    Incredible gym. The classes were top-notch, offering a variety of workouts that catered to different interests and fitness levels. The instructors created a friendly and supportive atmosphere, making every session enjoyable and motivating. What impressed me the most was the attention to individual needs. The coaches tailored each exercise to suit our age, fitness level, and specific circumstances, including any injuries. They were patient and understanding, constantly encouraging us to push ourselves further to achieve realistic goals one after another. The gym's atmosphere exuded positivity. I’m excited to try harder every time — more reps and/or more weight, and I know I’m in good hands of avoiding injury under professional supervision and guidance. Importantly — the vibe. It felt like a true community where everyone supported each other's fitness journeys. Overall, I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a well-rounded fitness experience, both physically and mentally. It's a place where you'll not only achieve your fitness goals but also build lasting friendships and embrace a healthier lifestyle. A plus is the convenient location — right in the center of North Sydney, accessible by plenty of public transport options like buses and trains.

    Couldn’t recommend this gym enough! Having worked in the fitness industry for almost 10 years now, I have very high expectations of what I want an experience to look and feel like and these guys absolutely nail it! Their Coaches are all so nice, knowledgeable and more importantly they explain/articulate exercises in a way everyone can learn and understand. Also, the community is great! Everyone is so friendly ☺️

    The best gym I have trained at! I joined BBB North Sydney in Feb and have looked forward to working out each morning since. The team at BBB are extremely knowledgeable and supportive. The attention to detail is great, particularly with the smaller class sizes. I’d highly recommend the classes there - the vibe is awesome, the moves are able to be scaled, and everyone is super friendly.

    I recently had the pleasure of joining Body by Brando in North Sydney and started having personal training sessions with a professional trainer named Brady. I must say, my experience has been nothing short of exceptional, and I have achieved great success through these PT sessions. From the moment I walked into the gym, I was greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. The staff are incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable right away and all stand out with their professionalism and knowledge in the field. Brady took the time to understand my fitness goals and tailored a workout plan specifically for me. He pushed me to my limits while ensuring that I maintained proper form and technique throughout each exercise. His attention to detail and ability to adapt the workouts to my fitness level really stands out. He consistently pushed me to go beyond what I thought was possible, and as a result, I have seen progress in my strength, endurance, and overall fitness level. His positive attitude and encouragement have been instrumental in keeping me motivated and committed to my fitness journey. Furthermore, Brady's extensive knowledge of nutrition and diet has been invaluable in helping me make healthier choices outside of the gym. Thanks to his guidance, I have not only seen physical changes but also experienced a significant improvement in my overall well-being. The gym itself is well-equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and a wide range of exercise equipment. It is always clean and well-maintained, creating a pleasant environment to work out in. In conclusion, I cannot recommend this gym and Brady's personal training sessions enough.     I joined BBB in August 2022 after becoming bored and unmotivated with my exercise regime. Well I’m definitely no longer bored and unmotivated! The trainers, the community, the workouts - all of it fits together perfectly to make it an awesome experience where you are able to reach your fitness goals and beyond in a safe, fun and supportive environment. My poor movement patterns and lifting techniques over the years left me with chronic shoulder and hip pain and not progressing in my strength and endurance goals. The one on one PT sessions and the focus on warm up and proper technique during the workouts has resulted in me reaching new PBs, acquiring new skills and now being mostly pain free! I wholeheartedly recommend BBB 💪🏽

    I absolutely love the vibe of the gym and the workouts are really great. I signed up for 2 pt sessions a week with Brady who worked with me and designed the sessions tailored to my goals and to avoid injury to my pre existing issues. The sessions are challenging but in the best way, and I’ve really noticed a huge difference in my strength and body composition from following the nutrition advice that Brady provided. Would highly recommend this gym for the classes or personal training!

    I have nothing but great things to say about my experience at BBB. Super friendly and inclusive environment with systematic approaches to trainings. The coaches have have all been super supportive and are excellent. It's only been 5 months and I have never felt stronger. Joining BBB is one of the best decisions I have made and I will continue to go. I wholeheartedly recommend BBB North Sydney.

