What can I say about this amazing dive shop? Eight friends and I came to Roatan for a 10-day birthday getaway, and stayed in a house 50 yards away. So it was a no-brainer to do some diving through them. Well, that turned into me getting my Advanced Open Water Certificatuon. Let me tell you, the energy, warmth, and passion for diving - in addition to professionalism - at Roatan Divers, is just next level. Jen, Sue, Molly, Fernanda, Gigi, Danielle, and everyone else I worked with there were awesome people. Fun, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Tons of dive options, new gear, cool boats, and a great facility right on the water. I'll be getting my Rescue Diver Cert there  upon return. Look no further!

This was my first time to Roatan and first time diving! I did my online course before arriving and Roatan Divers were very helpful in helping me get signed up to do my online course and prepare for my 2.5 day practical. My partner and I stayed a week and we had two dives everyday while we were there. My partner got his advanced diving certification while there and my course instructor, Ralf was very patient and made the course very fun and easy to learn. I got my open water certification and dived as much as I could for the remainder of our trip. The whole team at Roatan Divers are amazing! Very friendly, helpful and all have a great attitude and sense of community. This was one of the best and most memorable experiences of my life and we will be returning as much as possible. I did my open water referral to finish out my beginner certification with Roatan Divers and cannot speak more highly of them! From my first email communication before getting to the island to my final dive everyone was very professional and lovely. I was a solo diver and my dive teacher Jenn was an absolute gem of a human. She took the time to go over all the required skills multiple times (helpful for someone with the memory of a gerbil like me) and was always patient and enthusiastic when I passed a test. I had to move my dive times around unexpectedly and they accommodated my schedule no problem. Top notch boutique dive shop. If you want a great experience guaranteed, go to Roatan Divers!!

I researched which dive group to use before I came to the island and Roatan Divers was the highest recommended. I agree. They were so friendly and welcoming. I did an dive and my daughter snorkeled and they easily accommodated both of us. Safety was the utmost priority. My last dive had been a year ago in Egypt. I saw a lot of sea life that they pointed out and had a very safe dive!

So awesome! They accommodated our humanitarian team of 12 people some certified and some discovery divers. We had great guides that took fantastic care of us. Everyone had a blast! We wish we could stay longer to do another dive day!

Another amazing week in the water with Roatan Divers. This is a top-notch operation that really goes out of their way to make you part of their family while you are with them. Cannot say enough good things about Roatan divers. All of the instructors, staff and captains were amazing. I went on a whim just to do the discovery to see if I would even like it and I added a dive after my first one then decided to get open water certified.

Roatan Divers is by far the best dive shop we ever dove with! These guys set the bar HIGH. We did 6 days of diving with them, 12 dives total, and had the best time! We had 4 different dive masters with us throughout those days and loved every single one of them. All incredibly friendly, skilled, and just great people. We can’t recommend them enough and hope we come back to this island to dive again with them someday 🤿❤️

Roatan Divers is a superb dive company. Every employee from the scheduler,/manager to our dive instructor was personable, delightful, knowledgeable and made our experience fabulous. Safety is their number one concern. Their gear and boats well cared for and the instructors/guides were professional personal. Rest assured you will be in good hands and have a fantastic experience. From start to finish, diving with Roatan Divers was a five-star experience. The staff went above and beyond to make each dive the best it could be given the weather conditions, visibility, and currents. All the divemasters were knowledgeable and made each dive memorable. It’s going to be hard to vacation anywhere else after my experience in the West End with Roatan Divers!

The whole staff are first rate and very professional for myself and my 3 sons!! They are lots of fun to be around day in and day out!! Had an amazing experience here today!! My son and I and a few friends went out for two dives. Martin and Melanie were our dive masters and took such great care of us. We used their gear and it was clean and in very good working order. Amazing dives and amazing people. Can’t wait to come back again!!!

I had a GREAT time with Roatàn Divers. Jackson was my instructor for my 7 dive package. The coral reefs are AMAZING and I also did the night dive. Can't wait to visit again hopefully next year...

An all star team of professionals can be found at Roatan Divers, from the boat captins that kept us safe, the dive masters which showed us a good time to the administration team that kept us organized for whatever we asked. This was our second time diving with them and the service was not a fluke. As good if not better than last year. Can't wait to come back!

Roatan Divers (RD) is exceptional from the safety briefing through the gorgeous dives. They also include overnight secure gear storage and they load all the tanks/gear on the boat. I am accustomed to loading my own tank, but at RD it is all done in advance so the boat always leaves on time. This level of service is exactly what they advertise. The best part is you get to make wonderful new friends who remember your name and treat you like family. I plan to return as soon as possible for an addition rating. This visit I got the gold card Advanced Open Water. A nice coffee shop is within easy walking distance for those like me who need caffeine.

I loved my entire experience with Roatan Divers.  I booked my Emergency First Responder and Rescue Diving certifications before coming to the island, and email communication with the shop was easy, quick and clear.  When I got to the shop the first day, everyone already knew my name.  It was nice to feel welcome and included, especially as a solo traveler.  My courses were fantastic.  With a less skilled teacher, the role playing portions could've been awkward or campy, and the material could've been dry, but Martín and Gigi were so knowledgeable and engaging, I learned a lot, and enjoyed every class.  I got such great hands-on attention.  Not only did I have two instructors, but Molly, who had just finished her divemaster, was also helping out.  She often played the victim in our scenarios, and was cheerful and upbeat, even when pretending to be unresponsive so I could drag or tow her.  The rescue course is physically demanding, but the shop suggested doing some fun diving to break it up, which was also great.  We dove a ship, The Aguila, and I ended up adding on my Nitrox certification at Martín's suggestion, so I could have more bottom time, exploring the wreck.  The fun dives were just that, fun, and I saw all sorts of things - a turtle, a spotted eagle ray, lionfish, flamingo tongues, and the largest crab I've ever seen!  Having three dives a day makes it easy to schedule too.  I haven't done a ton of diving, but I've dived with a number of shops around the world and RD compared favorably against all of them. The boats and equipment were new and/or well maintained. Plus they labeled the gear with my name, carried it to and from the boats, and cleaned it afterwards.  All the work was done; I just got to dive.  They also recommended Ginger's, the restaurant next door, which was the perfect setting for a post-dive beer, with great food.  I'd definitely recommend Roatan Divers, and especially their PADI rescue course, it was the best dive course I've taken.  Looking forward to coming back and diving with RD again as soon as possible!

Probably the BEST dive company we have ever used around the world. You will find many MANY dive shops in Roatan, but cannot recommend Roatan Divers more. There service, pricing and ratio of dive masters to divers is beyond above level. You will not be disappointed.
