We stayed here (with our dog) en route from the channel tunnel to our house near Cognac. We left the UK late, and the weather was atrocious so at midnight booked a room online for a few hours sleep. We arrived about 2am to the warmest welcome, the cleanest, well-appointed room and a huge comfy bed. I cannot recommend this hotel more highly. Great location for onward travel and we will be back every time we do this drive overnight. (The dog was very welcome and happy too.) See you at Christmas!

Fresh new hotel. Everything you need for a reasonable price. Free parking on site. 30 minutes to the center by F9 bus vs 25 by car. The stop in a few steps. You can buy a ticket right at the bus stop.

From the moment we walked in we felt incredibly welcome. Staff are so lovely and fluent in English (which was great since my French is terrible at best). Internet is fast and the rooms are spotless, my only complaint is the water pressure in the shower is subpar. We had the breakfast and we really liked it, it's available from 6:30 to 10:30, we turned up at 9:30 and there was still more than enough food, the selection was lovely

Our first stay at an Ace hotel, and very impressed. Our room was large, very comfortable king bed, and a large well equipped with a large shower. Two desk chairs to sit and watch TV. Good choice for breakfast, including gluten free bread on request

Great hotel, quiet and with plenty of parking. Reception staff is good and diligent. Only issue is the cot bed that they are providing, the mattress is dangerous for my liking, a small baby.

Very clean and comfy for a budget hotel. They have a well lit and spacious parking lot. Reception staff are friendly and speak English and are available all night long unlike other similar hotels.

If you ever have to cancel your stay at this hotel for reasons beyond your control, your booking will not be refunded. I booked the hotel about 3 months ahead of my trip and paid for the stay at time of booking. I was traveling to Rouen from Paris Beauvais airport, however my flight was cancelled because of air conditioners strike at the airport. My request to cancel the hotel stay and return payment was rejected.

Clean rooms, good wifi, helpful staff. Two nearby restaurants are open on Sunday.

We stayed two nights in a family room. It was a bit small to sleep 4 persons but the price was good. The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable beds. The reception manned 24h and secure parking opposite the hotel was good. On the weak side only 1 restaurant nearby so eat dinner in Rouen! Breakfast for €8/person was really good! Basic but good! Communication to Rouen was excellent. So if you have a car you can safely leave it in the parking and take the bus to downtown Rouen. Good value for money!

Lovely hotel, nice and clean, all facilities are in good condition. Staff is super friendly, English speaking and 24/7 on site. Parking is secure and convenient. A couple of nice restaurants are in a very short walk.

Room was basic, but the beds were good, the area is quiet, parking was free and across the entrance, and the hotel staff was friendly. And all this for a decent price. Although there is nothing in the neighborhood, you can drive to the nice city center of Rouen in 15 min.

Secure parking and great dining options nearby (only a few steps to NINKASI) The hotel offers all you need at a reasonable price and easy access to ROUEN city via T4 bus in 30 minutes. Fast internet and spotless rooms made for a comfortable stay. The staff's warmth and kindness left a lasting impression. We'll be back!
