I entered this jewelry store without certainty to have a neck chain repaired (not purchased in this store) and there, a very pleasant saleswoman, Pauline, carried out the repair, cleaning of my chain on site and surprise, without any compensation financial. Hello after buying earrings on Tuesday I was told that I could have my ears pierced until September 30 for free because there was more than €59 purchase. I went back there on Thursday evening, a young girl told me that no, the offer was over and that it was necessary to do so when purchasing a pair of earrings and not having the saleswoman in the store while she would have can mark in the customer file what she told me but no. Very disappointed

MORE THAN DISAPPOINTED. I came to get my ear pierced this weekend (two holes in the lobe above my existing hole) and the quality of the piercing is poor. TO FLEE! First: I asked the saleswoman to start the points again because I didn't like the location, after at least 5 times it still didn't suit me because they were too high and spaced apart. The saleswoman then told me that what I wanted was going to be ugly (I quote). She was really not friendly (I kept apologizing to ask her to do it again though, I think I was being polite). Second: seeing that the point was too high, I expressed my concern to him (it was on the cartilage). She assured me that it was not on the cartilage, that she knew about it as she had been doing this for years (I quote). Oh surprise: she pierced the cartilage. Third: I followed the hygiene and maintenance instructions carefully, but the pain was really intense and the ear was swelling and turning red, I went to another Histoire d'Or store. The saleswoman there was shocked at the location of the prosthesis, and even told me that the salespeople at Histoire d'Or were not authorized to drill the third hole, precisely to avoid these problems. However, the one who pierced me did not inform me at all. Fourth: the prosthesis is so tight that I cannot remove it to avoid complications. The ear swelled and even bled, I'm going to have to see a doctor because it's impossible to remove. I feel completely helpless and disappointed by this lack of competence. Thanks for wasting time and money. It is not normal.

Ce magasin est mon préféré de la région, un des seuls où je suis bien reçue, très bon accueil et conseils personnalisés. Cliente régulière de l’enseigne au moins dans ce magasin on me reconnaît et les échanges sont toujours agréables. Je recommande vivement.

Bonjour ,visite aujourd’hui pour acheter une médaille.Vendeuse pas du tout agréable.. qui préférait discuter avec un ami . Voyant la situation ,ne pouvant même pas accéder à la vitrine, j’ai préféré aller chez leur voisin. Dommage

Venu pour un changement de pile de montre Lotus le 4 décembre , la vendeuse me dit qu'elle va changer la pile elle même et je lui dit non car ils ne savent pas faire l'étanchéité, elle insiste et le fait quand même et bien sur elle n'arrive pas a faire l'étanchéité. Elle l'envoie donc à Lotus en me disant que je l'aurais à Noel (avec à peine un mot d'excuse).... et là début des ennuis , je ne l'ai pas à Noel mais ni à ce jour (22 janvier) , après un 1 er appel fin décembre on me dit qu'elle n'est pas revenue , je rappel 10 jours environ après et là on me dit qu'il y a un devis car le poussoir est à changer et qu'on me l'offre bien sur pour le désagrément et que j'aurais ma montre sous 15 jours (soit le 20 janvier ) et bien non... Je vais donc en magasin réclamer ma montre 2 jours après et là on me dit que le devis n'a pas été accepté mais qu'on me tient au courant semaine prochaine avec encore une fois à peine une excuse....... Est ce bien sérieux tout ca??????? Histoire d'or à déconseillé en espérant que ma montre va très vite m'être rendue et en bon état; Pour répondre à Lina , vous m'avez appeler ma montre n'est non seulement pas réparée mais je ne la récupèrerais que dans 1 à 2 semaines ......autant vous dire que nous sommes très insatisfait et mécontents c'est honteux ....

Accueillie et conseillée par Carine , vendeuse très chaleureuse, à l’écoute et douce. Elle a pris soin de vérifier chaque fermoir des deux paires créoles que j’ai acheté. Je conseille fortement !

Catastrophique !! La honte. Service client nul, pas capable de suivre leur propre commande, ni d’avertir leur client, ne reconnaissent pas leur erreur. Pour vous sauter dessus à peine un pied dans le magasin et encaisser votre argent y’a du monde. En revanche pour le reste y’a plus personne. On avait jamais eu de soucis avant avec histoire d’or. Voyant les autres avis Google et après discussion avec nos proches ayant déjà eu à faire à vous on aurait dû aller ailleurs. Dommage qu’elle déception. D´ailleurs aucun geste commercial !! On commande une bague début octobre, réglée le jour de la commande bien sûr ! Et on nous annonce un mois de délais. Sans nouvelles au bout d’un mois on appelle et surprise : aucune commande à votre nom, la grosse blague. Obligé de commander une nouvelle fois …. Bizarre pourtant le paiement lui était bien passé depuis le temps. Si on avait pas appelé on aurait pu attendre encore très longtemps !!! Ils ont du coup recommandé une nouvelle fois, la dame nous a redonné une date pour venir la retirer, du retard évidement et pas de nouvelles si on appelle pas !!! Je la fait courte mais dans tout cela il y a les nombreux appels avec des vendeurs qui ne savent que vous répondre « j’entends, j’entends » « je comprends votre mécontentement » mais qui ne font strictement rien !!

It was with great disappointment that after purchasing a connected watch from a major brand…. The store, after the warranty has passed, no longer has the power to follow up and sends you to contact the brand directly. A watch costing more than €300 doesn't make us want to buy another one in the future in this type of store which doesn't have such a developed after-sales service... I don't recommend buying a watch in any case. But the welcome is still pleasant

Bought earrings several times for my granddaughter and myself. And there we go. Lose them. Fasteners not of good quality
