The food was good but a bit pricey. The staff is very friendly, they speak English and have menus in English. We went without a reservation at dinner time and they immediately arranged a table for us. But they already have a lot of customers so it's better to book a table if you are planning to visit. A little noisy, so this is not the kind of place you want to choose if you need silence when dining.

I ate a kangaroo steak here. Such a delicious and cool experience. Our server was named Marc made the whole experience even better. All the food is authentic and made with love. Service with even more love

We started with two soups and two salads. Half through the food we ordered two more redler just to wash off the salt in the appetizers.. the check for 40 $ was for all that we could taste and drink... we headed to vapiano promised ourselves better stay hungry than taking a-week-worth-of-salt in one go. The staff were nice hence the 2 stars..

I was personally impressed by this restaurant. The food was nothing out of the ordinary, a good selection of meat options as a steakhouse, some fish options and lots of sides options. We had the chicken burger, the ribs and the chicken wings and everything was well done. What impressed me was the service. From the moment we approached the restaurant, we were greeted by a friendly manager, waiters were all consistently professional, friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms.

Tasty and good. Perfect fries. But all our meet was very well done and a bit dry, perhaps a German thing? Anyway a bit disappointing. The service was stressed, did not feel very good.

Three of us came in very late and very hungry looking for something good and fast to eat before the ferry to Sweden. The owner and server were extremely nice to us even though we probably looked like homeless people after a week at a festival. The steak was absolutely great, the service was wonderful, prices completely reasonable and next time I’m in Rostock again I am going back here. Definitely one of those places you remember! Thank you to everyone who made our first non-camping meal in a week a complete and utter success!

Totally overrated. We came for lunch, encouraged by the 4,6 rate on the Google maps, but left the restaurant disappointed. Really greasy schnitzel and very mediocre ribs and tasteless BBQ sauce. Seriously, I've been in many cantinas that were serving better food... The waitresses were super nice and professional though, the service and the place were top notch. Just the lack of taste :(( maybe it's our mistake to not to o take a steak... One more thing - 5,80€ for a beer is a bit ridiculous...

Underwhelming quality at surprisingly high prices for Germany. Their nachos were tortilla chips with a couple of small dipping bowls, their crispy-chicken burger was some nuggety-putty that tasted as if bought from McDonalds, their fries seemingly deep-fried out of a freezer bag one buys at Lidl, and their ribeye steak was some low-quality cut one shouldn’t have to pay so much for. Honestly the only redeeming quality was the excellent service we received but 100€ later on a modest dinner for two with a couple beers I could not recommend dining here until they either changed cooks or stopped buying their ingredients from the frozen-goods isle.

Ate here with 2 different groups of colleagues, tried a bunch of different dishes, dinner and dessert is great, service is quick, but relaxed, serving personell are always ready to help you with a smile and a joke!

We had dinner twice during our stay in Rostock. Great menu and the food is very good. Friendly staff and great service. A bit expensive but worth it.

Had then German beef rib eye on bone with a side of sweet potato fries. As you can see, it is a generous side ( given the price, I was hoping so). All was tasty, and service was good. Lots of options on the menu. I strongly recommend a reservation as the place is often busy on the weekend I noted.

While the atmosphere here was amazing, I was not thrilled with the service or the food. I got the ribs, which would have been better with BBQ sauce that the waiter forgot. Everyone at the table got their order wrong, one steak looked amazing while the other two were just abused. One lady asked for Jack Daniel's sauce on the side and they smothered her plate with it. I will say that the mozzarella sticks were decious (and came with sweet chili sauce which was unique), the bone-in ribeye was delicious and the ribs were tender.

The service is good and especially we got a english speaking waiter. The expectations for the food taste match with the cost as well. Ambience is not the most catching thing. Overall good experience and service.

AWESOME Service and food is filling and delicious. Just the cheesecake was not up to the mark !!! But I tasted the ribs and wings super delicious. Just like celebration of flavors in your mouth !!!

Delicious food! Old Western ribs were an interesting take on ribs, but I'd still order the grilled ribs next time. The price was affordable, and the service was excellent! Enjoyed myself...

Wonderful service, wonderful food, the rib eye was fantastic. I do highly recommend visiting and trying some meat there. My favourite place in Germany now. Will travel back to Rostock just for this place.
