    Somebody coming just right once on the bell 🔔 and gone. Delivery comes very cold and without one ☝🏻 apple pie but everyone see I pay all. And charge £3,50 for delivery??? Plus 0,50 it’s till now didn’t charge nothing I know now that situation but I like if I check if is comes everything. No? Thank you Michaela

    Absolute rubbish the last half a dozen times I've been & used the drive through, which has been over the last 6/7 months I along with everyone else using this so called quick service, I've had to go & park up & wait, anything up to 10/15 minutes. I know I'm not a big spender at McDonald's so you won't really care but you've lost me.

    I am fed up with this fast food restaurant getting my order wrong. The food itself is fine, just what you can expect from a Mc Donald's, but the incompetent packers can't read an order to save their lives. From my experience there is about a 50% hit-rate with your orders so expect to flip a coin about whether or not you will get what you ordered/paid for. Just read the order, it's not difficult Edit: see the photo for just one example of burnt food I've received from them. Just shows you what to expect.

    No air conditioning in the restaurant on one of the hottest day, but two members of staff who worked on the top floor were so helpful and kind. My order was taking a while so the gentleman went downstairs to collect my order and a lady who worked upstairs was so helpful in clearing up when we finished. They both went above and beyond. Thank you ☺️

    Never been to this McDonald's before & only stopped off for a bite to Eat on way to visiting relatives. Fantastic restaurant. Staff were very helpful. Food was very nice .And the dining areas , both upstairs & down were immaculate. Tables were clean & no food left on them or floor !! Credit to ALL the staff for making this particular McDonald's restaurant so inviting & a pleasure to eat at . Would definitely recommend a visit .

    Visited for lunch and used the Drive-Thru, very busy so told to park which was absolutely fine and understandable. After 25 minutes of waiting, I went in to investigate. I was dealt with by a lovely lady who I presume is a manager who apologised profusely and gave us fresh food. However - a young girl on the front counter is unprofessional, gives absolutely appalling service and gives the company a bad name. If I were still management in hospitality I can assure that she would be out of a job. When orders were called in the kitchen, she was mocking and making rude comments directly in front of me about the aforementioned employee. Absolutely disgusting and childish behaviour, fast food or not - there is not only a standard but a level of basic human respect. Management informed. Avoid.

    Probably the 4th time recently I’ve ordered a drive thru and have been asked to park up. Food has then taken over 20 mins to arrive. One of the times the food was completely forgotten and I had to get out of the car and grab a staff member. Another time things have been missing. In my opinion, The park up situation should really be a once in a while thing if something isn’t available immediately but this restaurant is using it as the norm on every order. This particular branch used to be pretty good but has gone down hill. I Had a similar long wait inside recently too with two screaming children who were hungry.

    Like any other McDonald's in the UK... It's nice and you know what you're going to get in terms of food, service, and atmosphere... Haven't eaten at the golden arches for a few years before so was nice to see new items on the menu... Had a triple cheese burger (new to me as I've only indulged on their double cheeseburgers before! 🙃), and the obligatory chicken mcnuggets... Overall, fills a hungry belly fast when you need something quick...

    Staff were nice but overworked. Vast amount of delivery riders / drivers in there taking huge orders. I counted 20 meals per delivery to 1 customer in store, hence the 30 minute wait. Two items missing when it finally turned up, cold.

    Waiting time are so long, tables and chairs are full of food and dirts but no one clean, the table and the floor are so sticky, no one will seriously clean up the shop. The food come out so late due to the low work efficiency. After a long waiting time, my coke is no sparkling, no ice, not cold, and fries and McNugget are still warm but not crispy seems abandoned aside a long long time. The people here are also looks like uneducated, all kids are stepping on the chairs, screaming all around the restaurant but no one will stop them.

    The worst mcdonalds we've ever gone too. They have continously made us park for the food that we literally make it like a game now considering we go into the drive thru , not a park for your food and wait 30 mins. Yes, this happened before, we had to wait for 30 mins and the order was just for 2 people, not hard at all. They've always got our orders wrong the majorty of the time and sometimes goes cold since the food has probably been sat there for ages. They should atleast have 3 or more staff going out to give everyone the food, as its almost everyone who needs to park up and it's just extremely annoying , we won't come back as this has happened way too many times.

    Every time there’s an UberEats order with more than 2 items, something is ALWAYS missing. Almost like counting past 3 is far too difficult. Make sure you make your order extra simple and you’ll at least get it, albeit cold.

    Great branch with a speedy drive through. I went in later to ask for some ice for my pregnant wife and Louise couldn't of been more understanding. Even offered to blend it for her. A real asset to your team.

