Do you know what, you can't goes wrong with Bill's, right. At our last visit to Kent las weekend 30th July 22. We e had a quick stop at Tunbridge Wells. Unfortunately we did not found it ourselves very well in the town, so we didn't know which place would be better option to seat down to enjoy good food and feeling comfortable. Well, we found Bill's at that cozy corner. First of all I would like to thank the service team, they were very freindly attentive and helpful. We enjoyed crisp chicken burgers and beef burgers. Honestly my crisp chicken burgers was the best one I had ever had so far. The fries was deliciously beautiful. The tropical fruits drink maed from cantolupe, mango, pineple and passion fruit juice was amazing. Definitely recommend it.

Amazing experience at this Bill's restaurant. Never been to this chain before, but was highly recommended by friends, glad I came by. The service was incredibly friendly, at the time I visited with a group of 3 others it wasn't that busy, but was still welcomed warmly. Compared to other similar restaurants, there was more universally liked options on offer for vegetarians and vegans, and there seemed to be more choice for drinks and cocktails too which is nice. Food was amazing, and the atmosphere was warming.

Decided to sit outside as the main restaurant inside was fully booked at lunchtime which was a bit if a suprise. Alas it started to rain and they kindly squeezed us inside even though we had our pug. Meal was lovely and staff very attentive. Clearly a very successful operation!

What a great experience! Firstly we were incredibly lucky to secure a booking for Valentines Day evening, booking only the evening before and having never visited the TW branch I was a little apprehensive with Lewes as our local generally. I clearly had nothing to fear! The service was absolute perfection. The staff friendly and accommodating and the food was the usual top notch Bill's quality with clean plates for every course. I might even prefer TW over Lewes now (ssssh!). Thanks for making our anniversary/Valentines Day a perfect evening....even with the kids in tow! We will, without a doubt, be back.

Always busy, so make sure you either book or go there early at busy times. Menu always very good and chef makes it real quality with a lot of care👌🏼! We had brunch and coffee. Very nice gluten-free options and made a d served with a lot of love. Atmosphere great, busy but waiters friendly and caring.

A really nice and big place with very friendly, welcoming and patient staff. Thé décor inside the restaurant was very fresh and welcoming, the outside seating area was cosy and had good vibe to it. The food tasted delicious and was filling. I can recommend this place 💯 The only reason for the 4 ⭐️, unfortunately on the day the ladies toilet was out of order 😞

First time here, was really lovely. Food was good came fast no delays. Staff were friendly and attentive. Overall a nice experience. When asked to move seats as we were too close to the front door and it was cold! there was no fuss at all, very accomodating, enjoyed it, no faults, would visit again.

A very friendly team here at Bills. A warm welcome front of house, with a smile! You don't often get this in London! Seated quickly as we had a booking for breakfast. Food is served hot as always and packed with great flavour and quality. The atmosphere is cosy and warm. The golden latte wakes you up and the bacon roll is premium! Asked to cook the bacon extra crispy and it was done to perfection! Have never had anything other than breakfast at Bills before but really need to adventure out and do it!

Best food we have had in ages. I had the bourbon bbq burger and it was heavenly. Ottilie was lovely. Gave us recommendations and very smiley and welcoming. Will definitely be back soon because it made our stay in Tunbridge Wells even better :)

Had a really lovely experience at Bill’s today. I treated my friend to brunch for her birthday and our waitress Fran went above expectations for us, not charging us for a birthday pudding and being very friendly with her service. Would definitely recommend!

We were down visiting Tunbridge Wells with the family for the day and fancied having dinner before going back to our hotel, it was a lovely evening and we had the dog so needed somewhere dog friendly with seating outside. Bills is located in the city centre and offers comfortable outdoor seating and is dog friendly both inside and out with a doggy menu available. Our waitress was really friendly and bubbly, she sat us all down and recommended the meatballs and the chicken burger to which tasted delicious, Bills food is second to none, full of flavour and taste without charging a fortune. They have a large menu which is perfect for any taste, although it would be nice if they took back the ribs! Service was really quick despite there being 8 of us, they really made us feel welcome and offered us blankets, colouring in pads for the children and greeted us with a jug of water on the table. It is slightly higher priced than other restaurants but is definitely worth it, the food is brilliant! Just remember to check your bill at the end as they always add on a service charge which is a little sly incase you don't notice as it is optional. Will definitely be back to Bills Tunbridge Wells!

Stopped in Tonbridge Wells during our 1000km charity cycle ride - Newquay to Lincoln. Our host "Ottilie" was amazing couldn't have asked for a nicer waitress, she made sure our group was well looked after (including our OAP). The food was excellent and such good value for money (3 course set menu) but Bill's need to acquire some tartar sauce and sprinkles.

Friendly helpful staff, nice atmosphere and quick service. If there's no table available if you just walk in, they will do their best to book you one. We only had to wait half an hour, but this is a popular place. I thought the food was excellent but did balk a little at the price of the drinks. Still highly recommended.

