Bouillabaisse
is
made
by
steeping
water,
dried
carrots,
and
frozen
fish
fillets,
resulting
in
a
bland
and
tasteless
soup.
On
the
other
hand,
Hummersuppe
is
so
salty
that
it
made
my
tongue
feel
bitter.
When
I
told
the
waiter
that
the
soup
was
too
salty,
my
bowl
was
taken
away,
and
I
was
told
that
my
dislike
was
simply
a
matter
of
taste
("Geschmaksache"
).
Unfortunately,
based
on
our
group's
experience,
this
soup
may
not
be
suited
to
the
taste
preferences
of
people
in
the
northern
hemisphere.
No
one
came
to
explain
further
until
we
left,
and
yet
we
were
still
charged
7.5
euros
for
each
bowl
of
soup
on
our
bill.
I
was
surprised
that
such
a
soup
could
be
advertised
and
recommended
on
the
restaurant's
front
door
when
neither
the
kitchen
nor
the
servers
were
prepared
to
welcome
customers.
Honestly,
if
you
are
exhausted,
please
take
a
break
and
do
not
convey
your
stress
to
customers
through
terrible
soup.
This
was
a
complete
disaster.
(Also,
please
do
not
attempt
to
make
a
reservation
by
phone;
the
puzzled
tone
on
the
other
end
made
me
feel
like
that
I'm
a
fool:
"Repeat
again
what
you
want
to
do?
Make
a
reservation?
We
don't
have
that.