    I have been to many gyms and personal trainers in the past, but none even come close to being as good as Body by Brando. Most importantly, the coaches are all world-class. Initially I was worried I wouldn’t be able to keep up in the classes because I had no experience in Olympic lifting but they are so inclusive and modify the session so all abilities can complete the same workout. They have eyes on everyone in class and constantly checking technique. I love the community feel they’ve built and the fact that many clients have been there for many years is testament to the team. In the past few months I’ve been doing Personal Training with Scott Cullen to build on technical skills and gymnastics and I’m hitting goals I never knew I could, while also rehabbing an old injury. He is constantly educating himself to improve his client experience and is so positive and encouraging. With Scott’s expert guidance, I’ve been able to achieve goals in the gym I previously believed weren’t attainable for me. It’s amazing to see how this transfers into other areas of life and has given me the confidence to push myself out of my comfort zone. I would 100% recommend BBB & Scott.

    I’ve been going to BBB NS for 3 months, doing PT with Scotty & classes. The vibe in the gym is awesome, supportive, and unpretentious; everyone is there to work and better themselves whilst encouraging others to hit new highs. Scotty tailored a program to suit my goals whilst preventing the recurring injuries I was getting when trying to push in my traditional gym routine. The PT sessions with Scotty have been incredible in building overall strength, stability in movements and my knowledge of body mechanics – I’m hitting PB’s I only dreamt of without the injuries or pain. I'm eating better, sleeping better and training hard. I highly recommend joining BBB North Sydney to transform your physique and functional fitness, and strongly suggest doing PT, at least initially, to refine your technique and build a foundation for success.

    Best gym I have been too. All the coaches and community are so welcoming and supportive. No matter what level you are at they will support you in every session. Never a day I’m not excited to turn up to the gym.

    Great environement and great people to working out. Trainers are always friendly, with a smile on their faces pushing you to do better. I felt the change on my body pretty quickly and I feel amazing. Less knee pain, gain muscle. I will keep coming !!!

    Been at BBB for a bit over a month doing 1x PT session a week with Brady, alongside a structured program/nutrition plan. Feeling much stronger physically, and clearer mentally since joining. Have also been able to drop 4% body fat which has been a nice bonus. Would strongly recommend to others if looking to put more focus/structure around their fitness.

    I followed Brady from his previous gym because I've been so happy with the results we have got together. He's hit the ground running with the new gym.     6 weeks in and loving BBB in North Sydney! Fitness and strength had started to drop with a loss of motivation recently, so I reached out to BBB. Brady has been a great PT - the sessions are challenging but really enjoyable. Results have come quicker than I thought - dropping a couple % body fat and increased muscle mass at the end of my first 6 weeks. Pumped for the next 6 weeks, and the 6 weeks after that! The guys are really approachable, so if in doubt, just reach out for a chat and go from there!

    BBB North Sydney is a fantastic gym. I joined in May as I had been finding my training in a commercial gym monotonous and I haven’t looked back! The programming is smart, but still has newness to each class to keep you interested and motivated. Every workout is scalable to suit all fitness levels and once you get started you can’t help but want to get stronger, fitter and to develop new skills. The coaches are very knowledgeable and the class sizes mean you get personalised feedback throughout the session with a few corny jokes and some banter thrown in for free 😉 Overall, it is a great place to stay fit, learn new skills and hang out with awesome people. I never leave the gym in a bad mood so it’s a great way to start the day. Thanks team!

    Joining BBB is one of the best decisions I’ve made this year. I was looking to challenge myself in the gym after a period of stagnant training. Brady took the time to understand my goals, explain what BBB could offer and coached me through signing up - he’s great. The classes are challenging but achievable, the amazing coaches help you choose the right level for you, the atmosphere is so supportive and inclusive. 10/10 recommend 🤩

    BBB has immensely changed my perspective regarding training and fitness. This gym has transformed my lifestyle, attitude towards keeping fit and active and most importantly-BBB has helped me keep pain-free from my back and neck issues. I dreaded going to the gym before and now-I feel incomplete if I haven’t done my WOD at this gym. 7/5 stars to be honest. I highly recommend the amazing team and coaches. I really enjoy going to workouts with my gym mates and I feel much stronger and feel better with BBB.

    I’ve been a member of Body by Brando since 2020, firstly at Waterloo and now also in North Sydney. The calibre of staff and their skills, attention to and focus on good movement technique, commitment to their clients, and the welcoming, encouraging and friendly atmosphere make this place a unique, rewarding and fulfilling training environment. There’s also great variety in workouts, structured around making incremental gains to become stronger and minimise risk of injury. I cannot speak highly enough of Brady and his team at BBB North Sydney.

