Hi

I
am
really
disappointed
for
the
treatment
and
the
customer
service
skill
of
the
staff
which
were
on
the
night
shift.
I
mentioned
to
them
and
giving
my
personal
phone
number
for
my
problem
to
be
sorted
out
by
the
manager.
I
never
receive
any
calls
and
I
feel
that
I
have
been
neglected.
I
was
trying
to
fill
up
my
car
with
diesel
and
the
pomp
wasn't
working
properly
as
was
making
a
very
strange
noise
and
giving
only
air
and
like
smoking
coming
from
my
fuel
tank.
I
called
immediately
the
staff
to
show
them
the
issues
and
also
made
th
aware
of
the
pomp
issues.
I
have
been
moved
to
another
as
the
member
of
staff
see
that
the
pomp
was
not
working.
He
decided
to
close
the
pomp
and
move
myself
to
another
pomp.
At
the
payment
I
have
been
charged
also
for
the
pomp
which
only
gave
me
air.
I
spoke
with
the
member
of
staff
and
asking
them
why
I
need
to
pay
for
something
which
I
didn't
receive
and
he
said
that
he
is
forced
to
charge
me
as
the
pomp
was
showing
that
I
have
put
fuel
in
my
tank.
Very
rude
staff
by
the
window
and
another
one
which
didn't
know
nothing
about
customer
service
working
in
a
high
risk
environment.
The
training
and
the
solve
issues
skill
are
missing
and
therefore
this
was
my
worst
experience
with
BP
in
tunbridge
wells.
