top you see the Lagoa Rodrigo de Freitas, Christ the Reedemer, Rocinha Favela, Vidigal Favela and the beaches of Ipanema and Leblon. Once there you may compare Rio ,s biggest social inequality. Wealthy at the bottom and poor people up there on the hills. The treking is very safe and takes about 40 minutes one way.
