Delightful hotel in the Serrania de Ronda. A perfect place to relax and unwind. Beautiful food and very friendly staff. Just 5 minutes from Ronda and surrounded by vinyards. Highly recommended.

A very good hotel for stay near Ronda if you have a car. The place is very nice and the room is relatively large with good facility and friendly staff. The restaurant menu and breakfast have limited choices though, so I would rate 4*.

Great hotel.. very friendly staff and excellent facilities

Friendly service but the room was dirty (hairs + dirt on walls) and the bed very uncomfortable, you actually feel the springs. Mini bar wasn’t working. Doesn’t have the standards of a 4 star hotel.

The location was on a very lovely and quiet vineyard just outside Ronda (10-15 minutes). The rooms had a good size and were very clean. Also, the restaurant was good and the whole hotel seemed well-tended. Free parking was available. Negative: The Wi-Fi was very slow and the staff barely spoke any English which could be a problem for international guests not speaking Spanish

Ants, Bugs, Spiders. We came to the hotel Bodega El Juncal for one night with my girlfriend and we got a room (no. 10) with ants. We coplained about it and receptionist gave us three alternatives: another room which seemed ok, but there was spider in it (no. 11). Second room with broken AC, and third room that seemed ok, but hotel wanted 20 euros extra for that. We choosed the room with spider :) After few hours literally thousands of insects came inside from the ceiling. We showed this to receptionist and he refused to return our money back. We could not stay in this room, so we booked another hotel in Ronda.

We booked than they wanted additional 90 € more because of our dog (for 2 nights for small and very friendly dog). Everywhere else the dog fee is 10-15 per night. So we didn't wanted to be ripped off and cancelled. This is unfair pricing and misleading the guests.

Strange friendly hotel. Their plumbing needs upgrade; toilet flush will get stuck, foul smell after shower and sink drain very slow. However, air conditioning is very good. Restaurant is excellent and good cheerful breakfast (starts 8:30am). But WiFi is deficient. Had to deal with mosquitoes inside room… Next time would rather stay in town.

We stopped here for the weekend and have had such a lovely relaxed stay. The staff, Mari Paz and Elena have been very helpful and have gone above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would recommend if you are looking for something out of the way, quiet, relaxing. Perfect spot to unwind.

The hotel was clean. The visual was nice and the restaurant was very delicious. But if you want to buy wine in the winery, it is cheaper in the city. In the central of Ronda it is 3 euros cheaper.
