An amazing thanks to the team and to Sylvestre....such a fantastic time. Such good food.... OMG You can't miss this place... The best ever sweetbread I've ever eaten in my entire life.... that's to say....even l'Arpège was nice...but that crunchy coating.... Somptueux Wine selection to perfection....

The restaurant is a winner. I had the grilled razor clams, which were fantastic and also the veal sweetbreads, which stunning. Highly recommend. You need reservations for dinner though.

You better book (3rd time lucky for us). This place has been recommended by many local friends… it was just the best experience we had in France. The food was fine, delicate, delicious and great wine list (small producer of the region) Our favorite dish was an entre an egg.. yes an egg.. but a way to cook it and prepare it: just magnificent. Congrats to the chef ! We will be back !

Good staff, place is usually fully booked so don't forget to make reservations. The price/quality ratio is really good and for a three course meal I usually spend around 45€ (without wine). Since it's almost always full the staff cannot be as fast as I'd like but they're well organized and nice!

Beautiful vibe and staff; extremely kind and thoughtful. Mind blowing niche wine selections and recommendations; wonderful food. Was one of our top resto experiences in France (we have seen quite a bit) perhaps a perfect mix of food / wine / people that made this feel like a slice of magic for us (and our five year old).

DON’T! We did our research before making a reservation and based on the good reviews made our reservation for my birthday celebrations. Bad luck. While our evening started pleasantly, it turned for the worse. We both ordered filet de Sandre, but the fish filet was far from a filet. After 20+ bones in the first half of my fish I stopped eating my fish. It was a very busy night, too busy to get the attention of staff to signal what was wrong with my plate. Else they might have been able to solve the issue. Long after my husband finished his plate (also with quite a few bones but much less than mine) we finally got the attention of a waiter and showed all the bones. It was by then too late for my appetite to order a new plate and my husband already finished eating. The waiter showed my plate to the kitchen but never came back with feedback or any gesture. We were a little bit puzzled that we didn’t hear anything back. Later that night the bill was not adjusted with a compensation for the poor quality of the fish nor were we offered anything else or even an apology. Had I had known that filet at this place isn’t filet, I would have ordered something else. When we addressed the waiter with our disappointment after paying the only feedback we got was that he did come back (which was clearly not the case) and the waiter was rather rude that we just wanted a free meal and that the restaurant was simply busy. To be honest I’ve never experienced such bad customer service. A bone or 2 in a fish filet can happen, not this, but they should have properly handled the issue, not in a rude way like this. Then again, we should have known better when they just didn’t respond to our email to make a reservation and when calling responded that they never rspond to email. Knowing all this I would have chosen another restaurant to celebrate my birthday and avoid this very disappointing experience. Simply wouldn’t ever recommend people going here.
