Some of the AC’s work well, some are not as strong. Fortunately the old mattresses on the 3rd floor are being replaced with new,comfortable mattresses.😀The hotel swimming pool is probably the best in the province but it is sad to see the tropical gardens neglected and not manicured. Junk laying around near the back kitchen area is an eyesore to the pool area. No one seems to notice. 😖The dark, old restaurant needs an upgrade also but the food is decent and prices reasonable. The locals like the breakfast but usually the eggs and other items are cold and coffee is instant. Friendly staff. There is plenty of parking and only a 20 minute walk to the city park. Two convenient stores are nearby. This spacious, older hotel building is still attractive but needs new ideas from a young manager that can change its old ways. This hotel is not on Agoda or internet booking.

The hotel is big and grand! It requires good maintenance and brought up to date with furniture for better ranking! I had to pay cash for my room. The bed mattress had pointed steel wires and made it unsafe. Food was good and staff were nice but need training.

Let me start by saying that, I imagine, this place was once very nice. I have added several photos of my 3-day stay at this hotel and it shows that it has not been well updated. There are ants in the bedroom as well as the dining room. There is no separate shower area per se as the whole bathroom shares one common floor. There is a small freezer in the small refrigerator but there was one inch of frost built up on the entrance to the freezer. The bed, I imagine, would be good for a person who sleeps on their back as it is very very firm. I had to use all four pillows stacked on top of the bed to get a good night's sleep. I do like the decking that they have around the pool as well as the breakfast that was included with my room. There is an empty dry area on the same level as the pool with stools that are in the pool next to it, this would be a perfect place for a poolside bar. Wi-Fi in the room is not good, it is open and sporadic. The only good Wi-Fi I did find was "lobby1" which is password protected. I would recommend the Rice Hotel, which I stayed at one night, over the Petcharat Garden Hotel. They are very close to each other.

I took my kids for swimming 🏊 ...the swimming pool was clean and not too crowded and it is behind the hotel and there are restaurant, mini shop, dining table and seats for relaxing, eating or drinking beside the pool ...and there are guards look after around. They charge only 50 Baht for swimming and you can stay up to 8 pm.

Petcharat Garden Hotel is a dynasty in Roiet Thailand. It has been here many years and is a little tired but they have renovated all the rooms and made improvements. The swimming pool is nice and is popular from people in the area who come and have to pay to swim.

We stay Suite 2400B / night room is big good views a little bit old but it's ok if it clean. Room not good clean 😕 important is bed we found hair everywhere on the bed. Looking above from the first floor of hotel Full of spider webs, very dirty.

Hotel sucks and is not cleaned, maintained , or managed well: - The hotel doesn’t have a single iron or ironing board. I had to go to Big C to buy an iron and ironing board to prepare for my wedding event. - There was no hot water for the first night in our suite; when there was hot water it never got hot, just slightly warm. - The front sign at the entrance is falling apart and crumbling, among many other areas inside and around the hotel. - The floor was dusty and dirty when we checked into our suite; we had to request cleaning service from the lobby.

Very disappointing. Stayed for children to play in pool. Could not use in the evening due to chlorine added. Needed to wait until 10am. At first, they said must buy swimsuits .... Later said their clothes were ok. Shower temperature could not be controlled, kept going hot, cold,hot, cold. Sad that no coffee service or drinks in the room. Mattress uncomfortable as you can feel the springs. I would not stay here again.

First time to church in 17 years. Felt like coming home. They had a copy of the mass to follow. The priest spoke clearly. The people were nice. I'll go every week now. I felt wonderful when the mass ended. Like a great weight had been lifted off my shoulders.

More plugs after renovation, better bathroom. But still using existing beds. Breakfast still delicious like before.

The room was reasonably big, the air-con made a bit noise, the room looks a little old so I suggest the hotel should renovated that. Breakfast was reasonably good and pretty much in variety. The pool was crowded with children. The pool bar served good food.

I love this Hotel and it's beautiful swimming pool,the rooms have been renovated recently and it's a big improvement.The friendly happy staff and breakfast buffet remain as good as ever.

I was here because my wife and daughter were attending a business seminar in the morning.