    Just completed my initial 6 weeks body transformation at BBB north Sydney and was amazed at how much weight and body fat % I have lost from the fantastic guidance from both Brady and Catherine. Both have helped me massively achieve my initial goals, provide constructive feedback on how to do well within the gym sessions and are both excellent trainers. I was worried at first as I have never done weight lifting before but through BBB everything is broken down in small and easy to follow steps and with a fantastic and friendly group environment everyone helps you along the way. The program works for everybody, all bodies: The workout is scalable and becomes your own journey based on your strengths and goals -a great experience for all fitness levels. Cath, Tim and Brady are the best coaches you could ask for; they are very experienced, knowledgeable and genuinely caring.     I have been with BBB since they opened at North Sydney. By far, BBB is one of the best gym I have ever trained in Sydney, I think what’s kept me here is the program, community. It has been really fun to learn a whole heap of different movements and stuff that I’ve never heard before or thought I would do. The Body by Brando team here (Brady, Tim and Cat) is really supportive and friendly, they are just awesome and they gave me an excellent program to work on after my recent injury, it went so well and I’m able to pick up most of the things I used to do before my injury. Also the community here is just really supportive and I truly enjoy my workout with all members. Regardless you are new members or existing members, you will get inspired when you start training here.

    Join BBB. Lift heavy stuff. Sweat lots. Hang out with a lovely bunch of people. I've been a member of BBB North Sydney since they launched four months ago. I've been gym-ing in some form for the past 7 years doing everything from F45 to routines off the internet and body transformation programs. BBB are my “just right”. Firstly the programs are interesting. I've been learning all sorts of new movements. All fully explained and practiced before loading up. Lots of big compound lifts and even gymnastics. I've learnt and developed alot and look forward to doing more. Also it's hard work! I'm lifting heavier weights and doing faster circuits. Tracking of workouts is done every class and the coaches are a motivational bunch. So I work hard every class and love it. And it's a good bunch of folk. Every morning i get a little dose of positivity and motivation from the people in the class and the coaches. I look forward to turning up. So I thoroughly recommend BBB! Some friends I've recommended joining have worried that it's a bit intimidating. I know the team run new starter sessions and are very supportive, so I wouldn't let that stop you giving it a shot!

    This the first time I have ever taken up a proper gym program with an EP. It is a pleasure to work with Brady. He has been professional, very knowledgeable and really supportive of new comers. Considering I am new comer he made sure to teach me the basics right and then slowly build the program customising to my fitness requirements. From someone who has rarely been to gym before, now I am loving every session at BBB. It goes without saying how good Brady and other coaches operate and the culture they have built at BBB. I will recommend BBB to anyone who wants to make a healthy life style change with exercises and proper nutirition.

    These guys are unreal! The workouts are heaps of fun and you never do the same thing twice. If your a busy professional and you want to lose weight and get fit then BBB is perfect. I could not recommend this highly enough. I also see the in-house massage therapist every week who makes sure I stay injury free!

Great coaches and amazing community, with a fantastic balance between working hard, technical excellence and fun.     I joined BBB North Sydney in January, on the recommendation of another member who has been training with them for years. I can confidently say that this is the most engaged I have been in my fitness since leaving competitive sport over a decade ago. Joining this community of like-minded people has also had huge flow on effects into my diet, sleep, routine and overall mental health. I have just finished a 12 week 1:1 program with Brady which took focus on building the foundations of my strength and gymnastics ability, which in turn has allowed me to progress far quicker and with more confidence in the group sessions. Brady, Tim and Cat have created an incredible environment that I look forward to training in for many years to come.

    BBB has been a great place to train for me. The coaches are all great people to work with. They’re very experienced and knowledgeable and provide detailed feedback on technique along with loads of motivation. The CrossFit style training means workouts are always different and engaging. The coaches and other people training in the classes really make the gym. It’s a super supportive atmosphere and it’s a great place for anyone to train, from beginner to athlete. I highly recommend giving it a go!

😠 Be there very early or very late or it's like mother Ganges in heat wave. Majority of lanes are reserved for lessons and recreational swimmers must share 4-5 people per lane. Steam and sauna are great. Fix the congestion/overlay of swim classes!
