Place was beautiful, however when my father found a potential bed bug on jim in the morning, the receptionist didn't seem to care and wouldn't even bother taking the dead bug. Hopefully they cleaned up their act by now.

Ladies at the front desk was very polite, rooms were nice and clean. Had a great place to park with a trailer, didn't have any issues with loud people. Prices on the Google or wherever you look they are not what they say. Exterior doors should be fix so they actually work. Pretty good experience would stay there again. Thank you

I am reviewing this property as a two star hotel. Parking: Ample but nothing covered or shaded Lobby & Check-in: The lobby, as well as the clerk, smells like cigarette smoke. Check-in was quick and uneventful. Room Access: Room 217 is on the corner at the back of the building. The outside door was purposely jammed so no key needed to gain access to the building. The door on level two that separates the stairwell from the hall was broken, making getting it to open difficult. The room 217 entrance door was blocked open, security is terrible here. Beds: Plain with mediocre linens but clean and well made. One of the two beds had a serious squeak. WiFi: 5.5Mbps down, 0.9Mbps up. Ping=121ms. SLOW but usable for web surfing, maybe even low resolution video streaming. Bath: Clean, three clean towels, good water pressure, plenty of hot water. One tiny bar of soap in the bath & one in the sink. Note: the sink & bath are in separate spaces, a good design. The fan in the toilet room is awful, super noisy. TV: wide screen, 42in (guessing) Room amenities: Microwave & refrigerator, both work as expected. Air handler, keeps the space cool in early September with average noise. Quirks: If/when you turn off the reading lights using a wall-mounted switch, it cuts the power to the outlet near the reading lights. You find out in the morning when your phone is not charged. Conclusion. If you are expecting a clean room with mediocre linens, usable Wi-Fi, good shower before a competitive price. This is your property. I'd stay again but if possible I'd give the near-by alternatives a chance.

Nice room, and reasonably priced. Was missing a shower curtain, but hostess had one for us in a shake. Beds were super comfy, and the pillows were divine. A very quiet and restful night.

Was hoping for a minimum quick stay on a road trip, everything else was booked. just asked for the clean room and okay service. Didn’t get any of those. Check-in took more than half an hour because they couldn’t find our reservation. The couch in the lobby looks so dirty. Asked for an extra blanket but was told they don’t have any extra. What?! A burnt hole from a cigarette on the bed, dated bathroom, cheap sheets. The entire place feels super sketchy. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had for the past 10 years. Will never stay with Super 8 again!

When we got the room there was a rotten apple behind the tv stand, hair in the tub and hair on the floor by the toilet. The toilet rocked when getting off of it and ran all night. The shower head didn’t spray correctly and got water everywhere. The door was so hard to open from the outside of someone was sleeping inside it would of woke them up. Had to have the tv reprogrammed as it worked when we left but didn’t work when we returned. As I tried to call the front desk about the tv, noticed that the phone in the room didn’t work! The window was open when we arrived and it looked like someone tried to take the outside screen off from the outside as it was bent. The curtains didn’t close all the way had to use a hair clip to close it good enough to feel like no one could see in as we were on the first floor. We stayed for the pool and breakfast … pool was ice cold and breakfast was not even breakfast, it was cold cereal and muffins. Definitely not worth the price what we paid. Management will not even call us back. Only thing staff said we will report it! Will not be back!!

It's ok. Works good for a quick overnight on a roadtrip. Pros: Room was quiet. Furniture looks fairly new. Has a pool. Is in walking distance to multiple restaurants. Cons: The hallway is dark and dirty. The carpet in the room is in dire need of cleaning or replacement. Breakfast is bare bones compared to other Wyndham properties.

WAY better than expected. Rock Springs looks like a wide place in the road and the hotel itself looked rough. I was dubious but once I went inside my mind was changed. Both the day and night clerks were polite and professional. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The hotel is close to a few restaurants and in walking distance of a Wal-Mart, which is a surprisingly big plus. If I had to say something negative it was that their indoor pool was so freaking cold, lol. Overall this diamond in the rough was worth the money and I would recommend it to anyone going to or through Rock Springs.

Room was outdated but fine for an overnight stop, and the price was right. The room wasn't that clean but the sheets were fresh and bed comfortable. The bathroom was another story. Dried fecal matter on the bottom side of the toilet seat and under the rim of the toilet bowl.

Bouncy beds not the most comfy, clean for the most part. The Taco Bell right next to this hotel has cameras. Lock your windows, mine were unlocked. Heater/ cooler works and is not loud. It was a good stay for a great price.

Super friendly staff. Room was exactly what I needed. Private with a big TV, and air conditioning. It's not the most luxurious place . But it's right next to Starbucks and Wal Mart and less than a mile from the Highway. Also, they had free breakfast.

Cleanest rooms we encountered on our entire trip across the US. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Not the best setup for breakfast: just cereal, toast and yogurt. Still, it was clean and quiet. I would go back.

The room that I had was ok. The bathroom walls had paint chipping from them. The toilet wouldnt stop flushing itself. Some of the lights didnt work in the room. The phone in room wasnt plugged into the wall. The shower water wouldnt drain fast enough, so you had to stand in water. The breakfast sucked, there was very minimal there. Had to go to mcdonalds all 3 days I stayed to get breakfast.

Decent room. Shower drain was slow, so you showered in a couple inches of water in the tub. Clogged drains seem to come standard with Super 8 Motels. Breakfast was minimal but they had real halfnhalf for the coffee which was all that really mattered. Stop at the Conoco on 191 for awesome authentic burritos and mex treats. Don't miss it!

It was a room, but dirty and a little creepy...but it was a place to sleep. We were right by the pool so got to smell pool all night. A little surprised we didn't find bed bugs.

This hotel was great value and very nice. The hotel staff was great. The pillows need some updates.

The heat did not work in our room at 3 am. We turned it up to 80° but it stayed in the 60s. The blanket on the king size bed was not even wide enough for a queen bed. My husband got dressed and slept in his clothes. I wore a sweater over my pajamas. There was no phone on the room so we couldn't call the front desk. My husband uses a wheelchair and I didn't want to get completely dressed to go to the lobby when I thought no one would actually be there. When I went to the office in the morning, they refused to discount the room but put us in a different room for our 2nd night. They said I should have come to the office at 3 am. I say they should have had a phone in the room. I don't ever want to stay there again.

Just passing through. The room was clean. Backed up my vehicle to the door of my room. Super fast and friendly. Has fridge with freezer above. Small microwave. Highly recommend if you're are looking for a great place to crash for the night.

Place is clean decent place to stay but if you want to get charged random amounts on your bank account this is the place for you. You talk to the front desk lady and she doesn’t have a clue about a charge also if you want to add more nights they’ll charge you random amounts without telling you and if you wanna add more night but to see how much it’s gonna be you have to have money in your account for them to charge you a random amount then still holds your money even if you tell them no. And I haven’t heard anything about refunding me my money

Absolutely the best hotel stay of our entire trip. The price is very reasonable. The room was clean and ready when we got there even though we arrived two hours early for check in. There was a fridge and microwave in the room and guest laundry room available. If you need to stop in Rock Springs, this is your place.
