Staff at reception during our check-in was amazing. Hats off to the lady (sorry, don't know her name, she was mid aged). We could converse in English, she answered all our queries well and to our request kindly. On the contrary, while collecting luggage from locker room the other staff (some young lady) didn't had that courtesy or kindness. Way to go and learn from experience.

It was a good experience, clean and cozy. The location is central with a view on the Harbor. For those how spent the vacation outdoors.

This hotel was very good for our needs. It had bunk beds for our 2 kids. It was right across the street from a metro train, so it was easy to get around town.

Das Hotel liegt Verkehrs günstig (Straßenbahn Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und trotzdem ruhig. Mann ist schnell in der Innenstadt. Das Frühstück ist super und bietet sogar frische Brötchen. Einzig der kleine Frühstücksraum ist etwas nervig. Wenn eine Gruppe Frühstückt kommt es zu Wartezeiten trotz Zeitfensters. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ausreichend groß, haben jedoch keinen Schrank, was mich persönlich nicht weiter störte. Supermarkt ist direkt gegenüber. Ich empfehle dieses Hotel gerne weiter.

Ein kurze Geschäftsreise in den schönen Norden wurde durch das überraschend gute B&B abgerundet. Ohne Erwartungen habe ich dort gebucht, ging es doch auch nur um eine Nacht, und wurde vielfach positiv überrascht. Hotelpersonal war unglaublich freundlich und sympathisch, Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker. Lediglich das Einzelbett empfand ich als zu schmal, aber das ist jammern auf hohen Niveau

Wir waren nur eine Nacht im B&B Hotel in Rostock, aber das Personal hat uns einfach überzeugt. Es macht dieses Hotel zu einem besonderen Ort. Ja es ist kein Luxushotel und die Ausstattung der Klasse entsprechend. Aber es ist alles in einem besonders guten Zustand und das Personal macht seinen Job mit vollem Einsatz, hochkompetent und macht so dieses Hotel zu einem besonderen Ort ! Vielen Dank dafür - immer wieder gerne !! Man fühlt sich bei Euch einfach willkommen !

I like to stay at B&B Hotels. You know what you get. It is simple but you get what you need and it feels clean and fresh. We had a 3 bed room and were happy to see that all three beds were regular beds. Bathroom small but useful and clean. A small table and two stools so one of us would sit at the bed. Parking garage in the basement of the hotel was convenient. The hotel is placed within walking distance to the city centre. Accept from long queue to the reception at check-in around 4 pm, we really liked this stay and can recommend this hotel.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und bequem. Es gibt keinen Schrank, jedoch genügend Bügel und ein Regal. Das Internet funktioniert super. Ein kleiner Tisch mit zwei Hockern ist ebenfalls im Zimmer. Es wird soweit es geht auf Nachhaltigkeit geachtet. Wir haben das Frühstück dazu gebucht. Es war für 10,50 pro Person und Kinder bis 13 Jahre für 4 Euro super. Es gab genügend Auswahl und Heißgetränke, sowie Säfte sind im Preis inbegriffen. Wir waren zwei Tage da, an beiden Tagen gab es unterschiedlichen Käse und Aufschnitt. Man kann die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel vor der Tür nutzen oder in die Innenstadt laufen ca. 10-15 Minuten. Für einen Kurztrip oder zur Durchreise ist das Hotel zu empfehlen. Hervorzuheben ist ebenfalls das überaus kinderfreundliche Personal.

My customer journey was quite simple, intuitive, and nice in this hotel. I came to the hotel by car, so I had an opportunity to leave my car in the garage. Then it was simple to take all the items of luggage by the elevator upstairs. The room was nice as it was presented in the descriptions. I liked breakfast, but when the days are not so warm, I need hot food for breakfast. The hotel is modern, so we got the code instead of the key. It's possible to do the check-in individually without the communication with reception person. The personnel is nice and helpful, I always got answers to my questions. The hotel is close to the center and to the river.

Obwohl es sich um ein großes Hotel handelt wirkte alles sehr familiär. Der Hotelmanager kümmerte sich persönlich um mich als es mir aufgrund eines Infekts sehr schlecht ging. Er brachte mir sogar eine Notversorgung auf mein Zimmer und erkundigte sich am nächsten Morgen nach meinem Befinden. Das hab ich noch nie erlebt. Danke !!!

Ich war 2 Tage beruflich in Rostock unterwegs. Das Hotel liegt zentral. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Straßenbahn sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage (10€ pro Tag). Das Personal ist freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent und aufmerksam. Ich würde das Hotel jedem empfehlen der mich fragt. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Nice hotel, its still new. Budget price and good location for my needs. Not in downtown though (10/15 mins walk). Good price for parking (10 eur) and breakfast was simple but good enough. They dont have irons, so iron clothes before traveling !

