Oh my goodness…there are absolutely NO words to say how in love I am with my ring. It is so incredibly beautiful. I honestly never imagined I would have a ring like this. Pictures don’t do it justice. When my ring was finished, it was shipped overnight through fedex and came so beautiful boxed, which made it even more special opening it. This has been one of the best purchasing processes I could have hoped for. Armin had the BEST communication as he created my ring from start to finish. You can tell how much he cares about what he does and making sure his customers are happy. The pride he takes in his work is not common these days. I will never go elsewhere in the future and cannot recommend Diamondful enough. If I like give more than 5 stars, I would.

My roommate had gotten some jewelry repaired with Armin in the past and he had been great, so when I saw Diamondful was having a sale in gemstones, I knew I wanted to custom make something. THE PROCESS Armin was super helpful throughout the process—I sent a few different pictures of pieces I liked, and he made suggestions based on his expertise and my budget. When we settled on a ring designed, he worked with me so that we could get it within my budget. I came in to look a few loose stones, and he suggested the one he thought was the best. He said the ring would take two weeks to make and I got it in exactly two weeks. THE RING I was speechless when I saw the ring for the first time. It is absolutely stunning. The prongs are also so dainty and the aquamarine is beautiful too. It’s almost colorless but has the lightest blue in some lighting. I never thought I get such beautiful ring custom made for myself at this stage in my life! Overall, I highly recommend going to Diamondful for all your jewelry needs. I will definitely be coming back in the future when I am ready for my next piece.

Armin helped me create the ring of my DREAMS! I loved the process from start to finish. There was very smooth communication as the ring was developed so I knew exactly what I was getting. We talked through everything from the diamond specs to band width to being able to accommodate a band next to the setting. I loved getting a proof of the design, the updates along the way, and the gorgeous box it arrived in! Most of all, I love my ring 🥰 I will definitely work with Diamondful again!

My wife and I had an incredible experience purchasing her engagement ring and our wedding bands from Armin several years ago when Armin was at David & Sons in UTC La Jolla. Armin is extremely knowledgeable and personable; he is not pushy (something we were bracing for when we first began shopping for my wife's engagement ring) and it was evident he took great pride in helping us find the perfect pieces within our budget. We enjoyed visiting him in the months following our engagement to have my wife's ring polished -- Armin always greeted us by name and with a smile and despite the high volume of visitors at David & Sons, he recalled even the small details we'd shared with him about our lives. Based on the reviews, I reached out to the business to have an engagement ring resized. Armin messaged the very next day and made me a same day appointment. The pretty showroom is easy to find, towards the back of the Jewelry Exchange building. Armin was extremely professional, efficient and caring about my resizing needs. He made recommendations about keeping the original antique finish of the band and was able to do exactly that. The ring was resized in under an hour and fits perfectly! He even made inquiries about my wedding band which was ordered but not shipped yet, and asked to see a photo of it to determine the ease or difficulty of resizing it, if necessary. Thanks to him I reached out to my wedding band seller to correct to the size Armin recommended for me and was able to avoid another - more difficult- resizing expense! He’s truly a master of his art!

I found this store through Etsy and was very hesitant to buy through there given a previous bad experience. When I realized this was a physical store and an actual seasoned jeweler, it changed my mind. I'm no expert but I can tell such a difference from a previous purchase from another "seller" that didn't even look like they used real gold and this beauty.. Diamondful I guess uses Etsy as another vessel to sell and I'm so glad or otherwise I would've never heard of them. Seller was very responsive and kind each time we communicated. Received what I asked for and ring is just beautiful. I would definitely use them again..upgraded my carat size at no additional cost..

I was nervous to make this purchase over the internet, and admittedly, I was kind of a difficult customer from start to finish of the process. I was sent the link for this ring by my (now) fiancé and knew I wouldn't find exactly what I was looking for unless I bought this one. I was very nervous about buying online but Armin made it extremely easy and communicated very well along the way. He even upgraded my diamond size (from 1ct to 1.11ct). The ring is beautiful and blew my expectations out of the water and now that it's on her hand I cannot stop looking at it. She absolutely loves it (obviously I mean she sent me the link). The box the ring comes in is also super pretty and comes with all the certification for the diamond proving it's authenticity. Couldn't recommend this seller more. I will most definitely be doing more business with Diamondful moving forward anytime I need jewelry.

Great experience with Armin at Diamondful! I came across Diamondful on Instagram and shopped around on Diamondful's Etsy page for an engagement ring. I found a few rings and diamonds I was interested in. A few weeks go by, and I decide that it's time to pull the trigger on purchasing an engagement ring on Diamondful's Etsy website. I noticed the diamond I wanted wasn't available, I had a little panic attack because I planned on proposing in Hawaii in a couple months. I messaged Armin on Etsy and he replied instantly! I recently moved from San Diego to Las Vegas, so I couldn't go to the Diamondful storefront, so Armin replying to me online so quickly, to answer all my questions eased my stress. I asked if he would be getting any princess cut diamonds in stock soon because the one I wanted was sold. He actually had a few on hand that were the size, cut, and in the price range I wanted (So just because you don't see it online, Armin most likely has it in stock, or can get it to you ASAP). Armin messaged me pictures of a few diamonds, specs, and certs that were in my price range. I actually end up picking a bigger diamond than what I asked for because Armin gave me a great deal! As for the band, I saw one on his site that I liked and told him that I wanted a diamond mounted on that style band. I flew down to SD to meet with Armin to finalize everything. He informed me that the band would be made from a custom mold so it would take a while to make, but still be ready before my trip to Hawaii. Fine with me because I was told resizing an existing ring changes it's structural integrity, and I need this ring to be durable. Armin shows me a CAD design of the engagement ring for my final approval. The design was super specific and was everything that I requested. SOLD! I have an interesting work schedule, so I asked Armin if he can have the ring delivered either Thursday or Friday, with required signature confirmation. Not a problem! The ring would take some weeks to be made. During that time, Armin messages me with updates! Talk about customer service! I was never stressing on not having a ring to bring to Hawaii because I was always informed of the ring's current status. The ring was finished a couple weeks before my trip, and Armin sends it to me via next day air with signature confirmation. The ring is gorgeous! My fiancée is super happy and can't stop looking at it. It was awesome to work with Armin at Diamondful! He is so customer oriented, so knowledgeable, and has a variety of quality jewelry.
