I
made
an
appointment
and
had
my
insurance
information
filled
out
at
the
time
of
the
appointment.
When
I
arrived
the
nurse
tells
me
she
can’t
take
my
insurance
because
I
didn’t
have
my
insurance
card
in
hand
with
the
right
number
to
give
her.
I
had
made
the
appointment
for
a
terrible
ear
infection
and
she
didn’t
want
to
go
above
and
beyond
for
me.
I
had
mentioned
that
the
last
doctor
was
able
to
find
it
by
the
paper
work
I
had
provided
and
she
said
she
didn’t
do
that
kind
of
stuff.
I
told
her
that
I
had
my
insurance
card
but
i
lived
45
min.
She
still
didn’t
want
to
help
and
I
told
her
to
give
me
a
minute
and
I
would
find
the
card
information.
She
kept
telling
me
that
she
had
another
appointment
in
less
then
30
min
and
I
said
fine
I’ll
just
pay
for
the
check
up
with
out
the
insurance
and
she
insisted
that
I
should
look
for
my
insurance.
So
I
said
ok
I’ll
keep
looking
for
it,
then
she
says
sorry
I
won’t
have
time
because
I
have
another
appointment
at
5
and
I
was
so
upset
at
this
point
because
I
had
offered
to
just
pay
for
it
and
now
she’s
rushing
me
and
telling
me
I
can
pay
full
price
but
she
still
had
appointments
in
a
few
minutes.
Why
would
I
pay
and
not
get
taken
card
of
properly?
If
they
couldn’t
take
the
information
I
provided
before
I
showed
up
why
didn’t
they
call
me
to
let
me
know
so
I
could
be
prepared
?
I
had
scheduled
it
at
11:30
am
and
had
the
appointment
at
4:30
that
was
more
then
enough
time
for
someone
to
call
me
and
let
me
know
that
the
info
I
gave
them
about
me
Insurnace
wasn’t
enough.
I
felt
rush
and
I
felt
like
she
didn’t
want
to
see
me
and
didn’t
want
to
help
me
figure
it
out.
Very
unprofessional
and
very
disrespectful.