    Read to the end! My drive through was not ready so was asked to park up, drink in hannd However I waited for over quarter of a hour, enough time for the ice to melt and water down my coke. I went in to complain. Despite how busy they were a staff member served me, apologized, found my order, replaced my now cold fries with two packs and even replaced my drink. That's how customer service is done! Despite how busy they were they made no excuses instead just made things better. Mistakes happen and it was great being treated so professionally when they do.

    Been here tonight as just wanted a quick snack, bought a bacon mayo chicken and waited 30-40 minutes whilst my friend ordered a caramel frappe who had to wait 10 more minutes, my bacon mayo chicken come without bacon and once I noticed I went to the till and said that it had come without bacon and this person chuckled at my frustration and with a bit of time she handed me a new one. Staff look like they can’t be ar*ed and are just standing around half the time when there’s a lot of customers to be served. Not a bad place clean and tidy but staff don’t look bothered, janitor was very nice and welcoming and sorry about the service rather old bloke.

    Went and ordered at drive thru, which it ain't, as told to park up and assistant bring food out to ya car. 20 minute wait just for chicken mayo burger, cheese burger and regular fries.staff are polite though. McDonald's needs to get a better hold on they're peak times and be ready for the expected numbers to bombard them all at once.

    Stopped here on my way to Suffolk for drive thru breakfast, which was very good. Fast efficient service & Janice on the drive thru collection was lovely. She watched my dog in my car while i nipped in for the loo! I really appreciated that, many thanks.

    Unfortunately I was involved with another motorist. After she reversed from a parking position she started going the wrong way. As most of us know and have known for such a long time, around McDonald's is a one way system. However the female motorist decided to go in the wrong direction. As she was stopping me from going forward. Her male passenger told me to get out if the way, which I was unable to do because of the cars behind me. He shouted, try to bully me out if the way, of which I stood my ground. On that point he kicked and dented my front offside wing of my car. I feel that McDonald's senior management should look into this as if anyone else may be the forefront of a violent attach as I was. Many came to my aid and the police have been informed of this quite violent situation and is being investigated for this event! If anything happens like it happened to me, ensure the police are informed, get witnesses to ensure process of police investigation can be take place.

    This particular place was hopeless. like no body knew what they were doing. Ordered food on till. number appeared on screen and disappeared. waited for food for 20 minutes nothing happened then approached counter staff was fluffing around to find order then drink was prepared. staff took receipt and was willing to throw in the bin! before even collecting food. was worse then fish market.

    Lovey McDonalds with a dine in space and drive through. Can get busy here during lunch/dinner hours. Very friendly and helpful staff. There’s an upstairs dining space with lots of seating. Use the app to order food to your table and earn rewards!

    Rude and incapable, between the milkshake machine forever being broken, the staff being no better than untrained chimpanzees, every... I mean every order that I have ever made is not what I get in the end, the experience of being Mcripped off by this dive is one i do not recommend. I used to love it when the restaurant was in town but alas, perhaps they just think it's okay to screw with people using the drive through. Go elsewhere, please!

    Came for breakfast this morning, in a rush due to train strike. Once again, asked to park up as “will be a couple of minutes”, (it took 6 minutes), and then once my order was brought out opened the bag to find no hash browns so had to then waste more time getting out of car and going into restaurant. Back to car, start driving out, then my daughter discovers her muffin has cheese in it, despite receipt and label on muffin saying “no cheese”!! So drive back round, park up, back in to change incorrect muffin!! I’m sure the staff here work hard but, nevertheless, they need to pay a bit more attention: this isn’t rocket science - Take order. Read order. Place order in bag!! And understand the concept of “fast” food. Perhaps tell customers at point of order and payment that they will be expected to wait, instead of once they have paid and queued up. At least then they could make the decision to leave, as I would have done this morning.

    I don't get McDonald's very often but when I do, I regret it. The reviews don't lie and the service doesn't change. The food is always cold and I haven't once had an order that has included everything I asked for. Usually its missing dips or straws, napkins etc. On a number of occasions they've missed sides and burgers altogether. Just go somewhere else.

    Do not order from this branch. Over 5 orders and never got a straw with a drink. Never had a full order.. missing a paid for item or half the order. Found a hair in a McMuffin and reported it but they never followed it up. Need a standards and food quality check. SOME ONE CALL THE EHO!

    Ordered from this branch for dinner and got a Big Mac instead of a Big Tasty. Ordered again this morning for breakfast and two burgers were missing. Why should we have to pay full price for food on top of delivery and not even get what we asked for? This has happened multiple times and there aren’t any other local branches to get delivery’s from.

    I do love a McDonald's breakfast but I couldn't finish mine this time around, but that is probably me going off of fast food and not the food itself. Still, you should try their muffins, I have a double sausage and egg and ask for the egg to be removed. It's very tasty
