Very courteous staff and great collection of timepieces. I got a Rolex Air-King from here as a gift for my Dad which I was looking for since a long time.

We were on our way home from Paris and made a stop by Galerie Lafayette Royal Quartz inside CDG Terminal 2E, to see if they had the watch we were looking for, and they had it! Alice Lam and her team went above and beyond in their hospitality. Alice was very friendly, kind, and professional. Looking forward visiting again next year. Cheers!

Great experience with Alice and the staff at this shop. She was very patient and took the time to show me several watches. I bought one and had it sized in record time not to miss my flight. I highly recommend you visit Royal Quartz in the International lounge when passing through Charles de Gaule Airport.

We stopped here on a whim hoping to find our long sought after Rolex. Rolex continues to disappoint with their decision to provide 'exhibition only' products. I'm losing my appetite for this brand. However, the IWC display was wonderful and ThiThi did a great job providing access to the Big Pilot Top Gun. I was sold before she ever put it on my wrist. Great location, great selection, excellent personnel. I'll stop again

Absolutely a pleasure visiting the boutiques at CDG on my frequent layovers there and Madam Alice is my favorite, helpful, associate there. Always ask for Alice at the M gates boutique.
