The atmosphere is nice inside but everything is self service. The food and drinks ordering is separate. The drinks were fine but the food was extremely slow and bad… after ordering, we waited 40 mins (I have the receipt) before the food was ready. To my shock, the fish & chips dish was like a kids meal (look at the photo!!!) how can you call this fish & Chips?? Please go elsewhere or try one of the side stalls for cheaper and better quality!

The food itself was great and very tasty. The portions could be bigger. Most options were quite pricey.

Good food. The fish was fresh and cooked perfectly. There was a live music performance. Highly recommend the Pannfisch teller.

Great spot to grab a glass of wine or a beer next to the harbour. Cozy patio with blankets and heat lamps provides for a cozy environment. The prices are reasonable. We also tried a smoked salmon sausage which was interesting

This restaurant felt truly authentic. The setting included model ships, old shipping adverts .. overall very well themed seafood restaurant. The food we ordered was true to its original recipe. Backfisch, Original panfish, krabben burger... all tasted really good. An unexpected freshly baked potato wedges added to our delight. The variety of dishes served here is dwarfed only by the humongous number of fish species swimming in the baltic sea. What’s even great was! The live music!! It was a 2 man band who sang German songs to the tune of their guitar. Overall it was a memorable experience. I would recommend it to anyone visiting Rostock!

Seafood here is fresh. Nice place to visit.

The food was good, not great It is a 100% self serve place. You walk up and order food and drinks and carry them back. No table service. There were heat lamps on the outside patio which made it lovely to sit outside on a chilly but beautiful evening

Quite delicious. Atmosphere is nice, perfect for chilling with friends or family. Suitable place for having dinner. Only a minus side is the self service, which is not quite a good decision if you want to eat outdoor and order 2 meals for yourself (Quite impossible to open the door while having both of your hand carrying the meals). Other than that, good place.

The fish is fresh and therefore delicious, being prepared on the spot gives it the perfect taste!
