On
one
end,
the
place
is
very
interesting
as
it
is
surrounded
by
restaurants,
shops,
not
far
from
the
beach
and
it
has
a
subway
station
(the
entrance
is
super
far
away
from
the
trains
though!).
On
Sundays,
there
is
a
traditional
artisan's
market
where
people
can
buy
all
kinds
of
interesting
things
of
various
levels
of
quality
and
price.
During
the
week,
on
Tuesdays,
there
is
a
street
vegetable
and
fruit
market
that
is
one
of
the
most
iconic
places
a
person
can
go
to
understand
the
charm
of
the
folk
people,
the
sellers
make
jokes,
sing,
give
you
so
much
exotic
fruit
to
try
that
you
will
not
need
to
eat
for
the
rest
of
the
day
and
you
can
see
a
variety
of
local
flavors
and
smells
(some
better
then
others),
as
they
also
sell
fish
in
open
air.
The
reason
for
3
stars
is
that
the
place
is
not
at
all
cared
for
by
the
local
authorities.
The
pavement
is
full
of
potholes,
it
is
dirty
and
smelly,
the
fences
are
broken
and
it
all
looks
as
it
has
been
abandoned
by
the
government
with
no
maintenance.
It
also
works
as
a
main
bus
stop
during
the
week,
making
the
place
noisy
and
somewhat
dangerous,
not
only
by
the
movement
of
the
cars
and
buses
but
the
people
that
hang
around
there
in
the
early
evening.
Street
baggers
and
illicit
vendors
selling
fake
stuff
litter
the
place
and
make
an
otherwise
nice
place
look
and
feel
like
a
nightmare
for
this
(once
upon
a
time)
upscale
location.
