Air con wasn't available, so had to have window open , which wasn't that big of a deal. It's just that, the window was right above a decorative led light that shone straight into our window. That coupled with the bright garden lights kept us awake most of the night and management didn't make much effort to resolve the situation. Made for a rather unpleasant stay. The photo attached shows the window nearly closed.

literally a 5 star hotel in disguise. they remember everything about their clients and take care of our needs. magical place for relaxation. and it feels like staff is properly rewarded. such amazing people full of light. love it. great experience.

Nice hotel for short over-night stays. Not the best surrounding outside the hotel and very heavy railroad traffic approx. 150 meters away.

Lovely hotel and an amazing restaurant. Super friendly and professional crew. I highly recommend this place for everyone that wants to visit Rome and has access to the car.

We also had dinner here. Compared to last year, the food was not as good as last year, probably they changed the chef.

The heating is very bad. We told them about the heating and they pretended to be crazy, last night they changed our room. Moose food. I will never come to that hotel again and I do not recommend it to anyone.

Good price for a hotel. If you are visiting Rome it is worth spending a little more to stay in the center of Rome. Also Wi-Fi did not work well in room.

Great experience here, the rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is very good and with options like gluten free or Soya milk. It's so close to the train station at Settebagni, so it's perfect to go to the places like Coliseum very fast.

Wonderful staff, great breakfast. The beds and pillows are divine. This brand new hotel will enchant you. Transportation is a breeze with trains at walking distance.

Open for less than a year and already running very smoothly. Friendly and extremely helpful staff, comfortable and ultra clean rooms/facility. Very good breakfast but no lunch, dinner or workout facility. A quiet street with some train noise during the day, but not bad. Typical Rome suburban neighborhood with lunch 1 pm to 3 pm and no one serving dinner earlier than 7:30 pm. Hotel offers rides for close trips. 4 English channels but all news, no hotel movies and WiFi is OK for email but not for streaming.

Beautiful, comfortable and charming · Favilla Charming Hotel is beautiful and just as the name describes, absolutely charming. This location is new and it is obvious that great care and consideration was given to ensure the property is not only aesthetically pleasing, but also cozy and welcoming. The room is small, but has all the necessary accommodations. The bed is wonderfully comfortable and the scented toiletries make it seem like a spa experience. The dining hall is lovely and the breakfast buffet is definitely one of the best. The staff were friendly and helpful with dining suggestions and reservations. I would recommend Favilla Charming Hotel to any adventurer looking for a beautiful place to rest and relax. ·

Superb, comfortable hotel. Lovely rooms with own terrace. Beautifully kept grounds with flowers and a fountain. Easy, safe carpark. They accept dogs. Kind helpful staff, with good English. The surroundings of the hotel are extremely dirty and you won't want to walk out with your dog.