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is in a good spot to walk the waterfront and go into the city center. If you are driving it provides easy access in and out. The breakfast is simple, and the dining area kept very clean. The room furnishing are adequate. The only issue is not being able to park in the hotel garage. There is a parking area just across the street at the same price of 10 euro a day.

Nice and quiet place, recommend for temporary stay. Underground parking 10€. All doors with password, no any keys.

Stayed one night on the way to Denmark. Clean and tidy with helpful staff. Just getting first time to the car park is a bit nightmare. You need to get to reception first to pay the car park. Than you will get an access code…

The hotel is easy to access by car and there is a parking garage. Location is good - you can reach the historic center by foot and also take a walk along the beautiful harbour. Hotel is new, clean and well-equipped. In my eyes it is excellent value for money. Friendly staff gladly who help you with tips and directions to the attractions, if you ask them.

stayed there with a family, no luxury but a clean place to sleep. At this pricepoint a very good option, not central but tram stop is just 50 m away

Hotel is new and with easy transport Infront of the door. Many restaurants nearby. Can also walk from the hotel along the river to the harbour. Take you most of one day. Rooms are good, but no coffee making or fridge in the rooms. Parking: Don't park in the streets near the hotel. The area is a 30km play area for kids. Sign regarding this are difficult to find but are at the entrance. Fines apply and possible tow away. Park in the multistory carpark opposite the hotel for 25Euro for the week. Breakfast is ok but not hot food. You can get a hot breakfast at nearby hotels or take the tram into the old part of town. 10min drive. Can get noisy at night. Tourist busses stop to drop-off passengers. As the hotel has no night reception we had no possibility to make a complaint about the noise on one night we stayed. In all good hotel for a short stay.

We only stayed for a night in Rostock, arrived at the port a little later than 21:00 so we thought we couldn't make it on time for the check in, so we called the reception in order to check in over the phone. Very friendly and welcoming staff! The breakfast was really good, and all facilities clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience!

Good hotel, about a kilometer walk to the center of the old town, and you can take the trolley directly to the central market with a €2 short-distance ticket. Good, standard breakfast and convenient room doors (no key card, just a 6-digit pin code). The room also had an excellent shower :) The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean, the only bad thing about them was that the air conditioning was locked to the heating.

The breakfast--system with timeslots is not a good idea. I even came 7 minutes before my timeslot was out - and my table was given to another family that arrived early. I had to sit at another table. Please cancel this and let people wait if tables are not available. Also - please move the coffeemaker and juice dispenser from the buffet. The queue stands still longer than necessary because people is waiting for the coffee maker to make al lot of people coffe - people who already took the food they needed...

Good location near the city centre, some restaurants and major roads yet quiet. Good and friendly service. Clean and nice rooms. Recommended.

Even though we didn't have physical contact, because we were arriving late and leaving early, we had a good experience. The instructions mailed were clear and we managed to stall are bikes and get to our room.

I stayed for 3 nights in B&B Rostock Stadthafen. The check-in was easy and actually available online but due to our time schedule we could do it in person. This was just as easy and pleasing with a lovely receptionist, giving us clear information for our short stay. The rooms were very clean and lovely set up for us. They were cleaned and prepared after re-entering the rooms at about noon.The interior design and the location of the hotel right next to a tram station and a shopping centre, makes it viable for everyday needs. Lying next to the "touristic" port of the city, it was quite close to major attractions and restaurants - best of all, the landscape and the maritime view over the port when walking some hundred steps behind the hotel. Check-out is actually abolished, which was quite a new experience and just made it possible to walk out and leave. Costs were very affordable and just perfect with the quality service. Only negative point would be the loud doors, which made quite some noise when closing them, as they just fell heavy instead of a slow and balanced closing.

Hotel was very good with helpful staff. Bay great location: 5 minutes from city dock, 10min from city center. Gut connecting with public transport only few steps to tram station. Rooms are great evriting was clean, with air-conditioning, bathroom was super, TV, bed so gut. Price for night is acceptable. I will recommend this Hotel for everyone.

The staff was really friendly, the room properly cleaned and we were provided with what wee asked for. However, I wish there was a mini fridge in there to put a couple of things to eat or drink and the air conditioning wasn't producing warm air. One more thing is that on the 1st night, the bed linen had a weird smell. Maybe they were new and weren't washed enough times but I would have loved them to smell like soap and make the bed more inviting.
