Dead centre, almost, and the service is really good. Parking can ba a challenge as the entrance and turns below the hotel is very narrow. Not impossible to get in or move around if you're careful. Pretty large parking booths as well!

Nice old hotel with enormous rooms. The breakfast is good, with many cheese and bread options. Friendly staff and we'll located.

The location is great. Also, all the staff is friendly and helpful. Kids are welcome there. I recommend this hotel to stay while visiting Rostock.

The night in your hotel was very comfortable. But what is your policy in terms of ecology and in particular on waste sorting? I noticed that your cleaning staff did not sort the waste (one bag for everything). Was this a mistake that morning? If not, isn't it time, for a 4 star hotel that encourages sustainability in the communication in the rooms, to simply provide the cleaning teams with several bags to sort the waste? And to make it a priority? Thank you for being consistent to the end, you will increase the quality of the establishment.

Asked for wake up call on 10 June at 4:30 in the morning. Good that I set the alarm on my phone because the front desk neve made the wake up call. The man working said yes he new but was in stress and for got to make the wake up call. Also I asked if they would have a taxi waiting at 5:30 he forgot about that to. Breakfast was outstanding more than enough there to eat. The location is great 1 minute and your in the market place. giving it a 2 star rating because of the front desk and room cleaning. PS: still waiting for a copy of my receipt the man at the front desk did not know how to print it or send a e-mail.

Positives: - Amazing location. - Good room seperation (bedroom, bathroom, living room) - Mostly good furniture. - Clean rooms and reception. - Okay Wi-Fi. Speed is maxed at 5Mb/s download and 0.5Mb/s upload. Negatives: - I’ve been to 100+ hotels and can easily say our room (suite) had the worst guest bed I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. (Would rather sleep on the floor.) - Not possible to charge your phone near the guest bed when the lights are turned off. (There is a power supply, but it’s turned off.) - No air conditioning of any sort, so the room was extremely hot at night. - A noticable amount of noise from outside if you’re staying at the weekend.

Location is perfect. Walking into the city takes 1 min. A little noisy at night as there was no a/c and we had the window open. Large room, nice atmosphere and fair prices. Except the breakfast, which is well overpriced in many hotels these days.

Erittäin hyvä sijainti. Siistit huoneet, hyvät sängyt ja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli monipuolinen. Parkkihalli on melko ahdas isolle henkilöautolle. Onko hotellin yhteydessä oleva ravintola eri firma, koska ruoka siellä todella huonoa. Tilasimme listalla ainoan olevan pastan, missä ei pitänyt olla sieniä, niitä kuitenkin saimme ja oli muutenkin huonon makuista.

This is a wonderful hotel. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom was very modern and up-to-date. The shower was excellent. We loved our room and would have liked to stay a bit longer. Every detail is taken care of.

Nice hotel in a perfect location. Price/quality is good. However at this price level breakfast should be included. Rooms are generally very good but should have had air conditioning and higher internet capacity. Positive is the possibility of garage, however it is very narrow.

We were pretty happy staying here. The rooms were large and included a refrigerator, which isn't the case with other hotels in Rostock in the same price range (cheap) . There was a wine bar/restaurant attached which was a plus if you're into that. The location was phenomenal and the staff couldn't be nicer! I originally took a star deduction for smelling like cigarettes - the Marlboro man never slept. This didn't bother us completely given all the other positives, but if you're sensitive to that it's good to know. Even with this we were pleased to stay here and will again.

Amazing arrival service from team and in room set up. Perfect getting off the ferry late evening and drove only 16min. Parking under hotel, breakfast was generous and team service great. Totally recommend.

The rooms are nice an clean. Lost 2 starts because the sauna area was a bit dirty or not as clean as I would expect a 4 star hotel spa area to be. The second star lost due to the fact that the staff started putting all the breakfast stuff away before breakfast time had ended, even taking away our water glasses... They did not ask if we wanted coffee. Breakfast for me is a big part of the hotel experience...

Excellent hotel in central location, with view over the market square. By far the best hotel breakfast I've ever had and personnel that would go out of their way to make you comfortable. Some cigarette smoke smell on the corridors but not in the clean, bright and spacious rooms. Highly recommended.

Good hotel to stay in. Spacious rooms, nice view from rooms, Breakfast is very good- full of choices. Location is also good- near to the Neuer Market. Reception staff is very helpful. Even after I returned to India, the hotel staff supported me a lot in clearing my invoice issues.
