Wir haben dieses Hotel gebucht, weil wir daneben das Sauna Dorf Roetgen besuchen wollten, ideal um im Bademantel alles zu erreichen. Der Standort ist daher gut, aber mit einem Zimmer zur Hauptstraße hin, auch laut und das ab 6.00Uhr. Wir hatten dieses Mal Glück. Das Hotel nennt sich Eifel stieg, der fängt leider schon im Hotel an, sehr schmale steile Stufen. Ist halt ein altes Haus. Zimmer top sauber und gepflegt, Betten perfekt. Bad auch top. Personal sehr nett, nur bei der ersten telefonischen Anfrage ein sehr unhöflicher Mann am Telefon 🙄. Personal im Restaurant und in der Sauna top. Essen im Arrangement auch gut. Wir waren sehr erholt, als wir wieder gefahren sind. Ach... großer Pluspunkt man kann die Sauna am An&Abreise nutzen und muss das nicht noch zusätzlich bezahlen