Really nice restaurant. Great food. Good service. I had the caesar salad which was very good. Oddly they had run out of croutons but didn't say anything until i pointed out they were missing. Slightly annoying that they whacked a 12.5% service charge on to the bill. Should be up to me how much I leave. I can understand 10% which in my opinion is more than adequate. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away.

Bill's is a firm favourite of ours, no matter which location we visit. The Tunbridge Wells location is no exception here! Really great food. Steak nicely cooked and the rosemary fries are delicious.

This Sunday we had a wonderful meal at Bill's. I recommend booking in advance as we couldn't get our first choice of 1pm and opted for 2pm. Luckily at this time we had the full menu on offer. I was spoilt for choice and torn between the vegan kebab, a tasty sounding burger or the vegan brunch plate, which is what I decided upon. As you can see from the picture, the food looked great and I felt I had won the best main. Personally, I would have liked a second sausage, however, that's probably just me being greedy. What I really appreciated was the scrambled Oggs as herbs and spices were added. Conversely, my father-in-law did not enjoy his macaroni cheese as he found it bland due to a lack of herbs and spices. When we spoke to staff about this they explained that the truffle oil, etc. was removed as they had customers dislike the taste. I feel others would enjoy the macaroni cheese that my father-in-law had so I don't feel Bill's should lose a star for personal preference. Also, they very kindly took the price of his dessert off the bill, something I feel they didn't need to do but we were grateful for the gesture. The salted caramel and chocolate tart was the perfect way to finish the meal, especially as it was accompanied by tasty coconut ice-cream. Staff were incredible throughout. They were not pushy to turn the table but were there if we needed anything. My 2-year-old was given colouring and he enjoyed his spaghetti. Toilets were clean but down some winding stairs that can be easily accessed if you're eating outside. Hopefully there is a ground floor accessible toilet as well. It was a truly lovely, relaxing experience.

Mas did a fantastic job! I booked a table for lunch for 2 people as I was meeting my friend but she got stuck in bad traffic which meant I was sat at the table by myself for a quite a long time. But Mas made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. She made sure I was comfortable and was so friendly and sweet! Food and service was great!

This was my first time dining at this restaurant as well as a Bills establishment. At first glance, it looked very inviting and on a day as warm as when we visited, you could have been in a country nearer the Mediterranean. The menu was not vast, but was adequate for this level of dining. Some of the food ie chips came out warm rather than piping hot so had probably sat around for a while but food was otherwise tasty and enjoyable. During our meal, someone who was highly intoxicated came along and was disturbing a couple on the table next to us. At no time did any of the staff intervene or ask the person to let their customers eat in peace even though they were stood around and could see and hear everything. Overall, I think it was slightly overpriced but I have not done much dining since the price hikes so maybe it's averagely priced. Even though the staff didn't intervene with the outside visitor, they were very polite and service was good. I would recommend this establishment as was generally a very pleasant experience.

Very attentive, friendly and warm service from Neve at the Tunbridge Wells Bills restaurant today. Neve made sure my Blue Light Card discount was working before we ordered. She also offered to replace items I couldn’t eat with my Breakfast Brunch meal so I didn’t miss out! Food was delicious and exactly what we both wanted! Love Bills for easy yummy dining!

The food here is absolutely amazing, the calamari was to die for & every time I have calamari now it is going to be compared to theirs. It was cooked to absolute perfection it was so soft and the flavour was incredible, plus that garlic and Basil aioli was *chefs kiss* Would highly highly recommend this place, the staff are so lovely, cocktails were amazing, and the food i just cannot praise enough. Worth every penny i genuinely don’t have a bad word to say about anything, our experience was perfect. I don’t usually visit the same restaurant twice but this one I just have to return to!

From the moment we walked through the door, service was at an exceptional level. Food was also great and high quality. We loved the rustic look deco. I recommend and will visit again for sure.

I was really impressed with the quality of food and options. I'm so grateful to Bill's for offering kids eat for free and the healthy options available, as in these times it really is needed. The staff were lovely, but I think over stretched as the lunch took a fair bit longer than had anticipated, but all in all it was a really positive experience. Thank you 😊

Super breakfast of scrambled eggs and smoked salmon on a poppy seed bagel with a pot of Earl grey tea - lovely and great to be able to sit outside!!

Very solid experience. For a Sunday breakfast or Brunch would strongly suggest you book ahead. Very popular and rightly so. Will be back and recommend 👌

Lovely breakfast with many choices to suit all dietary requirements. The staff could not be more attentive. Very enjoyable. The only slight dampener was the prices were a little high. A small smoothie for £5 and a standard breakfast for £13. The prices could be more competitive in today’s market with so many eateries. However the food was still very tasty. Further improvement could be made with regards to 2for1 offerings, or enticing money off deals like other competitors offer. This is something that Bills restaurant doesn’t take full advantage of and use to entice the customer this is the reason for only allocating 4 stars.

Fresh, delicious and exciting food with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Seating is cosy but with safe distancing, indoors and outdoors. For outdoor diners there are patio heaters and rugs, with attractive cushions and comfortable seating. The staff are friendly and polite, with just the right degree of attentiveness to make the experience more than just about tasty food. We will be back!
