5 stars. The minimum for a burger joint like this. Quality meat (also including venison, wild boar and Angus), quality artisan bread, freshly made fries (see photo), possibility of seasoning the hamburger as you like, maximum friendliness in the service. If we combine all this with absolutely competitive prices (225 g of hamburger with bacon, sauce, tomatoes and salad for €6.50) then we have found the perfect place for informal but truly satisfying lunches and dinners. My only regret: being from Perugia and not being able to go there every week.

Super quiet and clean environment, the owner is a very kind person who cares a lot about the quality of his ingredients. Starting from the really crunchy and tasty fried foods, then moving on to the really good and juicy sandwiches. Huge plus point for the very fresh and super crunchy bread, but also for the meat which was really excellent. Talking a little with the owner we understood how attentive he really is to the little things. The greatest peculiarity of this Hamburgheria is that everyone can create their own sandwich with all the ingredients which are written on large blackboards on the walls of the place, it is truly characteristic. You absolutely must try it because you won't regret it! It will become a fixed stop when I pass through Rome.

Really excellent meat. Delicious sandwiches and a very broad menu, ranging from the most popular meats to the most particular ones. The same goes for sauces. The fried foods are also of excellent quality. The place is small but welcoming, plus it is air conditioned, so the stay is even more pleasant in hot weather. Warmly recommended.

We ordered two takeaway sandwiches with chips included and I can tell you that the boy was super kind and that the sandwiches were stratospheric. Discovered by chance, this burger shop turned out to be perfect. The quality of the food is unquestionable, the possibility of choosing how to "assemble" the sandwich satisfies all palates. Friendly staff, always ready to advise. Clean place. Possibility of consumption on site and home delivery. However, I recommend you go as there are always more choices on site than on the online menu. Plus, it's nice to see how everything is prepared. The fries are also excellent
