Very nice Hotel, located right next to the central station from Rostock. The service was nice and the rooms were clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend the place. We had an inconvenient with the hot water on our room but the service came to the room checked the problem, confirmed it and then arranged things so that we were moved to another room where hot water was working. Those are things that can always happen, what I like is that they reacted and took actions to find a solution. We had a good time.

It's a very good hotel, nice personal and a good breakfast. It was a very good stay and I can recommend it for any traveller.

It is a very comfortable place. Rail station is just beside the hotel. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The best I could describe this hotel is 'not worth the price'. Overpriced rooms that do not have the basic facilities we paid for. First we were checked in into a room that was not even cleaned up. After we complained we got what seemed like a clean one but under the duvet there was sand and no one has refilled the shower gel in the bathroom and it was impossible to take a decent shower. If you overcharge for eveything, the least you can do is provide a clean room with basic amenities. The only positive thing is the friendly staff and the location of the hotel. At least beautiful Roctock made up for the whole unpleasantness and didn't ruin the trip.

Had a pleasant stay here for a night on 9th September'20. The rooms were very clean and all the protocols for covid 19 were followed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is at a walking distance to the Rostock hbf station. Highly recommended.

Intercity Hotel Rostock was located at the main railway station on the outskirts of Rostock city. The hotel room was simply furnished but contained the essentials. However, the air quality was poor and the air conditioner worked poorly so it got very hot in the room. The cleanliness was as expected. The bathroom was small and simply decorated. The breakfast at the hotel was very good and varied, with a good selection of both hot and cold dishes. The staff seemed uninterested and were passive in meeting me as a guest. It lacked both smile and service attitude. Based on this, I can not recommend this hotel to others and will not visit it again myself.

The staff are nice and friendly. The room was nice and clean. Drinks at hotel are pricy, better buy anything you need elsewhere. The location is perfect for using public transportation in the city or outside as well.

woken up at 8.30 am, staff badged and opened the door thinking room was empty. We complained later in the morning in the reception and got offered a 25cl bottle of water...

Very nice hotel except for the male staff at breakfast today who told me off twice, a very rude person! The table we wanted to use for 8 people wasn't cleaned so I thought I'd help but was very loudly told off to calm down. Maybe he should have another job with no guest contact????

Located next to the main station, quiet and in good condition. Good value and includes transport pass for the city if you become a loyalty member (free).

Clean room, decent breakfast, friendly staff in a great location next to the Rostock train station. Only issue for me personally was the lack of air conditioning for such a new building it seems odd to not offer it, however the window opened fully and allowed cool air in during the night, still a bit warmer than I would’ve preferred but perhaps a good choice to be more eco friendly.

Very nice and fresh rooms + service. A couple of minutes walk to the inner city. Recommended!
