🫤 This was going to be a 4, maybe 5 star review but that fell apart when the bill came. There was a €5.80 item that I didn't know what it was, so I asked - bread and olives. We were served (not requested, or asked if we wanted it) a small dish of olives, maybe 10 or 12 and half a piece of bread each.... People often mention view, good, service, restaurant, staff, experience, great, wine, nice, views,

This was going to be a 4, maybe 5 star review but that fell apart when the bill came. There was a €5.80 item that I didn't know what it was, so I asked - bread and olives. We were served (not requested, or asked if we wanted it) a small dish of olives, maybe 10 or 12 and half a piece of bread each. I'm pretty sure that's not legal, and it certainly ruined an otherwise lovely dinner. I just don't like being taken advantage of, especially, for a €100+ dinner for two. The burrata salad and beef carpaccio starters were both excellent. I had the lamb, as recommended by the waiter and my wife had the cod. Both very good, although I found the lamb a bit dried out - still very good, but not excellent. A local wine recommended by the waiter was also excellent. Rather than argue about the bread, I did not tip, which bothers me as I'm sure it hurts the staff more than whoever sets the policy to force €5.80 out of each couple (maybe only the tourists?). As many others have stated, a seat by the railing on a nice evening provides an amazing view. I hope management reads some of the recent reviews and addresses some of the issues.

Dinner was superb. The beef steak was delicious and cooked perfectly. The octopus, squid dish with noodles was exceptional. Nice romantic atmosphere.

Wonderful experience! My parents had been twice before, and took me and my husband when we arrived in town. The owner himself was incredibly engaged, and brought out multiple tastings of sherry and various appetizers for us, while telling us the history of the foods/drinks and the region. Then, as if that weren’t enough, he came out with a small cart, bowl, and a half dozen ingredients and made a brand new sauce for the tuna tartar we ordered as one of our main courses. He elevated the dish to new and delicious heights, all from a place of passion. It’s clear that he and the staff are very fond of the work they do and love being there! Not only that, but the view simply cannot be beat! We will absolutely be back!

Great views, perfectly cooked food, and very good service. Oxtail is one of the best in Ronda, and buffalo salad i can say was one of the best in my life.

I’m tempted to say that the food was even better than the view, but that wouldn’t be fair to the gorgeous surroundings - they’re both perfect! We tasted their pork, oxtail, duck and salmon - all were simply amazing. Pair that with friendly staff, warm ambiance and that beautiful landscape that drew you here in the first place; and you’ve got a dining experience you’ll remember.

Decent food, good views, friendly servers but painfully slow service - waited 15 minutes to get the dessert menu and another 30 minutes to get the bill, despite multiple chasing and trying to flag different waiters / waitresses. A bit shocking for a hotel restaurant.

One of the best restaurants we found in our travels through southern Spain. Excellent local wine, great service and food that was well prepared, presented and seasoned. Hard to find a fault in the experience and worthy of the five stars. Compliments to the chef and staff!

We were told about this restaurant by friends, so when we saw from across the gorge that the restaurant veranda still had a lot of space, we made a bee-line straight to the restaurant. The views were even better than we were told! The food and service is super great! We loved every second here and hope we can be back one day to enjoy more of the food....and do not leave without trying desserts. They are all homemade and delicious!

Amazing food, desserts and the view! Highly recommended. Had a great experience. Try croquettes for the starters. Recommendations they gave us were the best!

The restaurant is part of a hotel. There's an extraordinary view of the sunset from the terrace. It is recommended to book ahead although they did not pick up my multiple phone calls. Since i did not have a reservation, I went at 8pm sharp and was seated indoors. The seat was also amazing, right next to the window, but that's the only good indoor seat in the house. The food was good. Service was a little slow at the start, I guess it was because all the guests came together.

Wonderful small restaurant inside the beautiful old hotel. Stunning views from the balcony tables over the hills. Local dishes have fresh ingredients and executed very well in classic style. Recommend the local wines, too. Overall very good value.

What an experience ! We had such a nice lunch in front of a breathtaking view. The waiters were really nice, the service was fast and of quality. The food was truly excellent. The price is much more than decent for the quality of the meals. I would definitely visit again.

Don't miss this place! Great service and attention...especially for one of the owners, Jose Luis. They have the best view and the kitchen is excellent! We recommend trying the local wine (Ronda Doble 12)! You have to reserve a table in advance! Thank you very much for everything! Greetings from the Hungarian and Chilean couple!

Views and atmosphere amazing! Service top notch! Food was just ok for us. Tried salmon and pork. The pork with “curry” was nice. However there was no curry, but breadcrumbs that tasted really well!salmon was dry and bland. Other than that, Well worth a visit!

We had dinner in this restaurant. The view is incredible, also the staff was very nice. From my point of view is not a 5-star experience because of the food. I had the lamb, it was a little bit salty, and the plate is not that well lokking. Don't know if it's the old trick, making it more salty in order to preserve it longer, which means that the meat in not that fresh...anyway, it was good but salty. My girlfriend had the duck and it was delicious, the appetizers were good, good wine, staff was great, great view at sunset, worth a go! PS: a little advice for the owner, just put the 2.90 euros fee for the olives and bread in the food, this way nobody is surprised when having the bill, there is no 'I didn't order' argue, and it looks like you give something for free, and clients like that ✌️.

👍👍 Possibly my favorite spot i visited in Ronda! Our receptionist recommended this spot as his favorite so we thought to try it out. We had the acorn fed pork which was possibly my favorite food of my entire visit to Ronda, so crispy and tender! We also tried the spinach croquettes which were delicious...
