Frappuccino coffee had absolutely no coffee in it - just ice 😙- 1st time in my life having such an experience at Starbucks

Horrible experience. Ordered a frapucino and instead they gave me a bunch of ice mixed with oreos. instant brain freeze Barely anywhere to sit and the sockets don't work so good luck charging your phone if you have a long trip.

This Starbucks is a franchise and clearly has a lower quality. The hot chocolate doesn’t taste good…. Tastes like water actually. Forgot the pretzel topping. I come here every week and it’s always the same story. Even though they charge you 7.4€ for the drink….

Staff was very friendly! Dining area was very clean! There were some fresh and tasty offerings not available in the US!

Hello Starbucks Station Paris- Gare du Nord. You told me today I had to pay cash, because my card wasnt working...Back home I see that the transfer with pin still was made..so I payed 26 euro for 2 Chai Tea Lattes today..could you arrange the transfer by card will be refunded?

Payed 5+euros for a coffee and they don’t even have Wi-Fi. And there’s not enough reception for the free station wi-fi

Really small starbucks with limited seating. For such a huge train station, you would expect a bigger store. Tables were not cleaned on time, so you have to clean your own table before you can sit down. Staff was friendly.

Good place the inly issue was they don’t take the Starbucks Loyalty Card as a payment and that’s a bummer. And it’s hard to locate it on maps it needs update.

The worst Starbucks experience ever had employees behavior isnt that helpful ordered a caramel frappachino felt like they just gave "milk with ice" no sign of caramel inside.

Had soy latte, fruit salad and falafel wrap for breakfast. Those were the only vegan options they had, but at least they did have these.

Service was good, fast and efficient and the persons were all very welcoming and smiling despite the long queue. However the atmosphere isn't great since it's located right in the middle of the train station, and also most of the electrical plugs inside to charge phones and computers don't actually work or very sporadically.

It's a franchise, so no fidelity points or free drinks and extra. Service is not good, they re not well trained and drinks are really ugly

Too busy - not well-designed for seating. The staff were extremely confused by our orders - tea and non-dairy milk. They had to be made several times over. Very expensive too. Not my usual Starbucks experience. No vegan food choices.

It really sucks that you can’t use your Starbucks card at this location. Besides that the coffee is fine - the same as any Starbucks.

Servers understood English. They helped us make with our order, giving us options available. They wrote our names in 'French' and their pronunciation of the names made us giggle. Non-dairy milks available.

It’s Starbucks. That means it is what it is, and it’s super expensive. That said, if you love that universal taste and exceptional level of service and speed, this is your place. There was a huge line, and I was still walking away with my iced chai latte in <4 minutes from joining the line.

Visited today 13 th Nov, while passing through Gar Du Nord. Location - Place is great. Very convenient. Food / drink - This is my first cappuccino in Paris & I find it poor.

According to Google Maps it's open every day including weekends till 19h45. It's 18h15 and I'm in front of the entrance, it's closed. Not even a single message indicating why or when it's supposed to be open.

I was coming here 4 times daily during a business trip -unfortunately I never got what I ordered. First day I asked for a GRANDE Cold Brew (pronounced Italian as on their menu, not French) I get a Venti - can happen, I learned I should ask rather for moyen or medium instead. The second day, I ordered a Cold Brew Latte MOYEN with Oat Milk - I get regular milk and they had to re-do it. The third day I ordered a medium Cold Brew Latte and got a hot Café Latte. And the fourth day I ordered the same with oat milk, but got almond milk. It could help to just repeat what the client said to make sure they understood the order well. But messing up the order every day is super disappointing! Otherwise it's always clean, they work most of the time relatively quickly and the security guy is always nice and smiley (compared to some of the other people working there where you almost don't dare to order anything because you'd bother them)

Very busy and even more expensive than usual. Personel speaks both French and English fortunately. The outside seating is a nice touch but unfortunately there's nothing nice to look at. Coffees and other drinks are good as usual. Okay for killing some time before catching your train.
