The rooms were clean and comfortable. The house keeping was great, especially Ms Estelle Robinson. She was wonderful. She made it her business to check up on us daily. She made sure we had everything we needed. Such a sweet lady.

I've been staying here temporarily after I relocated to the area and David who does the breakfast well he's awesome ! It's like being in an actual restaurant. It's kept spotless and his has a great personality and treats you like he's known you a lifetime . He really goes above and beyond for me. I have NEVER stayed in a hotel where someone really puts in so much help and kindness. Hes always working to make your stay better.

Had to board a plane early Sunday morning to go to Vegas for the Super Bowl and stay there. Cause it was not too far from the airport. Charlotte

Great location but not worth the money. We usually stay at the other comfort inn and suites across town and thought we would try this one. The rooms are dated and areas of the hotel show that they have not been maintained. There was water damage and bleach stains on the walls in ij our room. Breakfast was lacking and we were told by the staff to only use one plate because they were almost out of plates and they got off at 10AM and then it wouldn’t be their problem any longer. The coffee bar was also bagged coffee from syrup/concentrate…ewww. Considering this was a higher listed property than the other CI&S in the area I feel like I get I better experience at the other one so I will not be back, plus there are many other properties to now choose from in the area.

We stayed in 4 hotels over 11 days while traveling and this was the best one! The rooms are clean, spacious, and well appointed. The service is great as well. The only thing that could have improved our experience would have been more parking areas closer to the entrance.

We were travelling with our dog and needed to stop for the night. We called several places and most wanted to charge between $50-$75 extra fee for the dog. We found this hotel & only $22 extra fee for the dog. The staff was really friendly. Our room was pleasant with a king bed, couch, TV, fridge, microwave, etc. The continental breakfast was lame. It could definitely use an "upgrade". Other than that, I'd stay again especially if traveling with my dog.

Stopped at 1:30am after driving 6hrs. Front desk attendant was friendly. The place was very quiet thankfully. Room was efficient & clean with comfortable beds. Continental breakfast left a little to be desired, but that can be expected sometimes with those. Checked out by 9am. The few hours here were fine though & we would return.

The hotel was acceptable with decent sized, clean rooms. The entire hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Estellewho is a housekeeper made my stay enjoyable. She is always full of joy and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we have everything we need. I would come back to this hotel just to see her again. And Ashley who works the overnight shift at the front desk was also amazing, friendly and helpful. Employees with great attitudes can make you feel right at home and these two did just that. The only complaint I have is with the coffee. It has had a strange taste the entire week I stayed. I think they need to deep clean their coffee makers because the coffee tastes old from the moment it's made. I had to go buy coffee every morning because I couldn't drink it. If you are a coffee lover this is a big deal... Other than that we had an enjoyable stay!

Stopped on our way to Florida. When we got into our room someone had already used the bathroom and didnt flush. Breakfast was good front desk woman was very nice!

I've been an annual guest at this hotel for almost two years and I love, love, love it! I love the rooms, I love the location, I love the staff! They are so good to my mother and me; especially Jasmine and Laura. Staying there on visits to my family who lives in the area, because of this hotel's wonderful cleanliness and staff, I consider it my home. If you happen to come into Rock Hill on your journey and need a nice place to stay, check into the Comfort Inn and Suites on Corporate Boulevard. I promise you will not be disappointed; especially if you come in the summertime. The hotel's got a swimming pool. Your kids will want to stay!

Laura who works at the desk was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very cleaned and had great breakfast. Always made sure I had fresh towels and wash clothes and my bed stayed cleaned Everytime I would get back. 💪🏽

Was a little worried when I booked because it’s listed as a 2 1/2 star hotel but..... I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel from entry to hallway, elevator to room was clean bright and no weird smells like some hotels. The room was comfortable and well stocked. Definitely deserves a higher rating. Highly recommend!!

The staff were very friendly. The manager made sure we were comfortable. The whole place, especially the room, was immaculately clean. The breakfast was yummy, and had many options. I would definitely recommend this place and come back in a heart beat!

I checked out of the hotel 2 days early and instead of being refunded they charged my card. The manager, Sharad, tried to tell me it didn’t charge my card when it clearly did. Then he told me it was an authorization charge. After letting him know I wanted a refund asap he finally done it. Although it took about 20 minutes. Clearly trying to rip people off. Every night I had been going down to the front desk to get towels since we were there for 5 days. On the 4th night the clerk informed me that towels had to be brought down before she could give me anymore. Even tho I stood right behind a women who was given towels and told to put her old towels out by the door to be picked up by the maids in the morning. The pool was dirty. The bathroom floor was dirty. The elevator smelled like a dog. The breakfast wasn’t good. Only cereal, waffles & bagels.

The front desk attendant was nice . Unfortunately due to a roach crawling on the ceiling of the room we had to check out about 2 hours after checking in . I let the attendant know about the issue and due to the hotel being booked the day before, I was told that there wasn’t any other clean rooms that I could be moved too. She contacted the manager via text in which after an hour he didn’t respond. This is unacceptable as we had to leave with no refund as of 10/10/22 . I have reached out the the manger today in which I haven’t received a call back .On many levels my expectations of this hotel was not met . I am highly disappointed with the establishment and how the manager is failing to handle this matter .

This pet friendly hotel is great. I was very happy with my stay from the moment my mother and I checked in with Jasmine. Staff was great, room was very clean and beds are very comfortable.

Clean room, decent prices, allowed our pup to stay with us, pretty good breakfast. Definitely family-friendly and we had no problem getting checked-in. Would recommend to others and would stay again :)

Very nice hotel for the price. Stoped overnight on the way to Florida. The place has been recently renovated and is very clean. Employees are very cordial and welcoming. Breakfast buffet is on par with all other hotels of this type following the pandemic.

We stayed at this location for a ball tournament and arriving at midnight, Crystal was so very helpful and extremely nice. Best experience ever. Not only that she proactively helped with our Choice Rewards and went above and beyond and prepared a folder full of helpful information in it and put it under our door. Facilities were very clean and a great breakfast. We will be back.

The hotels appearance is appealing, the staff was pleasant & helpful. The area is plentiful with restaurants, shopping etc. We stayed 3 days total, booking was easy through the hotels website, FYI if you want a better rate book online it is cheaper than booking at the hotel . The hotel was very clean, although the bathroom mirror was dirty & there was popcorn butter in the microwave (not bad but it was there in a cleaned room) the only thing I could point out to housekeeping is clean the glass on the pictures they were dirty. Other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Clean rooms, clean shower, free breakfast. Most of the staff seem friendly and professional, except for one older woman who is extremely rude. She likes to walk around where breakfast is served making rude comments about guests, angrily shoving chairs away from tables to sweep, and she snaps at random people.
